Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that affect employee work productivity, consisting of motivation, discipline, and morale during the Covid-19 pandemic at KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were 144 employees of KPP Pratama Sidoarjo Utara. The sample in this study amounted to 59 employees who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire measured by a Likert scale and interviews with one of the employees. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis.From the research results it is explained that motivation, discipline, and morale have a simultaneous effect on work productivity with a smaller significance level. It can be seen that work productivity is significantly influenced jointly by discipline, motivation and morale. But partially, motivation has no effect on work productivity because motivation is also influenced by work environment factors and is not only influenced by yourself, this shows that the higher the level of employee motivation does not affect to increase employee work productivity while discipline and morale have an effect on productivity. work. Key words: Motivation, Discipline, Morale, and Work Productivity.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at the PRIMKOPPABRI Savings and Loan Cooperative (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI) Blitar District. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of Turnover Intentions, Burnout, and Work-Life Balance on the Performance of Employees of the PRIMKOPPABRI Savings and Loan Cooperative (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI) in Blitar Regency. The method used to determine sampal is saturated sample, so the total sample used is 53 employees. Data collection methods by collecting primary and secondary data. Hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests using multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 for Windows software.The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of the variables Turnover Intentions, Burnout and Work-Life Balance on Employee Performance. In addition, the Turnover Intentions variable has a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of the PRIMKOPPABRI Cooperative Savings and Loans (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI), while the Burnout and Work-Life Balance variables do not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees of the Savings and Loan Cooperative of PRIMKOPPABRI (Primer Koperasi Purnawirawan ABRI)Blitar Regency, while the Burnout and Work-Life Balance variables do not have a significant effect partially on the performance of employees ) Blitar Regency. Keywords: Turnover Intentions, Burnout, Work-Life Balance, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out how Gojek users decide to use Gojek services. In this research, five variables are used, namely price, convenience, service quality and trust, which are independent variables, while user decisions are dependent variables. Whereas in this study the number of respondents obtained was 147 respondents based on the results of the questionnaire distributed but from that number there were 47 respondents who did not meet the sample criteria, so the number of samples that had been selected was only 100 respondents. In determining the sample criteria in this study using purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on certain criteria. The analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression analysis technique that is with research data in the form of cross section data. The results in this study indicate that the variable price, convenience, service quality and trust simultaneously have a positive effect simultaneously on Gojek service user decisions. On the price variable, convenience, service quality and trust have a partial positive effect on the decision of Gojek service users.Keywords: Price, Ease, Service Quality, Trust, User Decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to describe work ethics, work experience, work culture and work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero), to determine the effect of work ethics, work experience, work culture on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Garam (Persero) with a sample size of 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of descriptive analysis show that the employees of PT. Garam (Persero) agreed on all research variables, namely work ethics, work experience, work culture and work performance. Work ethics have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work experience has no significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work culture has a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Garam (Persero). Work ethics, work experience, and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the work performance of employees of PT. Abstract

AbstractOil and gas exploration and production activities are a strategic and potential industry for the Indonesian people. The availability of oil and gas as an energy source is one of the main factors in increasing a nation's income. In 2017, the cost recovery scheme was changed to gross split. The background for changing PSC cost recovery to gross split is because cost recovery is considered ineffective and inefficient. Therefore, a study was conducted which aims to determine the fiscal analysis used by the government in regulating oil and gas with the gross split regime approach and PSC cost recovery and to find out which is more profitable between the two methods used, namely PSC cost recovery and gross split. The fiscal analysis carried out by the government in oil and gas exploitation in Indonesia is to divide the fiscal terms for the two regimes, cost recovery and gross split, so that the take taken by the government and contractors is not mutually beneficial and fair. As well as comparing cashflow schemes between cost recovery and gross split, as well as conducting an economic analysis to obtain the results of which scheme is more feasible to be applied in Indonesia. Keywords: Production Sharing Contract, Gross Split, Cost Recovery, Fiscal Terms

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City in 2021. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City in 2021 with a total of 146 employees. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method obtained a sample of 76 employees. The method of data collection in this study used the method of distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: organizational commitment, job satisfaction, employee performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banks listed on the IDX in 2018-2020. The population in this study were all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020. The sample used in this study were banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2020 using the purposive sampling method, as many as 25 company. The results of the study show that: 1) There is a simultaneous effect of the board of commissioners, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committee and board of directors on banking financial performance. 2) There is a partial effect of the board of commissioners on the financial performance of banks. 3) There is no partial effect of institutional ownership on banking financial performance. 4) There is partial influence of independent commissioners on banking financial performance. 5) There is no effect of the audit committee on the financial performance of banks. 6) There is a partial effect of the board of directors on the financial performance of banks.. Keyword: Good Corporate Governance, Kinerja Keuanagan, Return Aset (ROA)

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to influence food quality, atmosphere, and price fairness on customer satisfaction partially or simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods and this type of research is explanatory research. The sample of this research was 88 customers at Photocopi Cafe Malang using the Slovin formula with a level of 10%. To obtain accurate and detailed data, this study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire with a Likert scale by distributing it to customers of Cafe Photocopi Malang. Data analysis used was instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that food quality, atmosphere, and price reasonableness simultaneously affect customers at Cafe Photocopi Malang. While partially the quality of food affects customer satisfaction, atmosphere affects customer satisfaction and price fairness affects customer satisfaction at Cafe Photocopi Malang.Keywords: Food Quality, Atmosphere, Fairness of Prices and Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of promotion and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying  for Shopee consumers in Malang. The data source for this research is primary data obtained from answers to questions when distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers in Malang. The sample method used is purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The number of samples in this study were 130 respondents obtained from the Hair et. al. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed: (1) promotion and shopping lifestyle simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Shopee consumers in Malang, (2) promotion partially had no significant effect on impulse buying for Shopee consumers in Malang, (3) ) shopping lifestyle partially has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying for Shopee consumers in Malang Keywords : Promotion, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulse Buying

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the effect of the use of social media, and entrepreneurial knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, either partially or simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach and the type of descriptive research. The population in this study amounted to 830 students with a sample of 89 respondents with the criteria of students from the economics and business faculty of the Islamic University of Malang majoring in management and accounting class 2017 who are active and have businesses, and have taken entrepreneurship courses. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS 22 software. The results show that (1) the use of social media and entrepreneurship knowledge has a simultaneous effect on entrepreneurial interest in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, (2) the use of social media has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in students.
