Abstract

Management Information System is a system used to organize online sales transactions. This study developed a management information system for Ud Anggi Jaya where there were several problems such as price, lack of transparency in the process of ordering fertilizers, errors in recording orders, and it took a little longer in making reports. For that, as part of an innovation that supports customer service, the technology that will be used is a chatbot. The chatbot function is here to help customers handle incoming messages via various communication channels. The chatbot ensures that all messages from customers can be handled quickly. About a business and product in this business, the author uses the waterfall research methodology. This methodology is composed of 4 stages, 1) System Analysis Stage, 2) Design Stage, 3) Coding Stage, 4) Testing stage. This system was developed in the programming language PHP and MySql as a database management system, in this system there are product data, sales data, distributor data and sales reports, so that the subsidized Fertilizer Management Information System can help simplify the fertilizer transaction process, and as a promotion media.

Abstract

A library is a work unit of a particular agency or institution that manages library materials, either in the form of books or non-book materials, that are systematically arranged according to specific rules so that they can be used as a source of information by each user. Although books remain a valuable source of information, many faculties, especially in fields that require practicums, often face difficulties when courses are completed, especially for students who are late to class or absent due to reasons such as work or other commitments. This challenge is even more pronounced for students who are unfamiliar with the course, especially those without a basic education in the field. Additionally, this website is also expected to support students in learning independently after lectures have concluded. The method used in planning research on the video content development system for practical work at the Unwaha digital library is the Waterfall Model, which encompasses analysis, design, testing, implementation, and maintenance phases. In data collection, quantitative methods are employed, including questionnaires and embedded techniques to collect video data. The results of this study indicate that 50% of the respondents considered this video tutorial website to have a significant influence on their learning motivation. Additionally, 54.2% of respondents considered this video tutorial website effective in supporting distance learning.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan media digital dalam proses pembelajaran telah menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Melalui media digital, guru dapat menyampaikan materi pembelajaran secara lebih interaktif dan menarik, yang pada akhirnya mampu meningkatkan partisipasi dan hasil belajar siswa. penggunaan media digital dalam pendidikan memungkinkan terwujudnya sistem belajar yang lebih fleksibel, dimana siswa dapat mengakses sumber belajar kapan saja dan di mana saja, tanpa terhalang oleh waktu dan tempat. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran digital di sekolah sekolah Desa Sidokaton. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas Pendidikan di Desa Sidokaton, Kecamatan Kudu, Kabupaten Jombang, melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital yang lebih efektif dan inovatif. Metode dalam kegiatan iniadalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang diharapkan dapat mencapai tiga tolak ukur utama: komitmen bersama masyarakat, keberadaan pemimpin lokal, dan pembentukan institusi baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Balai Desa Sidokaton dan diikuti oleh 20 orang peserta yang berasal dari perwakilan guru-guru TK Mawar Indah, KB PKK Kenanga, SDN Sidokaton, KB Al-madinah, RA Al-hikmah, dan MI Sunan Ampel pada tanggal 22 Agustus 2024, dengan narasumber Ibu Nur Khafidhoh, M.Kom Selaku dosen dari Fakultas Teknologi Informasi Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan penyampaian materi, tanya jawab dan praktek langsung penggunaan media digital. Kegiatan diakhiri dengan pengenalan aplikasi ELH yang merupakan produk inovasi dari mahasiswa bidang pendidikan. Aplikasi ini dijelaskan sebagai platform edukasi yang dirancang untuk mendukung pembelajaran lingkungan hidup.

Abstract

Dela Laundry, a laundry business in Banggle Hamlet, Losari Village, Ploso Subdistrict, is still experiencing operational problems due to the use of manual record-keeping. This has the potential to cause data errors, delays in information, and reduce customer satisfaction. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to speed up the service process, minimize the risk of errors, and provide transparency of the laundry process to customers. As a solution, this study designs and develops a Laundry Information System using the CodeIgniter 4 framework with PHP programming language and MySQL database. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system aims to facilitate administrators and staff in managing customer data, orders, services, and reports, as well as allowing customers to monitor the status of their laundry orders online without needing to log in. Testing results using the Black Box Testing method showed that all system functions operated properly without any significant errors being detected. In addition, a feasibility test conducted through a questionnaire to users obtained an average score of 88%, which falls into the “Good” category and is suitable for use. Thus, this system is capable of making operational processes more structured, efficient, and transparent, as well as increasing customer satisfaction and supporting the development of small to medium-scale laundry businesses.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to develop and validate interactive learning media based on Google Sites for teaching Sunnah Prayers (Sholat Sunnah) to eighth-grade students. Methodology/Approach: The development follows the systematic stages of the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, with validation limited to expert assessment by 2 media experts and 2 Islamic Religious Education material experts. The validity and feasibility of the media were tested through structured expert evaluation using a 5-point Likert scale. Findings: The validation results from media experts showed a score of 86% (Feasible category), while the assessment from material experts obtained 98% (Very Feasible category). The developed media successfully integrates multimedia elements including text, images, videos, and interactive quizzes that are easily accessible to students. Practical Implications: The learning media is declared feasible for use in PAI instruction. However, classroom implementation stages have not yet been conducted; evaluation consists of revisions based on expert feedback. Originality/Value: This digital innovation offers a specific and structured solution for teaching Sunnah Prayers to Grade VIII students, potentially improving student motivation, understanding, and learning independence in Islamic Religious Education while addressing modern educational challenges.

Abstract

The community service program in Trawasan Village aims to empower local food MSMEs in marketing their products through digital platforms. Most MSMEs still rely on conventional promotion, resulting in limited market reach. This program introduces e-catalogues as a promotional medium with a participatory-educational approach through socialization. The results of the activities show an increase in digital literacy, the documentation of products with photos and descriptions, and the availability of a shared platform to expand the market. The activities encourage the use of more familiar platforms, such as WhatsApp Business, as a supporting medium, thereby opening up wider market opportunities for local products.
