Abstract

Indah Mandiri Sari is a company engaged in the payment of electricity in collaboration with PT. PLN. This company uses a system manually on the payroll of its employees. Where in the application of this payroll system there are several problems. There are obstacles that occur, namely in terms of calculating salaries, fines, loans, allowances, and salary reports that must be recalculated from each employee, and the storage of payroll files requires more space. With the above reasons, the authors provide an alternative solution to the problem by creating a systematic and computerized employee payroll information system. This paper will also explain the stages of work, starting from the analysis, planning, design process using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft Access 2007. The purpose of this study is to build an information system that will help the employee payroll process to reduce errors in making salary reports. employees. With this employee payroll information system will be able to minimize the constraints that occurred in the previous system and assist in the completion of employee salary reports and reports are stored properly.

Abstract

Sibolga Motor Medan is an individual owned workshop business engaged in repair services and the sale of motorbike spare parts, the business activities are still manual systems and have not used a computer system. To improve the performance of the motorbike workshop, a motorbike workshop data management information system will be designed using a design based on Microsoft Visual Basic.Net 2010. The system built will be able to produce customer data information, service data, spare parts inventory data, service transaction management data and parts sales. motorbike repair shop spare parts can also make reports easier and more efficient, provide accurate, relevant, timely information and can facilitate computerized transactions from consumers to the repair shop. Collection of the requirements needed in designing the information system at the Sibolga Motor workshop by the author through interviews and observations. Furthermore, the author will design a system related to the design of a motorbike workshop data processing information system using database and interface design. Abstract

Bengkel Rakyat Motor isda businessdthat is engaged in the business of selling spare parts, motorcycle seats and motorcycle repairs. The workshop has quite a number of customers who come to buy various kinds of motorcycle spare parts. However, the workshop still uses manual methods in the data processing process, such as compiling spare parts data which includes spare parts prices, spare parts stocks are still recorded in the ledger. This often causes problems such as loss of sales data which causes re-recording so that the resulting report is not perfect. Therefore, we need a web programming system that functions to make it easier for Bengkel Rakyat Motor owners to solve problems that occur, such as sales of goods, stock of goods, and prices of goods which are still done manually.

Abstract

Toba Regency is one of the jurisdictions of North Sumatra Province which is located in a highland area with an altitude of 900-2200 meters. Most of the people in the Toba Regency area are farmers, ranchers and planters. At this time the development of information technology has grown very rapidly and affects all aspects of everyday life. So far, the sale of agricultural products in general is still using the traditional way where farmers still bring their agricultural products to the nearest market, making it difficult for farmers to sell agricultural products, and farmers can only rely on distributors and retailers to sell agricultural products, resulting in relatively low selling prices. cheap for farmers. E-marketplace is an electronic market that is used to carry out an activity or business activity between buyers and sellers to transact with each other. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the sale of agricultural products and make it easier for buyers to find the desired agricultural products. This website was developed using PHP and MySQL as the database. With the design of this e-marketplace, it can help local farmers in increasing the sales turnover of agricultural products because they can transact widely through the help of e-marketplaces. Abstract

This study aims to assess mothers' knowledge level in the pediatric ward of Bandung Adventist Hospital regarding the management of diarrhea in children aged 1 to 5 years. The method used is quantitative descriptive. This study used a questionnaire assessing maternal awareness of childhood diarrhea. Fifty women randomly selected from the Bandung Adventist Hospital pediatric ward became the research sample. The research results showed that 20% of respondents were in the excellent group, while 80% were in the poor category. In conclusion, based on research findings, mothers' knowledge level in treating diarrhea in children aged 1 to 5 years in the children's room at Bandung Adventist Hospital is in the poor category, with 40 respondents. Efforts that can be made to increase mothers' knowledge are by educating parents about preventing and treating diarrhea in toddlers so that it can increase or improve mothers' knowledge. Abstract

Supervised learning is a technique of machine learning by doing learning that has a reference value to direct something, one of which is the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method. This method is for object classification through learning data that is closest to the object (neighbor) using euclidean distance to calculate the distance. KNN can be used for data classification that already has a reference, in this case the dataset used is the diabetes mellitus dataset in women. DM is a disease that can cause complications in parts of the body that cause death. DM in women can be seen from several parameters such as glucose levels, blood pressure, skin thickness, insulin hormone, body index mass, age, number of pregnancies, and the number of family history of diabetes. In this research, KNN will be used for the classification of diabetes in women with two classes, namely DM Positive and DM Negative, in other words, a woman can be predicted to suffer from DM disease or not. This method will be implemented into a system with PHP programming language and Codeigniter Framework. KNN testing is carried out with three test scenarios, the 1st test with 150 test data gets an 82% accuracy rate, the 2nd data test with 200 test data gets an 84% accuracy rate, and the 3rd data test with 300 test data gets an 82% accuracy rate.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang tidak terbendung sekarang ini sudah hampir terserap merata ke dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan kita sehari-hari. Hal ini juga memicu adanya pergeseran budaya, kebiasaan, dan perilaku. Permainan tradisional yang sudah diwariskan turun temurun memiliki berbagai peran pendidikan yang saat ini kita lihat pada generasi muda yang tumbuh dengan permainan modern. . Berawal dari gagasan inilah tercetus ide perancangan yang mampu menghubungkan permainan tradisional dan permainan modern. Penggabungan tradisi beda generasi ini bukanlah tidak mungkin terjadi. Dengan memanfaatkan media modern yang lebih personal dan interaktif, mengajak, menginformasikan, dan mendidik bisa jadi jauh lebih menarik. Dalam aplikasi pengenalan permainan tradisional ini terdapat berbagai ajakan, informasi, serta berbagai fasilitas lain yang mampu memfasilitasi generasi modern untuk melihat kembali, betapa menyenangkannya permainan yang mereka belum banyak tahu hingga kini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine nurses' compliance with the six steps for washing hands in the medical surgical room in the Cihampelas Building, Bandung Adventist Hospital. This research method uses quantitative research with descriptive analysis by observing nurses washing their hands. This research showed that 98.7% of nurses had complied with the six steps for hand washing, and 0.4% had yet to. The study concludes that nurses who abide by the six steps of hand washing are good, but some still need to comply with the six steps. It is recommended that nurses continue carrying out the six steps for washing hands and assess factors influencing compliance. Keywords: Washing Hands, Six Steps

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which student nurses provide spiritual nursing care to clients in private hospitals. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that the role of nursing students in fulfilling the spiritual needs of patients is very often (16.7%), often (52.8%), rarely (27.8%), and never (2.8%). Abstract

This study aims to determine the competency abilities of Level 2 nursing students in clinical practice in private hospitals. The method used is univariate descriptive analysis. The research results show five categories of skills: highly skilled, skilled, moderately skilled, less skilled, and not skilled. This data shows that the average percentage of level 2 nursing students carrying out clinical practice competencies in hospitals is in the highly skilled, skilled, and quite skilled competency categories. Level 2 nursing students have pretty good skill competencies in carrying out clinical practice competencies in hospitals, with a highly skilled percentage of 12 people (26.9%), skilled as many as 14 people (31.1%), quite skilled as many as nine people (21 .0%), less skilled as many as four people (10.1%), unskilled as many as five people (10.9%). In conclusion, second-level nursing students were able to carry out 32 assessment items on the achievement of clinical practice skills competency from the Child, KMB, and Maternity courses.
