Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out the influence of the principal's leadership and compensation on work motivation. This research uses competency test methods and path analysis data. The sample selection was taken from a population of 144 private vocational school teachers in South Tangerang City. The data can be obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to 106 respondents by giving a score on each answer according to the Likert Scale. Research results: Principal leadership (X) affects work motivation (Y1) with a path coefficient of 0.411; Compensation (X2) affects work motivation (Y1) with a path coefficient of 0.449.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Kualitas Pelayanan Institusi pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan FISIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta dengan keterbatasan yang menjadi kendala kendala atas pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Institusi pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan FISIP UMJ. Menggunakan pisau analisis Teori Parasuraman (1990) dalam buku Teori Administrasi Publik yang di tulis oleh Harbani Pasolong (2014) pada lima indikator untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan yaitu: Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, dan Tangibel. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling 3 orang dan accidental sampling 7orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Wawancara dan dokumentasi. Selain itu uji keabsahan data dengan menggunakan metode Triangulasi Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Institusi pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan FISIP UMJ masih baik, diukur dari lima indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan Institusi FISIP UMJ dengan Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empaty dan Tangibles.

Abstract

Monitoring evaluasi hasil dari pengabdian ini dapat diannalisis yaitu; a) Untuk mengetahui proses monitoring dan evaluasi (MoNev) kecanggihan aplikasi Google Untuk melalui Google Meet, Google form, Classroom, Breakout Rooms, Jamboard, recoording, Drive, Docs, Gmail, dan whiteboarding pada Guru dan Kepala Sekolah Di MTs Muhamamdiyah Tajurhalang pada tahun 2022; b) Untuk mengetahui tingkat besaran kemampuan kompetensi guru setelah belajar dan mengikuti pelatihan kecanggihan aplikasi Google melalui Google Meet, Google form, Classroom, Breakout Room, Jamboard, recoording, Drive, Docs, Gmail, dan whiteboarding pada Guru dan Kepala Sekolah Di MTs Muhamamdiyah Tajurhalang pada tahun 2022. pengabdian kepada masyarakat terlaksana dengan baik sacradaring dan luring yang diadakan pada beberapa guru dan kepala sekolah di sekolah MTs Muhammadiyah Tajurhalang sebagai berikut yaitu; Kepala Sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, Wali kelas Guru kelas VII, Wali kelas Guru kelas VIII, Wali kelas Guru kelas IX, Kepala Tata Usaha, Para Guru-Guru Mata Pelajaran-Pelajaran di MTs, Guru kotrak, dan guru tidak tetap MTs. Mereka terlibat langsung secara berani dan memikat di sekolah atau di luar sekolah dengan durasi waktu dua minggu yang difasilitasi dengan kuota guru internet, dorprize, honor, sertifikat, materi PPT, video, poster, dll. Nyatanya telah didapatkan peningkatan keprofesian jabatan dan kepangkatan, kecerdasan semakin meningkat, pengalaman bertambah, dan mempermudah kinerja berbasis sinkronus dan asinkronus, yang tentunya harus diarahkan melalui sebuah pelatihan dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan lebih terjamin ke depannya. Kemudian telah memberikan pengalaman baru dan penambahan khasanah keilmuwansoft skill yang baru sesuai abad 4.0 saat ini. Hasil implementasi dalam pelaksanaan Sosialisasi dan pelaihan pada kecanggihan Google Berbasis Aplikasi Meet, Google form, Classroom, Breakout Room, Jamboard, rekaman, Drive, Docs, Gmail, mindmapping, canva, gboard, dan papan tulis telah berlangsung dengan sangat baik melalui nilai 87% guru jadi lebih terjal.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted with the aim to test and analyze “The Effect of Leadership Style and Dicipline Work on Employee Performance in PT. Agung Rahardja Manunggal Yudha”. The analytical methods used include the validity test, the reliability test with the classic assumption test, multiple linear alaysis, and the coefficient of determination analysis to test and prove the hypothesis. The method of data collection in this study was done by distributing quesionnaires to 60 respondens. The research method used is an associative quantitative method using primary and secondary data. In this research, leadership style has a positive and significant effect agains employee performance. This can be seen from the value of tcount = 7,029 which is bigger than ttable = 2,003 or (7,029> 2,003) and the value of sig = 0,000 is smaller than = 0,05 or (0,000 < 0,05). Discipline work has no positive effect and non significant effect against employee performance. This can be seen from the value of tcount = 1,458 which is smaller than ttable = 2,003 or (1,458 < 2,003) and the value of sig = 0,150 is bigger than 0,05 or (0,150 < 0,05). Leadership and discipline work together have a positive and significant effect against employee performance. This can be proven from the value of Fcount = 108,309 which is bigger than Ftable = 3, 16 or (108,309 > 3, 16), and the value of sig = 0.000 is smaller than = 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05). The result of this study, it can be proven that leadership style has a positive and significant effect against employee performance, while discipline work have no positive effect and non significant effect against employee performance, also leadership style and discipline work simultaneously have a positive and significant effect against employee performance. Abstract

This research is quantitative in nature, and aims to determine the effect of Employee Compensation on Employee Performance; the influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, and the effect of Employee Compensation and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. The population of this study were all employees of the Cinere Dispenda Service Branch, totaling 60 employees, the sample used in this study amounted to 52 employees. Validity test using bivariate Pearson correlation (Pearson product-moment). While the reliability test uses cronch alpha. The classic assumption test includes the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis and correlation analysis of determination. The results of this study indicate that: there is no influence between Employee Compensation on Employee Performance at the Cinere Dispenda Service Branch; there is an influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Cinere Dispenda Service Branch; and Compensation and Work Motivation has a significant influence on the Performance of Cinere Dispenda Service Branch Employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence on independent variables of Compensation and Job Stress on Employee Performance as the dependent variable. Data analysis uses multiple linear test, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. Analysis in this study using SPSS. V. 22. The results of this study indicate that the Compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance based on the results of the statistical test t test shows that the results between t count t table (4.102 1.705) with a significant value Compensation of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and has a direction positive coefficient. The perception of work stress has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance with the results of the tt test t table (0.321 1.705) with a significant value of the Competency variable of 0.751 greater than 0.05 and has a direction positive coefficient. The results of the f test Compensation and Work Stress together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect between f count f table ((7.656 3.35) with a significant value of 0.003 smaller than 0.005 or 5%.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan kemajuan Pondok Pesantren tidak hanya pada meningkatnya kualitas secara kelembagaan Pendidikan Islam, namun lebih luas lagi pada kontribusi perekonomian masyarakat  sekitar dilingkungan Pondok Pesantren Al Mu’min Muhammadiyah Tembarak Temanggung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Pondok Pesantren Al Mu’min Muhammadiyah Temanggung dan para aktor dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di desa Selopampang Temanggung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan studi Pustaka dan wawancara dengan  pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa Pondok pesantren Al Mu’min Muhammadiyah Temanggung dengan sumber daya dapat meningkatnya perekonomian masyarakat Desa Selopampang Temanggung.Kata Kunci: aktor, ekonomi, peran , pondok pesantren, pemberdayaan masyarakat

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and remuneration on job satisfaction and its impact on personnel performance at the South Jakarta Metro Resort Police. A quantitative approach is used with descriptive and associative research types. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (coefficient 0.489; p<0.05) and personnel performance (coefficient 0.793; p<0.05). Remuneration also has a positive effect on job satisfaction (coefficient 0.353; p<0.05) but not significantly on personnel performance (coefficient -0.053; p>0.05). Job satisfaction has a significant influence on personnel performance (coefficient 0.135; p<0.05). However, neither organizational culture nor remuneration has a significant effect on personnel performance through the mediation of job satisfaction. This research underlines the importance of a conducive organizational culture and fair remuneration in increasing job satisfaction and personnel performance. These findings are relevant for the development of human resource management strategies in police institutions.

Abstract

The development of the virtual website period even demands that organizations, including higher education institutions, under go transformation in human resource (HR) management to develop competitiveness, on an ongoing basis. The strategy of expanding human resources is considered as the key to forming individuals who are adaptive, competent, and have integrity in accordance with the principles of Islamic Economic Law. The study aims to examine the strategy ode developing human resources in higher education institutions in facing challenges of the virtual period based on the perspective of Islamic Economic Law. The method in the study is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study found that effective human resources development needs to be integrated with digital competence, improving spiritual quality, and implementing sharia value such as justice, trust worth thinnest, and balance. The implication of the study present human resource policies that are adjusted to Islamic values, and remain relevant to the needs of the organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence and leadership on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable in PT. Bintang Ujung Kulon Mandiri. The method in this study uses an associative method with a quantitative research approach. Meanwhile, the number of samples used was 52 respondents, using saturated samples for the sampling method. The analysis method used is SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that, (1) competence has a significant influence on employee performance, (2) emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance, (3) competence has a significant influence on leadership, (4) emotional intelligence has a significant influence on leadership, (5) leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, (6) competence has a significant influence on employee performance through leadership, and (7) emotional intelligence has a significant influence on employee performance through leadership.
