Abstract

Community empowerment and development (PPM) is the focus of this study, which examines the nickel mining business in Central Sulawesi, Indonesia. The primary objective of the study is to identify, prioritize, and engage with internal and external stakeholders. Everyone from affected communities to non-profits and even city councils might be considered a stakeholder. It makes use of the Power-Interest Matrix and Freeman's theory of stakeholders. It becomes more difficult to maintain social, economic, and environmental stability as more enterprises relocate to areas with abundant resources. The interplay between stakeholders was investigated in this qualitative study via the use of tools such as social mapping, in-depth interviews, focus groups, field observations, and community involvement forums. Stakeholders' objectives shift with time in response to environmental, social, and political variables, according to the findings. Every one of the matrix's four corners considers the actions and worries of the most influential parties. The findings highlight the significance of adaptive approaches, transparent supervision, and site-specific planning in the success of PPM. Infrastructure, economic resilience, health, and education are just a few sectors that can benefit from hearing from those who will really be using a program. More resources can be used, more people can accept them, and organizations can stay in business longer with the help of stakeholder power mapping. By enhancing the CSR approach with spatial data and participative models, this work improves stakeholder theory. This provides extractive companies with procedures that can be used by many different persons and can be reused.

Abstract

This study applied a qualitative approach to investigate the underlying influences on consumers’ online grocery shopping from the intention generation phase to intention execution phase in the perspectives of purchase intention and the intention–behaviour gap (IBG). Research data were derived from semi-structured in-depth interviews with 10 consumers and analyzed using grounded theory. The findings identified factors that influenced intentions and the IBG in the process of consumers’ online grocery shopping. Specifically, these findings reported that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk of COVID-19, social influence, and enjoyable shopping experiences were identified as major drivers for generating consumers’ online purchase intentions. Difficulty in transaction, late delivery, incomplete information, bad packaging, and difficulty with site navigation were factors triggering the gap between online grocery purchase intentions and behaviours These findings will help stakeholders build future policy and suitable strategies to better promote online grocery shopping in the Jabodetabek context.

Abstract

Religious‑heritage tourism in Indonesia has predominantly highlighted temples and mosques, leaving Protestant heritage sites such as the Western Indonesian Protestant Church (GPIB) Marga Mulya underrepresented in both scholarship and tourism promotion. This study aims to assess and compare the tourism potential of GPIB Marga Mulya, the oldest Protestant church in Yogyakarta, with other architecturally significant places of worship in Indonesia, to inform sustainable heritage‑tourism strategies. Using a comparative qualitative descriptive approach, the research applies SWOT analysis, supported by literature review, field observation, and interviews with church stakeholders, to evaluate historical value, architectural features, accessibility, and visitor engagement. Findings show that while GPIB Marga Mulya benefits from a central Malioboro location and rich Dutch colonial heritage, it is constrained by limited promotion, inadequate visitor facilities, and diminished visual prominence. In contrast, sites such as Cut Meutia Mosque in Jakarta and Santo Petrus Cathedral in Bandung leverage active programming, segmented community outreach, and event‑based attractions to strengthen their tourism appeal. This study contributes to expanding the scope of religious‑heritage tourism research to include Protestant sites and offers practical recommendations for positioning strategies, though its conclusions are limited to five case studies within the Indonesian context.

Abstract

This study evaluates the usability of three widely used 3D printing slicer software, Ultimaker Cura, IdeaMaker, and PrusaSlicer, at the Engineering Drawing Laboratory of UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the USE Questionnaire (Which Assesses Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and Satisfaction), as well as direct observation of three UX dimensions: learnability, effectiveness, and efficiency. Nine respondents completed seven task scenarios, each with six repetitions. To compare the three software, statistical analysis was conducted using the Friedman test and Wilcoxon post-hoc comparisons. The results showed that Ultimaker Cura consistently achieved the highest SUS and USE scores and demonstrated significantly faster task completion times. The strong alignment between observed performance and user perception supports the validity of the blended evaluation method. This study concludes that Ultimaker Cura is the most user-friendly option for beginners and is well-suited for educational environments. This finding contributes to provide guidance in selecting software and teaching practices in educational laboratories, while also contributing to usability research.
