Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporategovernance terdiri dari kepemilikan institusional, proporsi dewan komisaris independen, komite audit dan leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2012.Sampel penelitian ini adalah 134 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2011-2012. Data laporan keuangan diperoleh dari annual report masing-masing perusahaan yang didapat dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) dan Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD). Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Sedangkan  Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Proporsi dewan komisaris independen dan komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Serta leverage berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of the times and advances in education, a more prosperous economy, socio-cultural changes in society, and the development of sophisticated science and technology, can facilitate human activities. This is in line with the term industrial revolution 4.0 where one of its characteristics is technological advancement and the era of digitalization. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction for the go-food feature of pt.gojek indonesia. This research method is quantitative, the population of this research is all students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. And the number of samples of this study were 200 respondents. The results of the study are service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikan tantangan serius bagi pengembangan potensi wisata kuliner di Desa Sekaran, Kabupaten Klaten. Banyak chef berbakat yang terpaksa dirumahkan, sehingga menimbulkan potensi yang belum teroptimalkan. Selain itu, kurangnya pemahaman tentang gizi, higienis dan sanitasi, serta keterampilan dalam pengelolaan bisnis menjadi hambatan dalam mengembangkan wisata kuliner. Tujuan utama kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga desa melalui pengembangan usaha makanan lokal dan tradisional yang berdaya saing. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup sosialisasi edukasi gizi, pelatihan higienis dan sanitasi, pembuatan mapping potensi kuliner, pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi keuangan, dan pelatihan dasar-dasar kewirausahaan. Manfaatnya termasuk peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat, kualitas produk makanan yang lebih baik, peningkatan pendapatan di desa, efisiensi dalam pengelolaan keuangan usaha, dan peningkatan keterampilan pengelola bisnis.  Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa metode ini efektif dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha dan masyarakat desa. Dampaknya meliputi peningkatan ekonomi, kesehatan, dan daya tarik wisata kuliner desa.   Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat di Desa Sekaran merupakan contoh bagaimana kolaborasi antara lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah, dan masyarakat dapat mengoptimalkan potensi lokal dan menciptakan dampak positif. Saran untuk penelitian lebih lanjut adalah untuk memperdalam studi tentang dampak jangka panjang dari kegiatan pengabdian ini serta melibatkan pemantauan yang lebih intensif terhadap perkembangan wisata kuliner di Desa Sekaran.

Abstract

This research analyzes interactions on peer to peer lending platforms with a focus on bad credit online loans and paylater dominated by generation Z. Peer to peer lending has become an easy financing alternative in Indonesia that can be done digitally. However, the rapid growth of peer to peer lending also poses risks, including significant bad debts. This study aims to identify the development of peer to peer lending in Indonesia from 2020 to 2023 and examine the mitigation of bad credit risk in online loans and paylater that are widely used by generation Z. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive method using a literature review approach, analyzing secondary data from various reliable sources such as OJK reports and journal articles. The research findings show that although peer to peer lending provides easy access to financing, many generation Zs are trapped in bad credit due to their inability to repay loans on time. This research provides recommendations for borrowers and lenders to be more careful in using peer to peer lending services that are legal and supervised by OJK to reduce the risk of bad credit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh review content creator, brand ambassador, dan customer terhadap keputusan pembelian di Tiktokshop, dengan citra merek sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei online terhadap 120 responden pengguna Tiktokshop. Hasil analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis penelitian didukung oleh temuan empiris. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa review yang dibuat oleh content creator, brand ambassador, dan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, citra merek terbukti dapat memoderasi pengaruh ulasan dari ketiga sumber tersebut terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa citra merek menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat atau melemahkan pengaruh ulasan tersebut dalam proses pembelian konsumen di platform e-commerce seperti Tiktokshop. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perusahaan memperhatikan citra merek mereka dalam mengelola ulasan yang dibuat oleh content creator, brand ambassador, dan pelanggan, serta memperkuat citra merek sebagai strategi untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan dan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang dinamika antara ulasan dan citra merek dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian konsumen dalam konteks platform e-commerce yang sedang berkembang seperti Tiktokshop.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of brand awareness and brand image on customer loyalty with trust as an intervening variable (Study of underwear products on the Tiktok platform). The population used in this research are customers who have purchased underwear products via the Tiktok platform. The sampling technique is carried out using probability sampling because each element of the population is considered to have the same opportunity to become a sample. This type of design uses simple random sampling where sampling from the population is done randomly. The data source was obtained from distributing questionnaires to all TikTok shop customers/users. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire method for respondents, measuring the questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research uses a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using a path diagram which makes it possible to enter all observed variables via Partial Least Square (PLS) with a calculation process assisted by the SmartPLS 3.2.9 software application program. The results of this research are as follows, 1) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust so that the first hypothesis is accepted; 2) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Customer Trust so that the second hypothesis is accepted; 3) Customer Trust has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty so that the third hypothesis is accepted; 4) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty so that the fourth hypothesis is accepted; 5) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty so that the fifth hypothesis is accepted; 6) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust so that the sixth hypothesis is accepted; 7) Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on Customer Loyalty through Customer Trust so that the seventh hypothesis is accepted.

Abstract

Purpose: This study utilizes an event study approach to examine stock market responses to Indonesia's 2024 General Election. The focus is to evaluate market reactions among companies listed in the LQ45 index, analyzing stock performance both before and after the election. Methodology: This quantitative research relies on secondary data, selecting 26 stocks from companies in the LQ45 index through purposive sampling. The study applies the event study technique over a 126-day period, comprising 115 days for estimation and an 11day event window. This event window is split into three segments: five days before the event (t-5), the day of the event (t0), and five days after the event (t+5). Results: Findings from the abnormal return (AR) statistical test conducted around the election period show a significant negative effect on day T+1 after the election on stock market performance. Moreover, a noticeable difference in average abnormal return (AAR) was identified before and after the election, suggesting that the event provides investors with new, divergent information. Applications/Originality/Value: This research underscores that general elections can significantly impact stock market behavior. Accordingly, investors are advised to consider risk mitigation strategies when investing in the stock market during election periods.

Abstract

Purpose: The stock market in Indonesia is not just a number that can rise and fall without meaning. It's a one of key element of the national economy that has a huge impact on the lives of millions of people. Used to develop businesses, which in turn drives economic growth and improves people's welfare. Methodology: This research employs quantitative methods, utilizing a non-probability sampling approach specifically through purposive sampling. The data collection process collecting, recording, and reviewing secondary data in the form of financial statements of companies registered at IDX. Results of which obtained 39 industrial companies and using panel data analysis and sobel test with Eviews 12 for analysis tool. Results: This study finds that DER and ROA significantly influence stock prices but EPS did not effect on stock price, while EPS as a mediating variable between ROA and DER also did not mediate the relationship between stock prices. Applications/Originality/Value: These findings provide valuable insights for investors and policymakers in understanding the factors driving stock price movements and making informed investment decisions. The higher earnings per share does not affect the stock price, so investors are more interested in putting money into the company because they can't focus on one object.
