Abstract

Abstract: The objective of research was to investigate the effect of learning models on Mathematics learning achievements viewed from students’ emotional intelligence. The learning models compared were PjBL, GI and direct learning model. This study was a quasi experimental research with a 3 x 3 factorial design. The population of research was all of the VIII graders of Junior High Schools in Metro City. The sample was taken using stratified cluster random sampling. The sample of research consisted of 238 students with details 80 students for the experiment 1, 80 students for experiment 2 and 78 students for control classes. The instruments used for collecting data were mathematics learning achievement test and student EI questionnaires. The results of this research were as follows: (1) the use of the PjBL model couldresult better learning achievement than both GIandthe direct learning. The use of GI could result better learning achievement than the direct learning model, (2) Students with high EI, resulting better learning achievement than students with moderate or low EI, and students with moderate EI hadbetter learning achievement than students with low EI, (3) For those students with high and moderate EI, the PjBL modelresulted better learning achievement than direct learning model, while the PjBL models gave the same learning achievement asGI, and the GIgavethe same learning achievement as the direct learning model. For students with low EI, PjBL, GIand direct learning model gave the same learning achievement, (4) In learning using PjBL model, students with high EI had better learning achievement than students with low EI, and students with moderate EI had better learning achievement than students with low EI, while students with high EI had the same learning achievement as students with moderate EI. On learning using GImodel, students with a high EI had better learning achievement than thosewith low EI, while students with high EI had the same learning achievement as students with moderate EI and students with moderate EI had the same learning achievement as students with a low EI. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan 1) tingkat  kecemasan guru matematika di sekolah  terhadap pembelajaran online; 2) faktor-faktor kecemasan mengajar matematika pada pembelajaran online, 3) dampak dari kecemasan mengajar matematika terhadap metode mengajar guru pada pembelajaran online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada 31 guru matematika yang mengajar pada pembelajaran online. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Mathematics Teaching Anxiety Scale (MTAS) sebanyak 19 item. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa level kecemasan mengajar matematika guru pada pembelajaran online sebanyak 7 orang (22,6%) kategori tingkat kecemasan tinggi, sebanyak 14 orang (58%) kategori tingkat kecemasan sedang dan sebanyak 6 orang (19,4%) kategori tingkat kecemasan rendah. Kecemasan mengajar matematika yang paling banyak dirasakan adalah terkait siswa yang tidak dapat berpartisipasi secara aktif dalam pelajaran matematika online serta siswa yang tidak mampu memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Tingkatan kecemasan mengajar matematika memberikan dampak berbeda terhadap metode yang dipakai guru pada pembelajaran online. Responden dengan tingkat kecemasan mengajar tinggi secara umum menggunakan media whatsapp, mengajar dengan mengirimkan video pembelajaran yang diunduh dari youtube kemudian menjelaskan materi berdasarkan video dan buku paket. Responden dengan  tingkat kecemasan mengajar matematika sedang menggunakan media pembelajaran seperti video dari youtube, membuat kuis sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran serta menyiapkan rencana pembelajaran sebelum jadwal pembelajaran berlangsung. Responden dengan  tingkat kecemasan mengajar matematika rendah menggunakan metode pemecahan masalah, metode kooperatif serta diskusi tanya jawab melalui google meet maupun google classroom.

Abstract

Kegiatan pendampingan matematika ini dikhususkan pada pendampingan menyelesaikan soal matematika berbasis masalah yang bertujuan untuk membantu siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa tingkat sekolah dasar karena dampak sekolah di rumah saja. kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan selama 3 kali pertemuan yang diikuti oleh 10 peserta didik. metode dari pelatihan ini adalah dengan tahap pengajaran, bertanya, dan berlatih. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 peserta yang ikut terlibat aktif dalam pelatihan, terdapat 6 peserta yang mengalami peningkatan kemmapuan pemecahan masalah secara signifikan sedangkan 4 peserta lainnya masih dibawah rata-rata hal ini disebabkan kemampuan dasar berhitungnya masih rendah.

Abstract

Pada era digital, dibutuhkan media pembelajaran berbasis elektronik serta proses pembelajaran yang sifatnya melatih peserta didik untuk berpikir kreatif dan berbasis proyek. Salah satu media yang dibutuhkan yaitu e-modul dengan metode pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk melatih berpikir kreatif peserta didik. Sehingga tujuan dibuat penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui kevalidan dan kepraktisan e-modul matematika Berbasis PjBL ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Metode Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan research and development (R&D). Langkah-langkah identifikasinya yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk awal, serta revisi produk. Penelitian ini menghasilkan validasi ahli materi matematika dengan skor kualitas 3,15 pada kriteria valid. Sedangkan hasil validasi ahli media mendapatkan skor kualitas 3,22 pada kriteria valid. Setelah di uji cobakan e-modul berbasis PjBL didapatkan sebesar 2,98 pada aspek tampilan, sebesar 3,08 pada aspek penyajian materi serta pada aspek kemenarikan dan manfaat diperoleh hasil 2,73. Nilai rata-rata semuanya e-modul yang dikembangkan adalah 2,93 dalam kategori praktis. Peserta didik pun tuntas dalam belajarnya ditinjau dari berpikir kreatifnya. Kesimpulannya e-modul matematika Berbasis PjBL ditinjau dari kemampuan berpikir kreatif sangat valid dan praktis untuk pembelajaran matematika khususnya pada materi Bangun Ruang. In the digital era, electronic learning media and learning processes which train students’ creative thinking and are based on a certain project are needed. One of the media needed is an e-module with Project Based Learning (PjBL) method to train students' creative thinking. The purpose of this research is to investigate the validity and practicality of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) mathematics e-module in terms of creative thinking skills. This research is a research and development (R&D). The identification steps are potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, initial product testing, and product revisions. The result of the study reveals validation result of mathematicians with a quality score of 3.15 on the valid criteria, while the results of the validation of the media experts obtain a quality score of 3.22 on the valid criteria. After testing the PjBL-based e-module, it was obtained 2.98 for the display aspect, 3.08 for the material presentation aspect and 2.73 for attractiveness and advantage aspect. The average score of those aspects is 2.93. It proves that this e-module is in practical category. Students also completed their learning in terms of their creative thinking. In conclusion, the PjBL-Based mathematics e-module in terms of creative thinking skills is very feasible and practical for learning mathematics, especially in the solid figure material.

Abstract

The purpose of community service is to mentor children in the Oemah Mathematika environment, Yosorejo sub-district, East Metro, Indonesia in understanding mathematics learning materials by utilizing traditional games including snakes and ladders, dakon (congklak) and tablecloth games. Through this series of traditional games, children learn the basic material for integers, lowest common multiple (LCM) and highest common factor (HCF), as well as material for flat shapes. The results of community service showed that the mentoring process for children at Oemah Mathematika went smoothly, the children felt enthusiastic about learning basic mathematics materials through traditional games. The mentoring process makes learning mathematics fun for them and fosters a love for the culture particularly tradisional games which has begun to be eliminated by the existence of IT-based games.

Abstract

There are still many students who need help solving mathematical- problems. The need for attractive, easy-to-understand, and culture-based learning is essential for students. The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) to determine the stages of development of ethnomathematics-based e-modules, and 2) to find out whether ethnomathematics-based e-modules can improve problem-solving abilities at state junior high school 10 Metro. The research method uses a design research and development study type, including preliminary and prototyping stages (formative evaluation). According to the subject matter, media, and cultural experts, it is "highly feasible". Suggestions and comments from revised validators display feasibility. Meanwhile, the attractiveness of the e-module is evident in how students effectively use it. The results of the N-gain value analysis with an average of 0.8 indicates that ethnomathematics-based e-modules can significantly improve students' problem-solving abilities with high criteria. The e-module has met the criteria as a suitable medium for learning.

Abstract

This research aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) that utilize contextual problems in teaching plane geometry (quadrilaterals & triangles) while considering students' critical thinking abilities. The study adopts a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the 4D development model, which includes the Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate phases. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Batanghari with a sample of 10 students from class VII.3. The research instruments used in this study include expert validation questionnaires to assess the validity of the LKPD, student response questionnaires to measure the practicality of the LKPD and six essay-type test items to measure the effectiveness of the LKPD. The research findings indicate that the developed LKPD has high quality in terms of validity. The overall average scores from material and media expert validation were 3.675 and 3.275, respectively. Furthermore, the student response questionnaire showed that the LKPD meets the practicality criteria with an overall average score of 2.95. Regarding effectiveness, the test results demonstrate that the LKPD is effective with, a learning mastery rate of 60%, which falls into the category of reasonably good.

Abstract

Program Sertifikat Halal Gratis (SEHATI) dengan alur Self Declare oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJH) menargetkan 10 juta produk bersertifikasi halal.  Kementerian agama menargetkan kuota program Sehati yang disediakan pada tahun 2022 berjumlah 10 Juta sertifikat halal gratis bagi UMK (usaha mikro dan kecil) melalui skema self-declare sampai tahun 2024. Banyaknya kuota yang disediakan oleh kementerian agama melalui BPJH tidak dibarengi dengan pemahaman pelaku usaha dalam hal ini Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) sehingga dikhawatirkan tidak meratanya kuota tersebut. Sehingga perlu untuk UMK mengetahui dan memahami sertifikasi produk halal melalui alur Self Declare. Tujuan PKM ini yakni dapat terlaksananya pendampingan proses produk halal Self Declare untuk UMK di pasar Payungi, diharapkan pula peserta dalam hal ini pelaku usaha dapat memahami dan mampu untuk memenuhi persyaratan sebagai UMK yang memiliki produk tersertifikasi halal melalu jalur Self Decare. UMK diharapkan mampu untuk mengisi atau menginput data dukung yang dibutuhkan pada proses produk halal Self Declare melalui sistem online Sihalal.
