Abstract

Problematika keuangan merupakan masalah yang cukup mendasar di lembaga pendidikan. Karena seluruh komponen pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfid  Al Fatah Natar  erat kaitannya dengan komponen keuangan pesantren. Masalah keuangan akan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kualitas pesantren.. Maka untuk memenuhi biaya diperlukan sumber dana yang mumpuni. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dari mana sumber dana, alokasi dananya dan perencanaan anggaran di . Metode yang digunakan adalah ketode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Manajemen keuangan pendidikan merupakan sebagai rangkaian aktivitas mengatur mengelola keuangan lembaga pendidikan mulai dari perencanaan, pembukuan, pembelanjaan, pengawasan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan lembaga pendidikan. Adapun kegiatan inti yang ada dalam manajemen keuangan pendidikan bisa dikelompokkan dalam tiga hal, yaitu: penyusunan anggaran (budgeting), pembukuan (accounting), pemeriksaan (auditing). Mulyasa menjelaskan tentang hal-halyang perlu diperhatikan dalam penganggaran biaya pendidikan. Pertama, anggaran belanja harus dapat mengganti beberapa peraturan dan prosedur yang tidak efektifsesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan; Kedua, merevisi peraturan dan input lain yang relevan, dengan mengembangkan perencanaan sistem yang efektif; dan Ketiga, memonitor dan menilai keluaran pembiayaan secara terus menerus dan berkesinambungan sebagai bahan perencanaan tahap pengagaran tahun berikutnya   pondok yang berbasis salafiyah yang mana pengaturan keuangan langsung dipegang oleh pihak pengasuh dan dibantu oleh pengurus. Untuk sumber dana di pondok Al Fatah  sebagian besar berasal dari santri atau wali santri, selain itu juga ada dan masyarakat baik masyrakat sekitar pondok maupun alumni.

Abstract

Pembiayaan Pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan sebuah madrasah, sama halnya dengan kurikulum pembiayaan juga sebagai penunjang keterlaksanaan nya Lembaga Pendidikan dalam menjalankan program kerja yang ada pada sebuah Lembaga Pendidikan. Program Pemerintah yang mengharuskan wajib belajar dan mengadakan sekolah gratis membuat sekolah/madrasah swasta menjadi kurang dalam melakukan program kegiatan di madrasah, mencari strategi pembiayaan dalam pemecahan masalah yang ada terkait sumber-sumber pendanaan yang ada dimadrasah adalah solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas suatu madrasah. Lingkungan yang mendukung serta peran orang tua murid akan memperngaruhi kemajuan suatu Lembaga Pendidikan karena sumber dana madrasah tidak serta merta hanya mengadalkan dari bantuan pemerintah namun juga bisa dari peran orang tua serta lingkungan masyarakat .

Abstract

Karena tidak mungkin sebuah madrasah dapat berfungsi secara efektif dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang berkualitas tanpa adanya pengawas profesional yang terampil, peran pengawas madrasah dengan gaya kepemimpinan visioner sangat mendukung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kontribusi pengawas madrasah dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia madrasah. Metode penelitian kualitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan adalah bagian dari analisis data. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pengawasan telah efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia madrasah, seperti melakukan penilaian kinerja guru di bawah pengawasan langsung Kepala Madrasah dan melakukan penilaian tahunan. Kepala masjid. Peran pengawas madrasah dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia madrasah adalah menjaga dan membimbing guru melalui supervisi akademik atau manajerial madrasah. Peran drasa yang paling penting adalah meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dengan membina dan mengembangkan sumber daya guru sendiri dan meningkatkan pembelajaran di kelas yang berkualitas. Ketaatan guru dan kepala madrasah, serta adanya program kerja madrasah dengan kegiatan supervisi merupakan faktor pendukung supervisi. Faktor Penghambat Pengawasan Pengawasan Banyaknya kegiatan yang menumpuk berlebihan saat membuat program kerja Madrasahdrasah Aliyah. Oleh karena itu, ketika tiba waktunya pengawas untuk mengawasi madrasah, banyak yang disibukkan dengan kegiatan.

Abstract

The alternative of character building of students can be done through school culture in accordance with the Grand Design of character education because the character as a character is built based on applicable values. Therefore, character education through the school culture that students have based on values ​​essentially shapes the child into a better character and in a positive direction. For this reason, the writer analyses the Implementation of Character-Based Education and School Culture at SDIT Permata Bunda 1 Bandar Lampung. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Descriptive research tries to explain the current solution based on the data, then presents the data and interprets it. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. For the sample, the principals and teachers of SDIT Permata Bunda 1 Bandar Lampung. The Qur'anic generation are youths who hold fast to the Qur'an, make the Qur'an as a guide for their lives, read, memorise and understand its contents, and practice it in all aspects of life in the world. Children's character education is a process of forming a child's character or personality and is used as a provision from childhood to adulthood. Therefore, character education is an important thing that must be given to children because these fundamental values ​​are needed in the future. Achievement is a standardised test to measure a student's knowledge and proficiency in one or more knowledge in a subject.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management in Islamic religious education learning as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the analysis 1) are summarized in the preparation of effective week plans, mapping SK/KD, KKM, annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, and lesson plans, (2) applying interesting media, carrying out extracurricular activities, (3) teachers providing media and learning equipment form the authority to coordinate learning in the classroom, participate in training, (4) the teacher supervises learning activities in the classroom, evaluates the results of the implementation of learning, supervising in the evaluation process in the form of tests or assignments. (5) Prepare questions/assessment tools, carry out assessments, check answers, assess learning outcomes, manage learning outcomes, analyze learning outcomes, conclude assessment results clearly and logically, compile reports on learning outcomes, and improve assessment questions/tools. Supporting factors (1) increased time allocation, (2) training assistance, (3) good relations between teachers, (4) school principal support for teachers, (5) teacher supervision, and (6) supervision by school school principals. In contrast, the inhibiting factors are (1) the lack of learning facilities and media, (2) the lack of innovation in the preparation of learning plans, and (3) the lack of student practice outside of school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the communication between the Head of Madrasah and staff, teachers both orally and in writing in increasing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jatiagung District, South Lampung Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach. In carrying out this qualitative research how to build knowledge through understanding and discovery. The use of this qualitative research approach is carried out because it relates to the research process and understanding based on a methodology that investigates social phenomena and human problems. In this study, data sources were taken from observations, interviews, and documentation from parties related to this research. The results of the study show that the Madrasah Principal does communicate with the teachers orally and in writing at the Madrasah in increasing professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Jatiagung District, South Lampung Regency. While the form of communication carried out by the head of the madrasa with the teachers orally and in writing by the madrasa through internal communication using two forms, first the head of the madrasa carries out downward communication, namely communication that comes from the head of the madrasa to the teachers. The two madrasa heads also carry out upward communication, namely communication that comes from teachers to madrasa heads both orally and in writing.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the implementation of human resource management in improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School, South Lampung. This research includes field research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. The results showed that planning for implementing human resource management in improving student discipline at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School in Sidoharjo village was carried out and determined in the form of a joint management meeting for both men and women. Human Resource Development Program in Improving Disciplinary Competence of students which are routine and incidental, namely: 1) Congregational Prayer, 2) Morning Call, 3) Islamic Studies, 4) Training Motivation, 6) Routine evaluation, 7) Giving sanctions, 8), queue to eat according to the specified time. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Management (ustadz and ustadzah) of the Islamic Boarding School and assessing the attitude of the students carried out by the administrators (ustad and ustadzah) at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Boarding School by means of notes through the black book and how many of these students have a letter of violation signed on the mat.

Abstract

This research aims to find out Management of Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Village, Jati Agung District, South Lampung Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in this study is to use the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that 1. Planning for Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence, namely by holding a deliberation meeting which is carried out at the new school year or at the beginning of the semester with the involvement of related parties, namely the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Council of Teachers , and all educational staff. 2. The Program for Implementing Human Resource Development in Improving Teacher Personality Competence in Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin Based on the decision of the Madrasah head, there are 6 Activities for Implementing the Human Resource Development Program in Improving Teacher Personality Competence which are routine and incidental, namely: Dzuhur Prayer in Congregation, Apples Morning, Islamic Studies, MGMP, Motivation Training, Religious Tour or Walisongo Pilgrimage. 3. Evaluation of the Human Resource Development Management program in Improving Teacher Personal Competence at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin is carried out in the form of monitoring and supervision from the Madrasah head to Teachers and teacher attitude assessment carried out by students by voting or voting to obtain and obtain The title as the best and most favorite teacher will be announced at the commemoration of National Teacher's Day, which is on November 25.

Abstract

The main objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the Madrasah Principal's Leadership Strategy in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin 2) To find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in Improving Teacher Professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin. This research method uses a qualitative approach, the method used in this research is using, Observation, Interview, Documentation. The results showed that the leadership strategy of the madrasa head in increasing teacher professionalism at Madrasah Aliyah Hidayatul Mubtadiin, namely: creating conducive situations and conditions in the work environment, increasing discipline for all educators, carrying out strict selection of teaching staff, providing welfare guarantees for, Evaluate each activity that has been implemented. Supporting factors namely; apply the principles of respect for educators who have work creativity and innovation, have sufficient budget for madrasah development, have adequate and supporting facilities and infrastructure, educators have high work enthusiasm and innovation in carrying out their duties.
