Abstract

Pengendara motor di bawah umur menjadi suatu permasalahan yang kerap ditemui dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Artikel ini berfokus menjelaskan mengenai faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan maraknya pengendara motor di bawah umur. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengendara motor di bawah umur, orang tua pengendara motor di bawah umur, pihak sekolah dan pihak kepolisian. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi maraknya pengendara motor di bawah umur, baik itu faktor intern mau pun faktor ekstern. Faktor intern yaitu kebutuhan pribadi, lebih ekonomis, lebih efisien, serta faktor dari orang tua atau keluarga yang membiarkan anak mereka menggunakan motor. Kemudian, faktor ekstern yang menyebabkan maraknya pengendara motor di bawah umur yaitu pengaruh teman sebaya, lingkungan tempat tinggal, dan gaya hidup.

Abstract

Considerable attention to the development of social behavior shown by Institutions of Pesantren Daarut Tauhid, one of them in basic training activities aiming to shape basic character (Good and Strong), which are translated into social behavior. In this research, researchers used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. For researchers used data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentary. The results showed that the activities carried out for seven days and is mandatory for new students with a mechanism for the delivery of material good in theory, practice and extracting wisdom. Competence trainers involved in the activities of basic training is that the coach who had previously followed the coach education establishment (diktuktih). Through a spiritual approach was played, as for the development of social behavior that is perceived students in activities This basic training is that it can regulate and control the behavior of students, foster sensitive and care for others, creates a sense of gratitude that high because of the existence in nature which is too difficult, and feel the existence of God's help to face the activities previously felt unable to do.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected several industries, one of which is the tourism industry such as hotels, restaurants, retailers and various tourist attractions in Indonesia being closed due to this pandemic. One of the affected tourist attractions is the Alamendah Tourism Village, which is located in Bandung Regency, West Java. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy as a recovery effort in the Alamendah Tourism Village during the COVID-19 pandemic. The marketing strategy carried out in this study is from the 7P aspect in the marketing mix, namely Product, Place, Promotion, Price, People, Physical Evidence, and Process. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods, the resource persons in this study consisted of the managers of the Alamendah Tourism Village, the Bandung Regency Culture and Tourism Office and Tourists. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by the Alamendah Tourism Village before and during this pandemic had positive changes, which initially only depended on offline marketing to become online and added new tour packages, namely Virtual Tours.

Abstract

Dalam pemenuhan asas aman pada kegiatan Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL) maka perlu dilakukan kegiatan Kontrol Kualitas Pengukuran. Pengukuran Kontrol Kualitas dilaksanakan oleh pihak ketiga atau disebut KJSB. Salah satunya dilakukan oleh KJSB Rifaatul Mahmudah dan Rekan, yang telah melaksanakan Pengukuran Kontrol Kualitas di Desa Rancajawat, Kecamatan Tukdana, Kabupaten Indramayu. Berdasarkan data Pengukuran Kontrol Kualitas, didapat selisih dengan Pengukuran Awal (PTSL), diantaranya selisih pada luas, posisi, bentuk geometri, dan panjang sisi bidang tanah. Terdapat 8 bidang tanah yang dijadikan sampel Pengukuran Kontrol Kualitas. Perbandingan luas terkecil pada sampel bidang tanah yaitu pada Nomor Identifikasi Bidang (NIB) 01730 sebesar 1,982 m2. Dan selisih terbesar pada NIB 01659 yaitu sebesar 9,436 m2. Dari ke-8 sampel dinyatakan lolos Kontrol Kualitas dalam segi luas, namun masih terdapat banyak kesalahan pada panjang sisi bidang tanah sehingga mempengaruhi pada aspek uji Kontrol Kualitas lainya yaitu bentuk geometri dan posisi bidang tanah. Sehingga untuk masuk ke tahap validasi bidang tanah dan untuk memenuhi asas aman, maka perlu dilakukan Pengukuran Kontrol Kualitas ulang pada sampel bidang tanah, sehingga terhindar dari permasalahan pada bidang tanah.

Abstract

Dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang Daerah atau RPJP Kota Cimahi Tahun 2005-2025 disebutkan bahwa permasalahan yang terdapat di Kota Cimahi salah satunya adalah aspek pendidikan. Jumlah sekolah harus menyesuaikan jumlah penduduk tersebut serta ketersediaan sekolah berdasarkan prediksi pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia. Selain jumlah bangunan sekolah yang harus mencukupi juga keterjangkauan sekolah harus berada di lokasi yang terjangkau oleh penduduk. Pemetaan fasilitas sekolah berbasis Sistem Informasi Geografis bertujuan agar dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada para pengguna dalam pencarian informasi mengenai keterangan sekolah serta letak lokasi sekolah yang ingin diketahui. Kelurahan Karangmekar memiliki dua SMP negeri yang tersedia. Kelurahan Cimahi tidak memiliki SMP negeri yang tersedia. Prasarana dan sarana transportasi yang meliputi jalan dan alat angkut transportasi merupakan sarana untuk menghubungkan jarak antara daerah satu dengan yang lain.Kelurahan ini saat ini memiliki 1 SMP Negeri yang telah ada, dan terdapat kebutuhan untuk pembangunan 4 SMP tambahan. Dengan demikian, total kebutuhan fasilitas pendidikan di kelurahan Baros adalah 5 SMP. Lebih dari setengah sekolah memiliki lokasi yang dekat dengan pemukiman, memberikan kemudahan akses bagi siswa untuk mencapai sekolah dari lingkungan tempat tinggal mereka.

Abstract

The government is running the Citarum Harum program as an effort to restore the cleanliness of the Citarum River. The form of effort taken is by controlling buildings that do not have permits around the river. Binong sub-district, which contains the Cikapundung Kolot River and is a tributary of the Citarum River, was affected. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Citarum Harum Program on the socio-economic conditions of communities affected by evictions in Binong Village. The research method used is qualitative analysis by collecting data through interviews, observation and literature study. The research results show that the Citarum Harum Program has a significant impact on the socio-economic conditions of the affected communities. Economically, evictions cause a decrease in community expenditure due to the additional costs that must be incurred. Socially, evictions can disrupt the social stability of society, causing uncertainty, isolation and changes in social relationships.

Abstract

AbstrakIndustri ekowisata telah berkembang pesat dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, dengan wisatawan yang semakin menginginkan pengalaman berwisata yang unik, otentik, dan berkelanjutan. Menurut data dari World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), sektor ekowisata tumbuh sekitar 20% per tahun, lebih cepat dibandingkan pariwisata secara keseluruhan. Selain itu perkembangan teknologi dan media social menjadi salah satu tantangan bagi operator ekowisata untuk mencari strategi pemasaran yang efektif dan inovatif. Salah satu pendekatan yang semakin mendapat perhatian adalah Storytelling, atau teknik bercerita. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran storytelling sebagai salah satu metode dalam pemasaran ekowisata. Melalui metode tinjauan pustaka, diperoleh temuan bahwa konsep Storytelling dapat meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan, kepuasan terhadap produk, layanan ekowisata, kesadaran terhadap konservasi lingkungan, pelestarian budaya lokal, dan keterlibatan masyarakat setempat. Beberapa faktor storytelling yang paling berdampak dalam pemasaran ekowisata ialah memorable experience, autentitas cerita, dan penggunaan teknologi (media sosial). Faktor-faktor ini dapat membangun hubungan emosional yang kuat antara calon wisatawan dengan destinasi tersebut.Kata kunci:Storytelling, pemasaran, ekowisata, autentisitas, pengalaman wisatawan, pariwisata berkelanjutan.AbstractThe ecotourism industry has rapidly developed in recent years, with travelers increasingly seeking unique, authentic, and sustainable travel experiences. According to data from the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), the ecotourism sector is growing at around 20% per year, faster than tourism as a whole. Additionally, the development of technology and social media poses a challenge for ecotourism operators to find effective and innovative marketing strategies. One approach that is gaining attention is storytelling, or the art of narrative. This article aims to analyze the role of storytelling as a method in ecotourism marketing. Through a literature review method, findings indicate that the concept of storytelling can enhance tourist experiences, satisfaction with ecotourism products and services, awareness of environmental conservation, preservation of local culture, and engagement of local communities. Some of the most impactful storytelling factors in ecotourism marketing are memorable experiences, story authenticity, and the use of technology (social media). These factors can build a strong emotional connection between potential tourists and the destination.Keywords: storytelling, marketing, ecotourism, authenticity, tourist experience, sustainable tourism

Abstract

AbstrakDestinasi wisata yang terkait dengan kejadian kelam (dark tourism) mendapatkan banyak perhatian dalam dua puluh tahun terakhir. Pertanyaan mengenai apa motivasi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke destinasi wisata dark tourism terus dikaji. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memahami apa saja motivasi pengunjung yang berkunjung ke destinasi dark tourism. Studi literatur terkait kajian-kajian yang berkenaan dengan dark tourism digunakan untuk memahami motivasi pengunjung. Berdasarkan literatur, ditemukan sembilan jenis motivasi yang muncul pada aktivitas wisata dark tourism, yaitu Experience, History, Education, Culture and Identity, Remembrance, Thrill-seeking, Site, Exhibits, Death and Dying. Selain itu, ragam daya tarik yang terkait dengan dark tourism di Desa Ciburial Kabupaten Bandung juga didiskusikan. Kajian ini memberikan pemahaman mengenai ragam motivasi wisatawan dalam mengunjungi destinasi wisata dark tourism, khususnya di Indonesia.Keywords: dark tourism, motivasi, destinasi wisataAbstractTourist destinations related to dark tourism have received a lot of attention in the last twenty years. The question of what is the motivation of tourists who visit dark tourism destinations continues to be studied. Based on the literature, nine types of motivation were found in dark tourism activities, namely Experience, History, Education, Culture and Identity, Remembrance, Thrill-seeking, Site, Exhibits, Death and Dying. In addition, various attractions related to dark tourism in Ciburial Village, Bandung Regency were also discussed. Abstract

Misconceptions refer to understandings that do not align with scientifically accurate concepts. Identifying misconceptions is essential for enhancing learning effectiveness. This study aims to develop a Four-tier Diagnostic Test instrument to identify students' misconceptions regarding lithosphere dynamics in senior high schools in Cianjur Regency. The research employs the 4D development model with the Rasch Model, consisting of four stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. However, this study is limited to the identification stage. The sampling technique used random sampling, with a total sample of 440 students from five senior high schools. The Four-tier Diagnostic Test instrument was validated using the Rasch Model, with Outfit MNSQ values ranging from 0.66 to 1.37 and Outfit ZSTD values from -2.90 to 2.90. The instrument’s reliability, measured by Cronbach’s Alpha, was 0.74. The level of students’ misconceptions varied, with School P having the highest misconception rate at 32.4%, while School N had the lowest at 17.1%. Among subtopics, exogenous forces had the highest misconception rate at 29%, whereas tectonic processes had the lowest at 6.3%. In conclusion, the Four-tier Diagnostic Test is an effective instrument for identifying students' misconceptions regarding lithosphere dynamics.

Abstract

Flooding is one of the natural disasters that often hit East Jakarta City. In the context of disaster preparedness, students' knowledge and attitude are very important. This study aims to identify the influence of students' knowledge on flood preparedness in public high schools in East Jakarta City. In addition, this study also wants to explore the influence of learners' attitudes on disaster preparedness, and analyze the relationship between knowledge and attitudes in the context of preparedness. In this study, cluster random sampling technique was used with a total of 311 students. Data collection methods included observation, tests, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation studies. To analyze the data, various techniques were used, including testing of research instruments, prerequisite analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the knowledge about flooding possessed by public high school students in East Jakarta City can be categorized as high, reaching 82%. This includes understanding, application, analysis and evaluation. Meanwhile, students' attitudes in dealing with flood disasters are in the medium category, at 76%, with components of accepting, responding, appreciating, and being responsible. Learners' preparedness is also in the moderate category with a percentage of 70%, which includes disaster risk knowledge, emergency response plans, disaster warning systems, and resource mobilization. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R²), an R² value of 0.544 was obtained. This shows that knowledge and attitude have an influence of 54.4% on disaster preparedness.
