Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik terhadap tacit knowledge sharing, dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling terhdap sampel 76 ustadz/ustadzah dari sebuah Pesantren di Banten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap budaya berbagi pengetahuan tacit. Studi ini juga membantu manajemen pesantren dalam memberikan perhatian pengelolaan SDM mereka dengan menerapkan modep praktik kepemimpinan di antara pada pendidik di lingkungan pondok pesantren

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk membekali pengetahuan dan memupuk jiwa kepemimpinan kepada para pemimpin atau calon pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi. Kepemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi merupakan suatu pendekatan manajemen dimana setiap pemimpin membantu untuk menetapkan tujuan strategis bagi organisasi dan di sisi lain juga memotivasi pemimpin secara individu dalam kelompok agar setiap orang dalam organisasi berhasil mewujudkan tugas dan tujuan yang diharapkan. Kepemimpinan menjadi salah satu faktor penting bagi keberhasilan sebuah organisasi. Kepemimpinan dalam suatu organisasi akan lebih efektif bila seorang pemimpin telah mendapatkan rasa hormat dari bawahannya. Hal ini dapat dicapai dengan menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan bawahan sehingga mereka mempercayai dan mau mengikuti instruksi yang diberikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what is database management in MySQL or read My Sequel is a Database Management System often abbreviated as DBMS, MySQL is an open-source database management system. MySQL can be used to create and manage databases and their contents, from the smallest to the very large and to convey information to its users. MySQL is also included in the RDBMS or Relational Database Management system, where in its database structure so that when the data retrieval process uses the relational database method and becomes a liaison between the software and the database server. The thing to remember is that MySQL can be used for free.

Abstract

The game is composed of rules with interesting scenarios as well as audio-visuals for entertaining users. With the development of mobile devices, games have also emerged on mobile devices. Thus it takes a quality model that every game developer expects. The characteristics of mobile game software are more unique than gaming software in general, especially in terms of mobility and portability. The quality of a mobile game can be seen from the aspects measured and tested according to the metrics for the quality needs of the mobile game. To determine the quality needs of the software, the characteristics of the software are used so that it becomes the basis for the formation of quality needs that are by the case used. The quality needs for mobile-based games are obtained from the characteristics of mobile-based applications and mobile-based games. Evaluation of the proposed quality needs will be used as a reference to measure the quality of a mobile game.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of spatial linkages and population density on economic development in Banten Province in 2016-2021. The data used is panel data with a spatial econometric approach. The selected model is a spatial panel model with fixed effects. This study builds two models, namely, the first model does not include the pandemic period and the second model includes the pandemic period. The results of the analysis of the first model show that before the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, spatial linkages and population density were proven to have a significant positive effect on Banten's per capita income. Population density is the main factor that strongly influences the per capita income of the Banten region. Meanwhile, in the second regression model, spatial correlation is proven to have a significant positive effect on Banten's per capita income, but population density has a negative effect. High population density actually lowers GDP per capita, because there is a lot of unemployment during the pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of marketing mix elements which include product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence on parents' decisions in choosing a school for their children. This study uses primary data through a survey of 175 parents of active students who live in Tangerang. The collected data were processed and analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the six factors of the marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on the decision of parents to choose a school for their children, except for process factors that do not influence parents' decisions in choosing a school for their children An in-depth analysis of the managerial implications for school management and the social implications for society of the results of this study are discussed further in the discussion of this article.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of interpersonal trust among private college lecturers in Tangerang (i.e., trust in colleagues and leaders) on innovative behavior and examines the mediating effect of knowledge sharing on this relationship. A total of 244 private college lecturers in Tangerang participated in this study. The results revealed that trust in coworkers and trust in leaders have positive effects on knowledge sharing activities. Although the effect of trust in colleagues on innovative behavior is not significant, trust in leaders has a significant effect on innovative behavior. The effect of lecturer knowledge sharing on innovative behavior was also found to be significant. In addition, the results show that knowledge sharing has a full mediating effect on the relationship between trust in colleagues and innovative behavior and a partial mediating effect on the relationship between trust in leaders and innovative behavior.

Abstract

The evolving complexities of higher education institutions demand innovative governance strategies that integrate strategic management into academic administration. This study explores the conceptual and operational dynamics of such integration and its impact on institutional performance. Employing a qualitative multi-case design across selected Indonesian universities, the research analyzes leadership agency, strategic alignment mechanisms, and digital enablement within academic operations. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and focus group discussions, and analyzed using thematic content analysis and grounded theory principles. Findings reveal that strategic integration fosters institutional coherence, enhances responsiveness to change, and improves key performance indicators such as accreditation outcomes, research productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction. Leadership plays a central role in mediating strategic intent and administrative execution, while digital tools support transparency and real-time decision-making. Despite structural and cultural barriers—including siloed governance and limited strategic literacy—institutions that adopt participatory and adaptive approaches demonstrate greater strategic maturity. This study contributes to the literature by offering a multi-level framework for embedding strategic management within academic workflows. The model emphasizes the importance of transformational leadership, collaborative planning, and digital infrastructure in achieving strategic coherence. Implications for practice include the need for strategic capacity-building, integrated planning systems, and policy support for institutional alignment. Recommendations for future research include comparative studies across diverse national contexts and longitudinal assessments of strategy-performance linkages.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penulis untuk menulis artikel ilmiah yang dapat diterbitkan dalam jurnal ilmiah nasional. Guru-guru di sekolah penggerak di Kabupaten Tangerang menerima pengabdian masyarakat ini. Sebagian besar guru menghadapi dua masalah. Pertama, mereka menghadapi kesulitan menulis artikel ilmiah sesuai dengan kaidah ilmiah dan menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia ilmiah yang tepat. Kedua, mereka menghadapi kesulitan memublikasikan artikel ilmiah mereka ke jurnal ilmiah, paling tidak jurnal nasional ber-ISSN. PKM ini dikemas dalam bentuk workshop dengan tema "Workshop Literasi Digital pada Guru Sekolah Penggerak: Menulis Artikel dan Publikasi di Jurnal Ilmiah". Metode workshop terdiri dari penyediaan materi secara tatap muka (luring) dan secara online (via WAG) dengan 32 JP. Peserta workshop juga dapat bertanya secara langsung dan pelatih memberikan tutorial Langkah demi Langkah hingga para peserta berhasil menyusul artikel ilmiah masing-masing dan melakukan submission.

Abstract

The half-day seminar on implementing positive discipline in schools aimed to provide high school principals and teachers with an in-depth understanding of the concepts, principles and implementation strategies of positive discipline. Through material presentation, discussion and experience exchange, participants were given insights into the importance of positive discipline in creating an inclusive learning environment and supporting students' holistic growth. Principals and teachers were empowered to become agents of change in implementing positive discipline practices in their schools, focusing on building positive relationships between students and educators, fostering students' social-emotional skills, and establishing a supportive school culture. As a result, participants expressed enthusiasm and desire to engage in follow-up seminars to enhance their understanding and skills in implementing positive discipline, and to continuously improve the learning environment in their schools.
