This study aims to determine the analysis of regional economic competitiveness in Gorontalo Province by looking at the value of export of superior corn commodity agriculture. This research covers regional areas in Gorontalo Province. The specific objective to be achieved is to obtain analytical data on the economic competitiveness of the Gorontalo Province in terms of the competitiveness of corn commodity exports. This list is expected to be an input for stakeholders to issue policies in increasing economic competitiveness in corn commodities in Gorontalo Province. This research was carried out in Gorontalo Province with objects in 5 districts and 1 city in Gorontalo Province detecting the competitiveness of each region. The method of analysis of this study uses the RCA (Revealed Comparative) comparative analysis method with the time of the 2013-2017 study. The results of the RCA (Revealed Comparative Advantage) analysis describe the competitiveness of Gorontalo Province's corn commodity exports experiencing fluctuations in which Gorontalo Province's corn commodity exports in 2014, 2015 and 2017 had strong competitiveness, while in 2013 and 2016 Gorontalo Province's maize commodity decreased due to that year Gorontalo Province did not export corn besides the absence of exports because domestic corn prices were quite good.

DISSEMINATION AND IMPLEMENTATION TRAINING OF CONTRACTS AND ISLAMIC BANKING PRODUCTS. The aim of this community service program is to improve comprehensive and integrative understanding of the community, religious leaders and students regarding products/contracts in Islamic banking. It is expected that the training provided by the dedication objects will be able to implement Islamic banking products / contracts in Islamic economic life. Increasing the effectiveness of sharia banking socialization is very important, for that it requires real efforts. To achieve a goal that is desired, it is necessary to make improvements in socializing Islamic banking in the community, it can be seen from what factors are a problem in increasing the effectiveness of sharia banking dissemination in the community, especially in the community. The results of the activities are the community, religious leaders and students who have knowledge of Islamic banking products and contracts and are able to implement in an Islamic economic life.

MOSQUE-BASED ZAKAT EMPOWERMENT TRAINING TO IMPROVE COMMUNITY ECONOMY IN GORONTALO CITY. The empowerment of Zakat applied so far has been focused more on zakat which is consumptive and sometimes lacks the target and is effective for the recipient of zakat. The purpose of this dedication activity is to optimize the empowerment of zakat which is more productive in a mosque-based manner. The implementation method used is a combination of socialization and training. The results obtained from this training are knowledge about community economic empowerment by using zakat instruments for the community and more specifically mosque management which includes the formation of zakat collection units, administrative management and effective distribution of zakat for zakat mustahik.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in poverty reduction efforts in Lonuo Village, Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. To analyze the effectiveness of program implementation, this study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire containing questions about the implementation of PKH. A total of 50 beneficiaries were used as respondents in this study so as to obtain the effectiveness of program implementation by calculating the effectiveness ratio with three approaches, namely the resource approach, process approach, and target approach. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that of the three approaches, namely the resource approach, process approach and target approach, all of them provide very effective effectiveness. The government must continue to monitor the PKH program so that the benefits felt by the community are in line with the program's objectives.

ABSTRAKKemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang menjadi kendala pada umumnya dalam mencapai kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pendidikan dan pengangguran diindikasi mempunyai peran sentral terhadap isu tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pendidikan dan pengangguran terhadap kemiskinan di Kawasan Utara-utara. Metode regresi data panel periode 2011-2020 di 4 Kabupaten dengan menggunakan data sekunder berasal dari Badan Pusat Statistik. Hasil analisis menemukan bahwa pendidikan dengan menggunakan indikator rata-rata lama sekolah dan tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kemiskinan. Secara parsial rata-rata lama sekolah berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan yang mengindikasikan setiap kenaikan rata-rata lama sekolah dapat menurunkan angka kemiskinan. Selain itu tingkat pengangguran terbuka berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, yang berarti setiap kenaikan angka pengangguran dapat meningkatkan angka kemiskinan.Kata Kunci: kemiskinan; rata-rata lama sekolah; tingkat pengangguran terbuka ABSTRACTPoverty is a problem that becomes an obstacle in general in achieving community welfare. Education and unemployment are indicated to have a central role in this issue. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of education and unemployment on poverty in the North-North Region. Panel data regression method for the period 2011-2020 in 4 districts using secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency. The results of the analysis found that education using the indicators of the average length of school and the open unemployment rate had a simultaneous effect on poverty. Partially, the average length of schooling has a significant negative effect on poverty which indicates that every increase in the average length of schooling can reduce the poverty rate. In addition, the open unemployment rate has a significant positive effect on poverty, which means that any increase in the unemployment rate can increase the poverty rate.Keywords: poverty; average length of schooling; open unemployment rate

This study aims to know whether or not socio-economic indicators affect unemployment in Gorontalo Province. This study uses secondary data from 5 regencies and one city (Gorontalo Regency, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Utara Regency, Baalemo Regency, Pohuwato Regency, and Gorontalo City) from 2011 to 2020 sourced from journals, articles, and government agencies, such as Statistics of Indonesia. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. The finding shows that population growth has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment in Gorontalo Province. Population growth will not necessarily reduce the unemployment rate in the Regencies/cities in Gorontalo Province. Economic growth has a negative and significant effect on unemployment in Gorontalo Province; every increase in economic growth can reduce the unemployment rate in the Regencies/cities in Gorontalo Province. Inflation has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment in Gorontalo Province; inflation does not necessarily reduce the unemployment rate in the Regencies/cities in Gorontalo Province. The Human Development Index has a negative and significant effect on unemployment; This means that the increase in the human development index can reduce the unemployment rate in the Regency/City in Gorontalo Province.

This paper discusses how to solve problems occurring in the risk management of musyarakah mutanaqisah contract on home financing in sharia banks in Indonesia, particularly on its legal and operational issues. This study used a qualitative method using library data collection techniques and interviews. The study found that legal and operational risk management issues could be satisfactorily resolved by agreement of rescheduling, adding new conditions, and using new structures in accordance with Islamic teachings and applicable positive laws. In addition, ownership proof of some is needed to minimize the risk for the bank and the customer.

Transfer funds from the central government to regional governments have an important role as the main fund in efforts to support regional expenditure financing, but Sulawesi's current economic growth has not shown maximum results, for this reason an investigative study of the effect of transfer funds on economic growth is crucial. This study aims to determine the effect of transfer funds (Profit Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds) on Sulawesi's economic growth. The data used is sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The method used is quantitative with panel data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Profit-Sharing Fund variable has a significant negative effect on Sulawesi's economic growth, meaning that the Profit-Sharing Fund can significantly reduce the percentage of economic growth. The General Allocation Fund variable has a positive and significant impact on Sulawesi's economic growth, meaning that the General Allocation Fund can significantly increase the percentage of economic growth. The Special Allocation Fund variable has a significant negative impact on Sulawesi's economic growth, meaning that the Special Allocation Fund can significantly reduce the percentage of economic growth. The variables of Revenue Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds have an influence of 72 percent on Sulawesi's economic growth.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Fasilitas dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden 50 dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 62,80% dari variabel fasilitas dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara sedangkan sisanya 37,20% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak ada penjelasan di penelitian
