Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceptions and motivation of accounting students on interest in participating in "MBKM" with personality as a moderating variable. The data collection technique in this study was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Moderated Regression Analysis with descriptive statistical testing, data quality test (validity and reliability test), normality test, classical assumption test (multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis testing (simultaneous F test, determination coefficient test, and t test). The results of this study indicate that the perception and personality of accounting students have a positive effect on the interest in joining "MBKM". In contrast, the motivation of accounting students has no effect on the interest in joining "MBKM". In addition, personality cannot moderate the effect of perception and motivation of accounting students on interest in joining "MBKM".Keywords: Perception, motivation, student interest on MBKM, and personality

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to elucidate the influence of organizational structure, budget system, control system and accountability on cost control accounting in UMKM. This research used to UMKM in Pasuruan district. The methodological approach employed is multiple linear regression analyze. The findings indicated by organizational structure, budgeting systems, control mechanisms, and accountability frameworks significantly influence the implementation of accountabilities in accounting and the efficacy of cost control within Pasuruan Regency. The organizational structure variable has a significant affected in the cost control effectiveness in UMKM in Pasuruan district. Specifically, the organizational structure variable exerts a substantial effect on cost control effectiveness in UMKM in Pasuruan. Similarly, the budgeting system variable also demonstrates a significant impact on cost control efficiency in these UMKM. Additionally, the control mechanism variables markedly influence the cost control effectiveness in the UMKM of Pasuruan Regency.Keywords : Cost control accounting, structure organization, budget system, control system, and accountability

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of the Accounting Information System and Work Motivation on Performance Effectiveness. This investigation employs a quantitative methodology, targeting the staff of CV. Algostudio as the population. The study included 40 respondents, selected through a saturated sampling method. In this investigation, the analysis of the data was conducted using multiple linear regression. The analysis executed using SPSS version 29 indicates that both the Accounting Information System and Work Motivation contribute significantly and positively to Performance Effectiveness when assessed collectively. It was observed that individually, the Accounting Information System does not influence Performance Effectiveness, whereas Work Motivation individually exerts a notable positive impact on Performance Effectiveness.Keywords: Performance Effectiveness, Accounting Information System, Work Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Word-Of-Mouth on Consumer Purchase Decisions of Traveloka in Malang City. This is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the residents in Malang City who are users of Traveloka. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a sample of 75 respondents. The data for this research were obtained through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis for this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. This study contributes to understanding the factors influencing consumer purchase decisions of Traveloka in Malang City. The results of this research indicate that Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Word-Of-Mouth have an influence on Consumer Purchase Decisions of Traveloka in Malang City. Simultaneously, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, and Word-Of-Mouth have an influence on the Consumer Purchase Decisions of Traveloka in Malang City.  Keywords: Purchase Decisions, Brand Awareness, Brand Image, Word-Of-Mouth

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers influence consumer decisions in buying RS31 Shop House fashion products at Shopee. Purposive sampling is the sampling technique used in this quantitative research. Thus, the sample of this study consisted of 85 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for RS31 fashion products from Shopee e-commerce. Partially, purchasing decisions are positively and significantly influenced by social media marketing (X1), viral marketing (X2), and celebrity endorsers (X3). Keywords: social media marketing, viral marketing, and celebrity endorsers

Abstract

Despite the proven potential of e-commerce in generating business competitiveness and performance, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) adopting that particular technology in developing countries such as Indonesia remains relatively low. It is critical to evaluate the obstacles, expose them, and find a way to overcome the issue, especially as the recent global pandemic of COVID-19 has impacted this sector to a great extent. The impact of COVID-19 on Indonesian SMEs and how they are dealing with it are highlighted in this paper, which is quite scarce and insufficient to cover the gap. Using a survey of 278 SME owners and/or managers in Indonesia, our study aims to explore the influence of technological, individual, organizational, and environmental factors on SMEs' adoption of e-commerce and business performance. We use PLS to explore the relationships proposed in our framework model. The results of this study revealed that technological, individual, organizational, and environmental factors positively affect the adoption of e-commerce. The findings also confirmed that technological, organizational, and environmental factors are the determinant factors that affect Indonesian SMEs' performance. Interestingly, the study did not prove the direct effect of individual characteristics on performance. It indicates that the performances and innovativeness of SMEs within our study are more rooted in their organizational setting rather than individual.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of customer experience, service quality, and perceived value on customer loyalty in users of Spotify premium streaming services. Data collection was carried out using a purposive sampling method on 85 respondents who had used Spotify premium services, through a Likert Scale-based questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (F test and t test) using the IBM SPSS version 20 program. The results showed that simultaneously, the three variables had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty (significance 0.000 <0.05). Partially, customer experience, service quality, and perceived value also have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Customer Experience, Service Quality, Perceived Value and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract This study intends to examine the factors that have an impact on the purchase decision of The Originote products in Lowokwaru District, Malang City, with a focus on consumers from the younger generation. The research approach applied is quantitative with a correlational method. Sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 90 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions. In contrast, Brand Image shows a significant negative impact on purchasing decisions. This output confirms that increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty are able to increase the tendency of users to shop for The Originote products. However, a poor brand image can hinder the purchase decision-making process. This research highlights the importance of the right marketing scheme for increasing brand awareness and customer loyalty. Companies need to implement more transparent communication and build consumer trust to strengthen a positive brand image. The results of this research can be used as a reference for marketers and academics in designing marketing strategies in the increasingly competitive cosmetics industry.   Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Brand Image.

Abstract

The research attempts to reveal, in explanatory causality, the effect of the use of ac- counting information on the belief revision of stock selection for the security prospects in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were collected using survey on investment managers with individual unit analysis, through simple random sampling. They were analyzed using structural equation model (SEM). The result shows that there is posi- tive effect of the usefulness of accounting information on belief revision and return preferences; there is positive effect of the usefull of price information on belief revision and return preferences; there is positive effect of systematis risk on the usefulness of price information, and there is positive effect of belief revision on return preferences. This result also indicates negative effect of the usefulness of accounting information on the unsystematic risk; the negative effect of systematic risk on belief revision, as well as the negative effect of unsystematic risk on belief revision. Variables of unsystematic risk and belief revision are a mediating variable because it is increasing the effect and the relationships among variables. Yet, the use of price information is as a mediating because it lowers the effect between variables.The study also shows that accounting information is very useful because it contains value, relevan, reliabel, comparative information and has prospect in the future in decision making. Investment managers shlod be sophisticated, rational, prudent, and have risk preferences that can make a positive contribution in the advisory to investors.
