Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan guna menganalisa pengaruh rotasi, mutasi, serta promosi pada kinerja pegawa di PT Pupuk Kujang. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perusahaan perlu memahami aspek-aspek yang memengaruhi kinerja mereka, termasuk kebijakan terkait rotasi, mutasi, dan promosi. Metode penelitian memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data memanfaatkan pengukuran likert serta analisis regresi berganda memanfaatkan SPSS versi 26. Populasi dalam riset ini ialah 135 pegawai PT Pupuk Kujang, serta sampel ditentukan memanfaatkan teknik random sampling dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, menghasilkan 101 sampel. Output riset membuktikan jika variabel rotasi, mempengaruhi negatif serta relevan pada kinerja pegawai sedangkan variabel mutasi serta promosi mempengaruhi positif serta relevan pada kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut memberikan kontribusi relevan pada kinerja pegawai, dengan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,745, yang membuktikan jika 74,5% variansi kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh rotasi, mutasi, serta promosi. Sisanya, ialah 25,5%, mempengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model riset.

Abstract

In the current era of modernization and globalization, employee performance is a very important factor in determining the success of an organization. This study aims to analyze the effect of attendance levels and work environment on employee performance at the Adiarsa Health Center, Karawang Regency. The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using the applied method, namely quantitative through a verification approach. Data were collected through a questionnaire survey involving 53 employees of the Adiarsa Health Center, Karawang Regency, with a sampling technique using the saturated sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software version 26, with the application of multiple linear analysis models and t-tests and F-tests at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that attendance levels had a partial effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of 2.372 which was greater than the t table of 2.008. In addition, the work environment was also proven to have an effect on employee performance, with a t-count value of 4.011 which also exceeded the t table. Simultaneously, the level of attendance and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, indicated by the calculated F value of 28.067 which is greater than the F table of 3.187. The amount of contribution of the variables of the level of attendance and work environment to employee performance is 52.9%, while the rest, 47.1%, is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of occupational safety and health (K3) and training on employee performance at PT. Kemuning Nusa Indah. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 93 employees of PT. Kemuning Nusa Indah. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with t-test and F-test at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that K3 has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 3.371> 1.987 t table and a significance value of 0.001 <0.05, and training has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 6.276> 1.987 t table and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, K3 and training also have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F of 189.783> 3.10 F table. Occupational safety and health (K3) and training influence employee performance by 80.8%, while the remaining 19.2% is influenced by other factors that researchers did not examine.
