Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the influence of a marketing mix (4p) on the purchase decision of a fashion product on Shopee's E-commerce (a case study on the Z-generation of the city of Surakarta). Marketing mix (4P) is the Product, Price, Promotion, and Place. The study aims to analyze whether the marketing mix (4p) influences the purchase of fashion products on the e-commerce Shopee made by the Generation Z. In accordance with the phenomenon that we raise that fashion shopping phenomena in Generation Z are highly supported by the existing data. This study used a quantitative research method because the population of this study cannot be generalized with certainty, sampling using a non-probability sampler approach. The study uses a sample of 151 generations of Surakarta city Z that have been confirmed and are qualified for testing because they have passed the data verification phase. Where data is measured numerically and using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) via Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The result is Price, Promotion, and Places have a significant positive influence on Shopee's E-Commerce Fashion Product Purchase Decision. Whereas the Product significantly has a negative impact on the Shopee E-commerce Fashion Products Purchasing Decision The conclusion of this study is that 3 variables are significantly influenced by the purchasing decision and 1 negative variable is not significant to the purchase decision so that it can be used as a basis forining the related strategy. This will have a greater impact on the sales and turnover of the company's profits.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, dan Harga terhadap Minat Beli pelanggan e-commerce Shopee (Kasus Pengguna Shopee). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Brand Ambassador memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan original sample sebesar 0,200, nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,316, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,021. Dengan nilai t-statistic > 1,96 dan nilai p-value < 0,05, hipotesis pertama diterima. Brand Image juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan original sample sebesar 0,535, nilai t-statistic sebesar 6,106, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Dengan nilai t-statistic > 1,96 dan nilai p-value < 0,05, hipotesis kedua diterima. Selain itu, Harga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli dengan original sample sebesar 0,259, nilai t-statistic sebesar 4,326, dan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000. Dengan nilai t-statistic > 1,96 dan nilai p-value < 0,05, hipotesis ketiga diterima. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut—Brand Ambassador, Brand Image, dan Harga—berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli pelanggan Shopee.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap minat pembelian ulang di marketplace shopee. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner online. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat Kota Surakarta yang melakukan pembelian ulang belanja pada marketplace Shopee. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan 200 responden. Metode analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini ialah Harga berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang di marketplace Shopee di Kota Surakarta. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan Minat Pembelian Ulang di marketplace Shopee di Kota Surakarta. Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Pembelian Ulang di marketplace Shopee di Kota Surakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi promosi, harga dan kualitas terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan oleh peneliti menggunakan Google Form yang akan disebarkan dengan tujuan memperoleh data yang dibutuhkan oleh peneliti. Pertanyaan diukur dengan skala interval. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh pelanggan warung Juara Bakso dan Moe Ayam yang berlokasi di Jl. Gatak 2. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive. Bahan penelitian diolah dengan perhitungan komputer SPSS. Hasil olah data dan analisis data pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa strategi promosi, dan harga produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of work environment, motivation, and teamwork on the productivity of instructors and workers. This quantitative analysis used data from 130 workers. This inquiry uses purposive sampling as its methodology. The study's results demonstrate that the work environment, motivation, and Teamwork each have a positive and significant influence on job performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, perilaku karyawan, dan aglomerasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dampak hal tersebut terhadap perusahaan. “Perusahaan sekarang sadar bahwa mereka dapat mengembangkan tenaga kerja yang lebih produktif dengan berfokus pada keterlibatan karyawan dalam bekerja. Tanpa adanya keterlibatan karyawan yang disengaja, manajemen tidak dapat memulai inisiatif perbaikan yang efektif terkait dengan profitabilitas perusahaan” (Holidin,2022). Selain itu, karyawan perlu sadar akan lingkungan organisasi dan mampu bekerjasama dengan rekan mereka untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Agar dapat menumbuhkan dan mempertahankan profitabilitas perusahaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS sebagai solusi perangkat lunak statistik untuk pemrosesan data. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah 1) Variabel Profitabilitas (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). 2) Perilaku Karyawan (X2) berpengaruh secara positif dan dapat meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan (Y). 3) Aglomerasi memiliki pengaruh, namun tidak secara keseluruhan benar-benar mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu sektor perekonomian nasional yang strategis dan menjadi pendorong pembangun ekonomi di Indonesia. Sebutan UMKM merujuk pada kegiatan usaha yang dibentuk oleh warga negara, baik berupa usaha pribadi ataupun badan usaha” (Wilantara, 2016). Tujuan dari UMKM yaitu untuk mengembangkan dan meningkatkan produksi bahan baku dalam negeri, meningkatkan produktivitas pekerja, dan meningkatkan lapangan pekerjaan. UMKM sejatinya dapat membantu perekonomian nasional dan juga dapat meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dan fleksibilitas kerja terhadap work-life balance karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring kepada responden yang memenuhi kriteria tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan fleksibilitas kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance karyawan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the influence of discounts and free shipping promotions on consumer purchase decisions on the Lazada e-commerce platform. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 155 respondents who are Lazada users in Tawangsari District. Research methodology: Data was collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using SmartPLS software. Results: The results show that discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions with a coefficient of 0.486 and a p-value of 0.000. Free shipping promotions also have a significant effect, with a coefficient of 0.349 and a p-value of 0.007. Conclusions: Discount offerings have a direct impact on increasing consumers' purchase intentions on the Lazada platform. Consumers are more inclined to utilize discount promotions, as they perceive a higher value relative to the cost incurred, which subsequently leads to an increase in purchase frequency. In addition, free shipping promotions significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. The removal of shipping fees is perceived as a benefit, encouraging consumers to complete transactions without additional hesitation. Overall, both discount promotions and free shipping offers serve as effective marketing strategies in enhancing consumer purchasing decisions on Lazada's e-commerce platform. These strategies provide the company with a competitive advantage in attracting and retaining consumers within the digital marketplace. Limitations: This study is limited by several factors. First, the sample is confined to Lazada users in the Tawangsari District, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings to other regions. Contribution: In conclusion, discount and free shipping strategies are important factors that encourage consumers to make purchases on Lazada. This study provides valuable insights for e-commerce managers to optimize their promotional strategies to attract more consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of HR information system quality, work discipline, training, and career development on the performance of educators in the Jatiroto District. The method used is a structural model with independent variables including HR information system quality, work discipline, training, and development, and educator performance as the dependent variable. Model evaluation was conducted through tests of convergent validity, discriminant validity, and composite reliability. The results of the study indicate that work discipline and career development have a positive and significant influence on educator performance, while HR information system quality and training do not have a significant effect. The R-squared value of 0.85 indicates that 85% of the variation in performance can be explained by these four variables. These findings highlight the importance of work discipline and career development in improving educator performance and provide implications for human resource management in the education sector, particularly concerning discipline management and career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Information Technology, Work Environment, and Work Efficiency on Employee Performance at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani in Pati City. The method used is quantitative, with primary data collected through a questionnaire distributed to 140 employees. The data were analyzed using statistical analysis with Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that Information Technology does not have a significant effect on employee performance (t-statistic = 1.415; P value = 0.079), leading to the rejection of the first hypothesis (H1). Conversely, the Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance (t-statistic = 2.372; P value = 0.009), resulting in the acceptance of the second hypothesis (H2). Additionally, Work Efficiency also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t-statistic = 5.079; P value = 0.000), thereby accepting the third hypothesis (H3). This study concludes that to enhance employee performance, the company should focus on developing a positive work environment and improving work efficiency, as well as investing in supporting technologies.
