Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine how water cleanliness, flow continuity, complaint response, and network maintenance affect customer satisfaction at PDAM Tirta Makmur in Sukoharjo Regency. This study employed an explanatory quantitative approach and conducted a survey involving 380 participants. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that all independent variables influenced customer satisfaction both collectively and individually. The variable that most significantly affected customer satisfaction was complaint response, followed by network maintenance, water cleanliness, and flow continuity. According to the regression model used, which had an R Square value of 0.747, these four variables accounted for 74.7% of the variation in customer satisfaction. This study was limited to PDAM customers in Sukoharjo. It offers originality by emphasizing the importance of responsiveness and infrastructure maintenance in improving public services in the clean water sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Faktor-faktor internal organisasi tersebut dipandang sebagai komponen penting yang dapat mendorong atau menghambat performa karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 155 karyawan dari berbagai unit kerja di Bank BRI Unit Solo. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Budaya organisasi yang kokoh membentuk nilai-nilai produktif dalam lingkungan kerja, sedangkan motivasi kerja mendorong semangat dan komitmen individu terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa manajemen perlu memprioritaskan upaya dalam memperkuat budaya organisasi dan mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung peningkatan kinerja di sektor perbankan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality, price, and promotion on purchasing decisions on Mixue products. This research method is quantitative. This study uses primary data. The data collection method used in this study was distributing questionnaires via Google Forms. The population in this study was people in Surakarta. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling. The sample to be used is 200 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and determination coefficient test (r2). The result of this study is that product quality has a positive but insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in the Surakarta Community. Price has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in the Surakarta Community. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mixue products in the Surakarta Community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Online Customer Reviews on TikTok on the purchasing decisions of the Somethinc brand among Generation Z in Surakarta. The research method used is quantitative with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SmartPLS 3. Data were collected through an online questionnaire with a purposive sampling technique, involving 100 respondents who had purchased Somethinc products. The results of the study show that Content Marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions while Influencer Marketing and Online Customer Reviews do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. These findings confirm that content-based digital marketing strategies, influencer support, and customer reviews play an important role in shaping consumer purchasing decisions on TikTok. Therefore, companies are advised to optimize marketing strategies through educational content, real-life testimonials, and collaboration with influencers to increase consumer trust and buying interest..

Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Kesetaraan Berbasis Kebutuhan Pasar Kerja (Studi Kasus Pada PKBM Imanuel Jibama Distrik Makki Kabupaten Lanny Jaya Provinsi Papua Pegunungan). Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis perencanaan program pendidikan, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, pengelolaan tenaga pendidik, pengelolaan sarana prasarana, serta evaluasi hasil belajar warga belajar serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan sebanyak 8 yaitu Kepala Sekolah/Ketua, Tenaga pendidik/Tutor 1 orang, Tenaga kependidikan 2 orang, Koordinator program pendidikan kesetaraan 1 orang dan 3 orang peserta warga bepalajar. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi melalui keabsahan data dan dianalisis secara interaktif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengelolaan pendidikan kesetaraan berbasis kebutuhan pasar kerja pada tahap perencanaan dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan pendidikan masyarakat serta kondisi lingkungan setempat. Namun lebih berorientasi pada pemenuhan standar program pendidikan kesetaraan secara administratif dan belum sepenuhnya berbasis pada analisis kebutuhan pasar kerja secara sistematis. Pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan jadwal yang telah ditetapkan dan mengacu pada kurikulum pendidikan kesetaraan yang lebih menekankan pada pencapaian kompetensi akademik, sementara integrasi pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja masih belum optimal. Pengelolaan tenaga pendidik menunjukkan komitmen dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran serta membimbing warga belajar selama proses pendidikan berlangsung. Namun pengembangan kompetensi tutor dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan kerja masih terbatas karena minimnya kesempatan pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional bagi tutor. Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di PKBM Imanuel Jibama masih menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan. Fasilitas pembelajaran yang tersedia masih terbatas pada sarana dasar seperti ruang belajar dan buku pelajaran. Evaluasi hasil belajar warga belajar dilaksanakan melalui berbagai bentuk penilaian, seperti penilaian tugas, ujian, dan evaluasi akhir pembelajaran sesuai dengan ketentuan program pendidikan kesetaraan namun lebih berfokus pada pencapaian kompetensi akademik, sementara evaluasi terhadap penguasaan keterampilan kerja yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja masih belum menjadi bagian utama dalam sistem penilaian. Faktor pendukung komitmen tutor dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran, dukungan masyarakat terhadap program pendidikan, serta adanya koordinasi antara pengelola PKBM, tutor, dan tenaga kependidikan. Faktor penghambat keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, keterbatasan kompetensi tutor dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis keterampilan kerja, minimnya program pelatihan keterampilan bagi warga belajar, serta terbatasnya kemitraan antara PKBM dengan dunia usaha dan dunia kerja.

Abstract

The food people consume and how the food is consumed are essential determinants of health.Consumption of healthy food is an intriguing topic with contradictory findings in various cases. It provides an indirect overview of the diversity and interest in the study of healthy food products throughout both pandemic and endemic periods. Using regression analysis, this study examined the influence of price, quality, and availability on the purchase intention of healthy food products of 100 students. The results revealed that price, quality, and availability influenced the intention to purchase healthy food products. Limitations and suggestions for further studies are offered for consideration.
