Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model bisnis yang lebih efisien dan berdaya saing bagi Whoosh KCIC dengan menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC), analisis SWOT, dan matriks TOWS. Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) menghadapi tantangan dalam mencapai target operasional pada tahun pertama, dengan pencapaian penumpang dan pendapatan yang lebih rendah dari yang diperkirakan. Penelitian ini menjawab empat pertanyaan penelitian terkait kondisi BMC yang ada, faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja, serta perumusan strategi baru untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan operasional. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap narasumber internal dan eksternal. Data dianalisis dengan triangulasi sumber dan member-checking untuk memastikan keabsahan temuan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan 18 strategi prioritas yang dapat meningkatkan kenyamanan pelanggan, efisiensi operasional, dan pendapatan perusahaan. BMC baru yang terintegrasi dengan strategi ini menjadi pedoman strategis bagi Whoosh KCIC. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi perusahaan dan kontribusi teoritis dengan penerapan BMC, SWOT, dan TOWS untuk merumuskan strategi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan dalam pasar transportasi Jakarta-Bandung

Abstract

This study examines the impact of technology orientation, human resource readiness, and management support on digital competency and its implications for operational team performance at PT Petrosea Tbk, a mining services company undergoing digital transformation via the Minerva platform since 2018. Despite ongoing efforts, team performance in productivity, efficiency, and quality remains inconsistent. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 72 operational team leaders through proportionate stratified random sampling and analyzed using PLS-SEM via SmartPLS 4. The results show that management support (? = 0.406; p < 0.01), technology orientation (? = 0.319; p = 0.02), and HR readiness (? = 0.235; p = 0.017) significantly influence digital competency. In turn, digital competence (? = 0.374; p = 0.01) significantly enhances operational team performance and mediates the relationship between all independent variables and performance outcomes. The R² values of 0.551 for digital competency and 0.715 for team performance indicate a moderately strong model. This study contributes to the digital transformation literature in the mining sector by empirically validating how internal organizational resources and capabilities drive performance through digital competence. Practical recommendations include enhancing training for data analysis and platform usage, strengthening management’s digital support role, and improving technological accessibility and innovation.

Abstract

In today's era of rapid educational transformation, the integration of digital technology in learning is a key factor in improving the quality of educational services. This is also the case at Putera Harapan Purwokerto 3 Language School (Puhua School) which also faces the challenge of maintaining and improving the quality of learning experiences where in the current era, students are increasingly demanding learning experiences that are adaptive, interesting and relevant to the needs of the times. This is important for the competitiveness of educational institutions in the current era. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital learning and teacher motivation on student satisfaction and its implications for the school's competitive advantage, with a case study at SMP-SMA 3 Bahasa Putera Harapan (Puhua School) Purwokerto. Various literatures reviewed and become the foundation of the framework in this study such as customer satisfaction theory, work motivation, as well as competitive advantage from Porter and two-factor theory show that effective digital learning can improve the quality of students' learning experience, especially if it is supported by high teacher motivation. Student satisfaction is positioned as a mediating variable that connects the influence of digital learning and teacher motivation on school competitiveness. The research method used is a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS model, accompanied by qualitative validation through in-depth interviews. Data were collected from students and teachers using random sampling technique and analyzed using SmartPLS. The analysis technique used is path analysis to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that digital learning and teacher motivation have a positive effect on student satisfaction. Student satisfaction is also proven to have a significant effect on the school's competitive advantage. In addition, student satisfaction mediates the relationship between digital learning and teacher motivation to competitive advantage. The simultaneous effect of the two independent variables also showed significant results in improving school competitiveness through student satisfaction. Data triangulation results show that both approaches are mutually reinforcing and consistent where all quantitative findings are qualitatively confirmed and no significant contradictions are found. In conclusion, the synergy between the implementation of digital technology and high teacher motivation is an important strategy in building student satisfaction and strengthening the school's competitive position. Schools are advised to continue developing digital learning systems and teacher motivation enhancement programs to meet future educational challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate sustainable and competitive business strategies for Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP), a public transportation system managed by UPTD under the regional government. Using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) as the primary framework, supported by SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and PESTLE analyses, this research identifies the internal and external factors influencing TMP’s performance. The study found major challenges such as decreased ridership, lack of digital integration, and growing dependence on private vehicles. However, the flexibility offered through BLUD-based governance provides opportunities to improve innovation and service performance. Strategic recommendations include enhancing the value proposition, diversifying customer segments, and digitalizing distribution channels. These strategies are expected to strengthen TMP’s competitive advantage and support the development of an inclusive and efficient urban mass transportation system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Pengiriman barang dalam bentuk jasa dapat memudahkan proses pengiriman berupa dokumen, logistik, dan alatelektronik dengan menggunakan jalur udara, laut, dan darat. Oleh karena itu, banyak perusahaan yang bersaing danberorientasi dalam melayani dan mendukung produk-produk jasa. Jasa pengiriman di Indonesia mengalamiperkembangan yang begitu pesat seiring dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi, perkembangan teknologi, dan perubahanperilaku konsumen sehingga membuat persaingan pada industri jasa pengiriman cukup ketat. Hal ini dipengaruhidengan adanya perkembangan bisnis online yang dilakukan melalui platform digital seperti website, media sosial, dantoko online di e-commerce. Penelitian ini memliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui model bisnis menggunakanpendekatan Business Model Canvas yang digunakan saat ini dan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan,kelemahan, dan peluang yang di hadapi PT. Pos Indonesia. Bedasarkan hasil analisis SWOT akan dikembangkanmelalui matriks SWOT untuk menciptakan strategi baru terhadap sembilan blok Business Model Canvas pada PT.Pos Indonesia dalam bidang jasa kurir dan logistic (PT. Pos Logistik Indoneisia). Hal ini untuk membantu dalammengatasi pendapatan Pos Indonesia yang mengalami penurunan pada 5 tahun tekakhir. Penelitian ini dilakukandengan metode kualitatif melalui teknik pengumpulan data seperti observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Alatpengumpulan data utama menggunakan wawancara mendalam kepada enam narasumber. Bedasarkan hasil penelitianini untuk mengetahui model bisnis PT. Pos Indonesia melalui pendekatan Business Model Canvas saat ini dandikembangkan melalui analisis SWOT serta matriks SWOT terhadap sembilan blok Business Model Canvas. Hasilstrategi SO (Strength-Opportunity), WO (Weakness-Opportunity), ST (Strength-Threats), dan WT (Weakness-Threats) memperoleh tujuh rekomendasi strategi baru untuk Business Model Canvas PT. Pos Indonesia. Maka dariitu, diharapkan Pos Indonesia mempertimbangkan hasil rekomendasi pada Business Model Canvas baru dalammenjalankan bisnisnya. CV. KARYA JAYA merupakan badan usaha kontraktor yang bergerak dalam berbagai bidang industrikonstruksi. Secara khusus, perusahaan ini beroperasi sebagai Perseroan Terbatas (CV) yang mengkhususkan diridalam jasa kontraktor untuk berbagai proyek, termasuk konstruksi bangunan, infrastruktur jalan, instalasi listrik,konstruksi jembatan, dan usaha terkait. Untuk mencapai kesuksesan dalam bisnisnya, tentunya perusahaanmembutuhkan strategi-strategi terbaik yang dapat diterapkan. Sangat penting bagi tiap perusahaan memahami strategipengembangan dan mengetahui upaya apa saja yang harus ditempuh agar menjadi lebih unggul dari para pesaing yangada. Strategi pengembangan bisnis dapat berjalan dengan baik jika dibarengi dengan program pengembangan yangterencana dengan matang. Sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu tercapainya tujuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkanproduk atau jasa yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi faktor internal dan eksternal CV.KARYA JAYA serta menyarankan strategi pengembangan yang sesuai. Metode kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatifdigunakan, dengan data primer dari wawancara dan kuesioner, serta data sekunder dari buku dan artikel. Analisisdilakukan menggunakan matriks SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi alternatif strategi, QSPM untuk memilih strategiterbaik, serta matriks IFE, EFE, dan IE untuk menilai faktor internal, eksternal, dan posisi strategis perusahaan.Hasilnya akan memberikan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang optimal. Abstract

Olahraga adalah kegiatan fisik yang baiknya dilakukan secara berkala dalam rangka meningkatkan kebugaran dankesehatan jasmani. Bela diri merupakan salah satu jenis dari olahraga. King Muay Thai Bandung sebagai salah satusasana beladiri khususnya muay thai, menyediakan layanan pengajaran mulai dari muay thai, kick boxing, dantaekwondo. Dalam penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel yang di teliti, yaitu pengaruhyang diberikan oleh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kualitas layananterhadap loyalitas pelanggan, pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, danpengaruh mediasi yang diberikan oleh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitaspelanggan. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik non-probabilty sampling lebihspesifik adalah purposive sampling kepada 36 responden. Dalam pengambilan data peneliti membagikannya langsungkepada para responden di tempat. Dalam mengolah data peneliti menggunakan alat bantu olah data SPSS 29. Hasildari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.kualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruhsecara signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Serta kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh secara signifikan dalammemediasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan bagian penting dari masyarakat Indonesia, meskipun pemahaman tentang operasinya seringkali terbatas. Pikapiki Baby Clothes, sebuah UMKM yang berbasis di Bandung, beroperasi di berbagai platform seperti WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, Tokopedia, dan Shopee. Dalam lima tahun terakhir, penjualan Pikapiki menurun karena meningkatnya persaingan, tren busana bayi yang berubah dengan cepat, dan masuknya barang impor. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan strategi baru bagi Pikapiki menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, studi kasus Pikapiki mengungkap tiga temuan utama. Pertama, analisis BMC menekankan pada diversifikasi di segmen pelanggan, kreativitas produk, perluasan saluran daring, dan komitmen untuk memenuhi Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Kedua, analisis SWOT mengidentifikasi 28 strategi alternatif melalui Matriks SWOT, yang menghasilkan sembilan strategi SO, enam strategi WO, dua strategi ST, dan delapan strategi WT. Akhirnya, strategi ini mengarah pada BMC yang direvisi, yang menggabungkan diversifikasi produk, investasi, layanan keanggotaan, dan peningkatan efisiensi melalui penyesuaian finansial dan teknologi.

Abstract

People's Business Credit (KUR) is a government financing program designed to encourage the growth of the MSME sector. This study aims to analyze the influence of credit procedures, service quality, and bank location on the decision to take KUR at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Dumai Syarif Kasim. The research method used a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that, simultaneously, the three variables had a significant effect on the decision to take KUR (F-count = 372.424, p < 0.05). Partially, only credit procedures had a positive and significant effect (? = 0.467, t = 15.06, p < 0.05). The quality of service did not show a significant effect (? = -0.007, t = -0.24, p > 0.05), while the location of the bank had a significant negative effect (? = -0.532, t = -22.17, p < 0.05). The adjusted R² value of 0.921 indicates that 92.1% of the variation in the decision to take KUR is explained by all three variables. These findings confirm that procedural efficiency is a major factor in KUR decision-making, while perceptions of bank services and physical locations are not always the main considerations in the digital age.

Abstract

This study investigates the Orya Jayapura Hydroelectric Power Plant in Indonesia. The plant suffers from high machine downtime, resulting in low production and profits. Analyze the plant's efficiency using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method. OEE considers availability, performance, and quality metrics. A mixed method combining a case study with quantitative data analysis (OEE formula) and a qualitative approach (cause-and-effect diagrams) to prioritize improvement recommendations. The average OEE for 2019-2022 was only 32.76%, indicating significant equipment inefficiency and low profits. High equipment failure losses were identified as the main culprit. The study confirms a correlation between technical efficiency and financial performance: higher availability leads to higher profits. The plant needs to improve its overall quality in terms of people, machinery, materials, and methods. This includes staffing with qualified personnel, providing employee training, enhancing equipment maintenance, and implementing strategies for asset optimization and innovation.
