Abstract

PT. Telkom akses membutuhkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi baik dalam aspek skill maupun aspek knowledge. Dalam menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas diperlukan penilaian pekerjaan para teknisi khususnya pada divisi CCNA PT. Telkom akses Kediri. Penilaian tersebut penting dilakukan karena berkaitan dengan prestasi yang dicapai oleh setiap teknisi. Penilaian tersebut dilakukan dengan memberikan nilai terhadap setiap teknisi berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga suatu manager membutuhkan waktu yang lama dalam melakukan penilaian karena berkaitan dengan jumlah teknisi PT. TELKOM Akses di Kediri relative banyak sebesar 37 teknisi selain itu juga setiap karyawan memiliki kompetensi yang hampir sama. Maka dari itu perlunya Klasterisasi karyawan PT. Telkom akses agar memudahkan manager dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan Fuzzy C-Means dalam teknik klasterisasi. Dari data teknisi diproses menggunakan metode fuzzy c means dengan pendefinisian parameter awal yaitu max iter sebesar 100, bobot sebesar 2, target error sebesar 0,001 dan fungsi objektif awal yaitu 0, dan diperoleh cluster 1 sebanyak 8 karyawan, cluster 2 sebanyak 22 karyawan, dan cluster 3 sebanyak 7 karyawan.

Abstract

This research focuses on developing a website that can facilitate students, lecturers, heads of study programs, and study program staff in accessing relevant and up-to-date information. The problem experienced by the Informatics Study Program is the unavailability of a functional and informative website to support academic needs in the Informatics Study Program. The method used in this research uses the Extreme Programming (XP) approach with the stages of planning, designing, coding, testing which involves data collection through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results of the analysis using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service) method show the need for a website that meets user needs and is responsive to requests. The results of website development using the extreme programming method show that the website built is able to increase efficiency and effectiveness in providing services on demand. The development was carried out through four iterations, each of which included system analysis, system creation, and system testing. In each iteration process, improvements and enhancements were made to the website in accordance with the needs identified in the testing process and feedback from users. This truly reflects that the website has successfully met user needs and is responsive.

Abstract

The development of educational technology encourages the application of digital learning systems to support learning activities to take place more optimally and save time. Universitas Bhinneka PGRI has implemented the Learning Management System (LMS) as a means of supporting the digital learning system. A study of the level of user acceptance needs to be carried out to identify various influential factors so that they can be used for development according to developments based on the UTAUT method. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect LMS acceptance in users at Bhinneka PGRI Tulungagung University using the UTAUT method. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research type involving 95 users as a sample selected by purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires with a likert scale of 1-5 and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method which included outer model test, inner model, and hypothesis test. This research resulted in LMS acceptance at UBHI which was quite good. This is shown by Performance Expectancy having a positive and significant influence on Behavioral Intention of 0.235. Effort Expectancy was 0.298, and Social Influence was 0.445. In addition, Behavioral Intention had a positive and significant effect on Use Behavior with a value of 0.673. Meanwhile, Facilitating Conditions had a positive but insignificant effect on Use Behavior with a coefficient value of 0.134. This study concludes that the use of LMS is influenced by the perception of benefits, ease of use, and social environmental support, compared to supporting facilities. This research contributes theoretically to the development of the UTAUT model and practically as an evaluation of improving the quality of LMS in universities.

Abstract

Transformasi digital melalui aplikasi Mobile JKN bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan BPJS Kesehatan. Namun, penguna di Desa Karangtalun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala teknis dan kompleksitas antarmuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelaluasi pengalaman pengguna dan kualitas aplikasi Mobile JKN guna mengidentifikasi elemen yang memerlukan optimalisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah HEART Framework dengan pendekatan Goals-Signals-Metrics (GSM) untuk mengukur aspek emosional dan perilaku pengguna, dan Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS) untuk kualitas teknis secara objektif melalui nilai mean. Target keberhasilan pada dimensi HEART Framework ditetapkan sebesar 80% untuk setiap metrik utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan seluruh dimensi HEART Framework berhasil melampaui target dengan capaian tertinggi pada dimensi Engagement sebesar 86% dan terendah pada Adoption sebesar 81,4%. Sementara itu, hasil MARS menunjukkan kualitas aplikasi berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan total skor 4,253, di mana dimensi Functionality memperoleh nilai terendah sebesar 3,984. Temuan ini menjadi landasan strategis bagi BPJS Kesehatan dalam meningkatkan adopsi dan kepuasan layanan digital bagi masyarakat dengan tingkat literasi digital yang beragam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebiasaan pengguna terhadap efektivitas desain antarmuka website akademik menggunakan metode Heatmap Microsoft Clarity. Penelitian sebelumnya umumnya masih berfokus pada pendekatan berbasis persepsi pengguna melalui kuesioner, sehingga belum sepenuhnya mampu merepresentasikan perilaku pengguna secara aktual dalam berinteraksi dengan website akademik. Obyek penelitian adalah website Program Studi Informatika Universitas Bhinneka PGRI (https://infubhi.my.id), dengan melibatkan 125 responden yang terdiri dari mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi perilaku pengguna berbasis heatmap, penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1–5, serta validasi hasil menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Penggunaan heatmap dalam penelitian ini berperan sebagai sumber data empiris non-persepsional yang merekam pola interaksi pengguna secara nyata, seperti klik dan aktivitas penelusuran halaman. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel yang meliputi kebiasaan pengguna, desain antarmuka, dan efektivitas website. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan pengguna berpengaruh signifikan terhadap desain antarmuka, dan desain antarmuka berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas website, sedangkan kebiasaan pengguna tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap efektivitas website. Dalam model penelitian ini, desain antarmuka diposisikan sebagai variabel mediasi yang menjembatani hubungan antara kebiasaan pengguna dan efektivitas website akademik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan efektivitas website akademik lebih bergantung pada perbaikan desain antarmuka berbasis pola perilaku pengguna daripada sekadar intensitas penggunaan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembang sistem informasi akademik untuk mengoptimalkan desain antarmuka berdasarkan data interaksi nyata pengguna.

Abstract

Kasus bullying menjadi topik yang sangat ramai dibicarakan tidak hanya pada lingkup daerah tetapi kasus ini menjadi topik yang ramai di lingkup Nasional maupun Internasional. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, kasus bullying ini tidak hanya terjadi secara langsung tetapi melalui media sosial. Pelaku bullying dapat dengan mudah menyebarkan foto, video, maupun tulisan yang dapat menyinggung korban. Dampak yang terjadi pada korban cyberbullying tidak hanya menyakiti perasaan, namun juga kondisi psikologis yang dapat menyebabkan depresi, sedih, frustasi, hingga bunuh diri. Kasus cyberbullying ini banyak mendapatkan respon dari masyarakat melalui media sosial terutama pada aplikasi X. Penulis bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis sentimen yang digunakan untuk menganalisis emosi dari suatu teks dalam Bahasa Indonesia apakah teks tersebut termasuk dalam kategori positif atau negatif, dalam hal ini sentimen analisis digunakan untuk menemukan pola-pola cyberbullying di aplikasi X agar dapat lebih tepat dan cepat dalam mendeteksi bullying secara otomatis dengan menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes dengan jumlah data_set sebesar 2292 dari rentang Bulan Agustus 2024 – Agustus 2025. Metode Naive Bayes yaitu memprediksi probabilitas, tetapi klasifikasi statistik yang dikenal sebagai klasifikasi Bayes dapat memprediksi nilai probabilitas. Hasil dari evaluasi sentiment Analisa menunjukkan bahwa accuracy sebesar 96,0%, precision 84%, dan recall 77%.

Abstract

The use of digital technology is one way to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and broaden service reach. One example of this technology is e-learning, which allows for flexible learning without the constraints of time and space. The development of information technology is not only having a national impact but is also a global phenomenon, driving digital transformation across various sectors, including education. The development of information technology encourages government institutions to transform educational and counseling services into digital platforms. BNN Kabupaten Tulungagung requires a system capable of integrating online learning with counseling services within a single integrated platform. This study aims to implement virtual counseling in a Laravel-based e-learning system using the Prototype method and to conduct functional testing using Black Box Testing. The Prototype method was applied through several stages including requirement communication, system design, prototype development, and iterative evaluation. The system developed includes pretest, learning materials, posttest, digital certificates with QR Code, an admin dashboard, and virtual counseling features that allow users to conduct online consultations with BNN officers, as well as an FAQ feature for additional information. The testing results indicate that the system functions according to the required specifications and can be used effectively by both users and administrators. The implementation of this system supports the digital implementation of the P4GN education program and provides a more accessible counseling service for the community at BNN Kabupaten Tulungagung.

Abstract

The advent of digital technology over the past decade has transformed the way higher education institutions deliver services to their academic communities. Digital transformation has positioned academic websites as the primary communication channel between students and higher education institutions, yet interface evaluation continues to rely on perception-based methods that fail to capture actual user behavior. This study analyzes interaction patterns of users on a simulative academic information website, identifies interface elements that create friction, and proposes evidence-based design improvements. A quantitative descriptive approach was adopted using Microsoft Clarity as the data collection instrument, which automatically recorded click heatmap, scroll heatmap, movement heatmap, and session replay data. Thirty interaction sessions from 21 unique users were gathered through purposive sampling of active students at Bhinneka PGRI University Tulungagung. The findings reveal that click intensity was concentrated on the homepage and the "Kampus" menu, while average scroll depth reached only 57.11%, session duration averaged 1.1 minutes, and the quick-back rate stood at 36.67%. Additionally, a dead-click rate of 6.67% was observed, reflecting user confusion toward visually interactive but non-responsive elements. Taken together, these results demonstrate that the Microsoft Clarity heatmap method is capable of surfacing usability problems that conventional perception-based evaluation approaches consistently overlook.

Abstract

Public services at the village level are the spearhead of government services closest to the community. However, most villages in Indonesia still rely on manual systems for administrative management, including the process of submitting certificates, recording citizen data, and delivering information. Administrative services in Wonorejo Village, Sumbergempol District, are still carried out manually, causing various obstacles, such as inefficiency, long queues, service delays, and limited access to information for residents. This study aims to design and build a website-based village service system integrated with a chatbot to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative services. The system was developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method through two development iterations, utilizing the PHP-based Laravel framework, MySQL as the database, and Dialogflow as the Natural Language Processing (NLP) platform for the chatbot. The system's main features include online letter submission, application status monitoring, village information management, and an interactive chatbot. Functional testing was conducted using the black box testing method, while user acceptance was measured through a User Acceptance Test (UAT) using an ISO 25010-based instrument involving 12 respondents. The UAT results showed a satisfaction percentage of 95%, included in the very good category. The developed system has proven capable of supporting the digital transformation of public services at the village level.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based e-catering system integrated with WhatsApp Gateway for the Kembang Desa Ngentrong catering company. This system is intended to simplify and streamline the process of ordering, paying, and reporting catering orders online so as to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The development approach used is Agile Development, which facilitates the system development process iteratively and collaboratively by actively involving stakeholders. The implementation of WhatsApp Gateway as an integrated communication channel facilitates the ordering process by customers directly through the popular WhatsApp application. This system is developed based on web technology with product menu selection features, order confirmation, automatic alerts, and transaction reports that can be accessed by business owners. The results of system testing show that the use of the Agile Development approach can accelerate the development process and produce products that are in accordance with user needs with a validation scale of "Very Eligible." This e-catering system is expected to help the Kembang Desa Ngentrong Catering business manage orders better and improve customer service.
