Abstract

In Society 5.0, the central concept is Human-Centered and supported by super-smart technology that frees humans from burdened workloads and allows humans to innovate new values ??without limits. All of this results in prosperity for everyone and that is the achievement of the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The application of this concept must be realized by all stakeholders of the nation, including universities that are responsible for the education of the younger generation. However, the implementation of sustainability university has been very numerous, varied, and there is no clear definition in the literature or practice. This study aims to develop a Human-Centered sustainable model that can be used as a reference in implementation. The research method used is qualitative by conducting library research, interviews and observations. Respondents and objects of interviews and observations are Telkom University’s sustainability teams and programs/ projects. The result of this study is a Human-Centered sustainable university model that is recommended as an implementation reference, not only for Telkom University but also for other universities with similar characteristics. Abstract

Abstrak Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara kepada narasumber yaitu pemilik klinik, pelanggan klinik, karyawan klinik dan mitra klinik. Sedangkan untuk data sekunder dikumpulkan melalui artikel, penelitian terdahulu, buku-buku, dan jurnal referensi yang terkait dengan topik penelitian. Arus pendapatan Klinik Hewan Virgin Pet Care masih terbatas pada jasa pelayanan perawatan kesehatan hewan peliharaan. Hal tersebut membuat klinik rentan mengalami penurunan pendapatan ketika terjadi kondisi yang kurang menguntungkan. Hasil rekomendasi untuk perusahaan adalah melalui penambahan proses bisnis baru dengan melakukan kegiatan penjualan produk untuk hewan peliharaan melalui website. Proses penjualan produk kemudian dirancang menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang dilanjutkan dengan perancangan desain mock up user interface. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan rekomendasi terhadap kegiatan bisnis dari Klinik Hewan Virgin Pet Care khususnya dalam memperoleh pendapatan. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat dijadikan arahan dalam implementasi proses bisnis klinik. Implementasi rekomendasi proses bisnis yang baru diharapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan yang lebih bagi klinik dalam memperoleh pendapatan secara optimal. Kata Kunci: Klinik Hewan, BMC, UML, SWOT. Abstract In this study the method used is a qualitative method. Primary data was collected through interviews with the respondent, such as clinic owners, clinic customers, clinic employees and clinic partners. Meanwhile, secondary data was collected through articles, previous research, books, and reference journals related to the research topic. Virgin Pet Care Veterinary Clinic's revenue stream is still limited to pet health care services. This makes the clinic vulnerable to a decrease in income when unfavorable conditions occur. This condition makes the clinic must have other sources of income in order to maintain its income rate.Through the results of the analysis carried out, the recommendations for the company are obtained through the addition of new business processes by selling products for pets through the website. Sales of these products are divided into sales of products for animal needs and pet data registration. The product selling process was designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) followed by the design of a user interface mock up. The results of this study are expected to be used as recommendations for the business activities of the Virgin Pet Care Veterinary Clinic, especially in obtaining income. In addition, this research can be used as a guide in the implementation of business processes of the clinic. The implementation of the new business process recommendations is expected to provide more opportunities for clinics to earn optimally. Keywords: Veterinary Clinic, BMC, UML, SWOT

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) berperan penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia, yaitu untuk Luas lapangan kerja dan penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) terbesar. Terdapat berbagai bidang UMKM di Indonesia, salah satunya yaitu agroindustri. CV Munjul Jaya merupakan UMKM yang bergerak di bidang agroindustri yang berlokasi di Karawang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sembilan blok Business Model Canvas pada CV Munjul Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang diimplementasikan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi yang berisi pemaparan atau pengambaran sesuatu. Selain itu penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terhadap 10 narasumber. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif yang diimplementasikan melalui wawancara dan studi dokumentasi yang berisi pemaparan atau pengambaran sesuatu. Selain itu penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara terhadap 10 narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini adalah masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang belum maksimal dan masih dapat dikembangkan oleh CV Munjul Jaya. Maka, peneliti memberikan masukan pada semua blok Business Model Canvas pada CV Munjul Jaya yaitu pada Customer Segment, Channels, Customer Relationship, Value Proposition, Revenue Stream, key Resorce, Key Activity, Key Partnership, dan Cost Structure. Selain itu, CV Munjul Jaya dapat memanfaatkan media sosial dan media online lain untuk promosi dan media penjualan serta melakukan Quality Control untuk meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Ketatnya persaingan bisnis roti dan dinamisnya era digitalisasi saat ini menuntut Josh Gandos Bakery (JGB), sebuah toko roti dan kue tradisional di Karawang, untuk terus mengembangkan strategi agar bisnisnya bertahan dan berkembang. Terkait hal tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah merumuskan strategi dan program fungsional perusahaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis dan matriks SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Metoda penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara (mendalam). Narasumber diambil dari tiga grup pemangku kepentingan utama yaitu perusahaan, pemasok dan pelanggan. Analisis lingkungan internal (S dan W) dilakukan berdasarkan fungsional bisnis dan analisis lingkungan eksternal (O dan T) menggunakan teori Porter’s 5-Force. Proses pencocokan matriks SWOT menghasilkan strategi pengembangan bisnis yang dijabarkan dalam program untuk mengimplementasikannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang perlu dilakukan JGB adalah kedua strategi generik Porter yaitu strategi kepemimpinan biaya dan diferensiasi. Kontribusi penelitian yang dianggap paling bermanfaat bagi JGB adalah jabaran strategi berupa program fungsional karena implementatif bagi perusahaan. Program yang dinilai paling prioritas adalah melakukan inovasi produk dengan pendekatan green program.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Susu KPBS Pangalengan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisa faktor internal dan eksternal perusahaan, perumusan alternatif strategi pengembangan serta penetapan (prioritas) strategi. Metode penelitian adalah metoda campuran. Penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara dilakukan untuk menganalisa faktor internal dan eksternal, perumusan alternatif strategi dengan basis teori analisa SWOT dan matriks SWOT. Selanjutnya dilakukan penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner untuk 1) menhitung skor EFE dan IFE untuk koordinat (kuadran) dalam matriks IE sehingga rumusan alternatif strategi dapat diketahui berdasarkan posisi/kuadran; 2) untuk menyusun prioritas strategi dengan teknik QSPM. Jumlah responden 10 orang terdiri dari 3 internal perusahaan, 3 konsumen, 1 pesaing, 1 pemasok dan 1 mewakili asosiasi susu. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa skor EFE dan IFE adalah 3,16 dan 3,11 (keduanya diatas 2,5 (titik tengah)). Hal ini menyatakan perusahaan dapat menangani kondisi eksternal (ancaman dan peluang) dengan baik. Perusahaan juga mampu mengelola faktor internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dengan baik pula. Berdasarkan matriks IE, koordinat (3,16, 3,11) berada pada kuadran I (tumbuh & bangun). Selanjutnya, alternatif strategi kuadran I disusun dengan konsep matriks SWOT dan merumuskan 8 (delapan) alternatif. Selanjutnya, sebagai tahap akhir penetapan strategi, dengan teknik QSPM, diperoleh bahwa strategi dengan prioritas pertama, dengan nilai TAS tertinggi adalah strategi integrasi horizontal dengan melakukan merger CV. Abstract

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, telemedicine users throughout the world have increased, including in Indonesia. Since COVID-19 pandemic, telemedicine is a business platform in the health sector with increasing number of users. Minister of Health Regulation Number 20 of 2019, which is currently the basis for implementing telemedicine in Indonesia, does not regulate the use of teleconsultation media used for diagnosis on telemedicine platforms. This research aims to provide recommendations regarding the use of teleconsultation media on telemedicine platforms. In this study, data was obtained from interviews with thirty-three participants. In conclusion, the video call feature should be a mandatory modality for teleconsultation, but it is optional to use and with adjusted teleconsultation fees.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of electronic wallet usage, lifestyle, and financial literacy on consumptive behavior among Generation Z workers in DKI Jakarta. With a population comprising about one-third of DKI Jakarta's total population, Generation Z is notably technologically adept, often referred to as the Internet or Digital Generation. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilizes Partial Least Square Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and collects data from 407 respondents through an online questionnaire. Findings reveal a positive and significant association between electronic wallet usage and consumptive behavior, as well as lifestyle and consumptive behavior. However, financial literacy exhibits an insignificant and negative impact on consumptive behavior. These insights contribute to understanding the financial behavior of Generation Z workers and may aid in fostering more prudent financial management practices among this demographic.

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management at Pelindo post-merger and measure its risk management maturity level. Moreover, the study intends to offer relevant recommendations for the company in developing risk management strategies and implementation. Design/Methodology/Approach: This study adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy, wherein the researcher analyzes an organization as the unit of analysis in a non-contrived setting, reflecting a natural environment without manipulation. Data collection techniques include interviews and document analysis, while data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model with four main components: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Research findings: The study's findings indicate that the risk management maturity level at Pelindo post-merger is at the good practice phase, scoring 2.94 from the dimension and performance aspects assessment. Recommendations for improvement include enhancing risk culture, improving the effectiveness of risk management functions, and aligning risk strategy with the ERM transformation plan to increase the effectiveness and compliance of risk management. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research makes a theoretical contribution by assessing the level of risk management maturity in the context of mergers among state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Indonesia's maritime industry. It uses measurement methods tailored to regulations from the Ministry of SOEs, providing a reference for other companies seeking to develop effective risk management strategies. Practitioners/Policy Implications: This research suggests that organizations should strengthen risk culture responsibilities in job descriptions at all levels, as well as adopt technology and automation for real-time risk monitoring to enhance risk management effectiveness and ensure alignment with corporate strategy. Research Limitations/Implications: The limitations of this study primarily stem from restricted access to internal and sensitive data, which constrains the depth of analysis and hampers comparison with industry best practices.

Abstract

Seymour is a business unit engaged in the footwear business located in the city of Bandung. Currently, Seymour needs help in the form of declining sales due to customer purchasing behavior preferring online shopping and high competition. Other problems include high costs due to relatively unproductive offline stores. Seymour also needs a comprehensive business strategy/model. This research proposes a new improvement program for Seymour's Business Model Canvas. In formulating the program, the approach used is to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the nine blocks of the Business Model Canvas. Based on the research results, Seymour has fulfilled the nine blocks of the Business Model Canvas. From the analysis of the Business Model Canvas's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, Seymour has 15 strengths and five weaknesses for internal factors. In contrast, Seymour has eight opportunities and nine threats for external factors. After conducting the analysis, the matching was carried out and resulted in 11 improvement programs. Grouping was then carried out from all 11 improvement programs, resulting in 9 improvement programs for the new Business Model Canvas. Of all the Business Model Canvas improvement programs, there are five priority improvement programs: adding customer segments, adding product variations, adding sales channels, creating new unique values, and adding human resources.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management at Pelindo post-merger and assess its risk management maturity level. Additionally, the study intends to offer relevant recommendations for the company in developing its risk management strategy and implementation. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study strategy, where the researcher analyzes an organization as a unit of analysis in a natural setting without manipulation. Data collection techniques include interviews with representatives from the Group Risk Management, Governance, and Compliance as the corporate-level risk managers. Document analysis includes textbooks, academic and professional journals, theses, articles, and company department reports. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model. The research indicates that the maturity level of risk management at Pelindo post-merger has reached the good practice phase with a score of 2.94. This reflects a consistent application of risk management in accordance with industry standards, although its effectiveness varies. The organizational structure, framework, processes, and risk culture have begun to be implemented. Recommendations for improvement include strengthening the risk culture, enhancing the effectiveness of risk management functions, and aligning risk strategies with the ERM transformation plan for better effectiveness and compliance.
