Abstract

One of the direct learning models involved students in the learning process is the Role Playing model. The learning model is very suitable for learning subjects that involves real life situation. In Model Role Playing students are invited to play some roles related to the subjects being studied. With the role played by each student, they can experience firsthand the lessons exposed to the subjects. For example on financial management subjects. This research is an experimental, with research design True Experimental Design, Pretest-control Group Design. In the data analysis can be seen that the calculation of the value analysis thitung> ttabel. On the list of significant 5% that is 7.74> 1.70 that t_hitung bigger than ttable and at a significant level of 1% that is 7.74> 2.46 that thitung bigger than ttabel. By affecting t_count with ttable if t_count> ttable means the hypothesis is accepted. From these tests it can be concluded that the effectiveness of Role Playing Model in Improving Student Competence on Financial Management Subject, the hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

Teaching materials have an important role in the learning process. However, the teaching materials used still do not meet the needs of students. The purpose of this research is to produce LKPD based Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) products as valid and practical learning materials for BUMN, BUMD and BUMS. and standard eligibility criteria for learning media. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The process to produce LKPD begins with a validation stage by media experts, design experts and material experts. Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD was also tested in schools to measure the response of class X students of SMA Negeri 02 Negara Batin. The results showed that this Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD was suitable for use in learning. This is indicated by the results of the final validation from design experts with a percentage of 80% with strong criteria, the results of the assessment by media experts with a percentage of 90% with very strong criteria, the results of the assessment by material experts with a percentage of 86.7% with very strong criteria and results. testing with a small group of 15 students with a percentage of 86.4% with very strong criteria. Based on the percentage obtained from an average expert validation of 89.2% with very strong criteria and student responses of 86.4% with very strong criteria, Auditory, Intellectually, Repetition (AIR) based LKPD is declared valid and practical to be used as references in the learning process.Keywords: Development,  LKPD, Learning Media

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan: (1) pengaruh profesionalisme guru terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi, (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi, (3) pengaruh profesionalisme guru dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian eksplanasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru ekonomi di SMA Se-kota Malang yang berjumlah 82 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik inferensial dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan secara parsial profesionalisme guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi dengan nilai sig. t sebesar (0,000) < α (0,05) dan thitung (4,361) > t tabel (1,666). Analisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai sig. t sebesar (0,000) < α (0,05) dan thitung (3,650) > t tabel (1,666). Secara simultan profesionalisme guru dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi dengan nilai sig. F sebesar (0,000) < α (0,05).Selain itu, dari hasil analisis regresi besar R Square adalah 0,530.

Abstract

The problem in this study is that the learning media used in SMA Negeri 1 Rumbia are textbooks and worksheets while the use of LCD projectors and multimedia are rarely used. For example multimedia from Microsoft poer point that looks still simple and there are still shortcomings in terms of appearance and display design. From these problems the researchers conducted research to develop interactive learning media based on aurora 3D presentation. This research is a research and development (R&D) using ADDIE research model which has five stages in its development procedures, namely stage 1) Analysis, 2) Planning, 3) Development, 4) Implementation (Implementation), 5) Evaluation (Evaluation). The learning media was assessed as feasible by 2 media experts and 1 material expert. after the revision of learning media can be tested on a small group in class X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Rumbia, amounting to 28 students. The results of the assessment of learning media experts obtained a percentage of 93% with a very decent category. and The results of expert assessment of learning materials obtained a percentage of 94% with a very decent category. While the students' response to Aurora 3D Presentation as Interactive Learning Media shows a percentage of 90% with a very decent category. So it can be concluded that Aurora 3D Presentation as an Interactive Learning Media developed can be used in the learning process.

Abstract

The lack of using various media in instructions causes students to feel bored. While the lack of use of facilities and infrastructure such as LCD to assist the learning process will be less effective. The material and media used in MAN 1 Metro have not yet integrated Islamic values while the scope of the school is Madrasah. We need learning media that is under the background of the Madrasah/ Islamic school, which is based on Islamic values. The purpose of this research is to produce a Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values that is valid and practical.The development model used is a 4D model which consists of 4 stages (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). The results show that the Powtoon instructional media integrated with Islamic values are valid for use in the instructional process. The results of the validation by media experts with a percentage of 87% is categorized as very strong criteria, the material experts categorized a very strong rate of 85%, and religion experts scored a very strong percentage with 96%. The results of trials of integrated Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values to students with a percentage of 95% are very strong. This condition shows that the Powtoon instructional media can be used as an instructional media. Based on the recapitulation, it can be concluded that the Powtoon animation video integrated with Islamic values is a valid and practical instructional media in the instructional process.Keywords: Development, Instructional Media, Powtoon Integrated with  Islamic Values

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Ekonomi Pembangunan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini eksperimen design yaitu pretest posttest control group design.Analisis data menunjukkan hasil belajar model Problem Based Instruction mengalami peningkatan 51,5% dilihat dari perbandingan evaluasi pretestmahasiswa 28,5% sedangkan mahasiswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal pada evaluasi posttest adalah 80%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka hipotesis dapat diterima sebab thitung (tdaf) = 3,76 lebih besar dari pada ttabel (ttab) = 1,70 dan 2,47. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Problem Based Instruction pada matakuliah Ekonomi Pembangunan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa di UM Metro

Abstract

Card-Based Media with Help of Drill Method is a good teaching tool for instiling certain habits. It is also the variety of methods for maintaining good habits. In addition, these methods can be obtained with a string, determination, opportunity, speed of skill. Card-Based Media with the Help of Drill Method can be used in general to obtain a set of materials or skill from those that have been studied and to obtain motoric skill. Based oh the survey result that the researcher did, the problem in this research was that there were still many students who had not yet completed the subjects of Accounting for class X Semester Odd SMK Negeri 1 Sekampung in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. The population was all students of class X of SMK Negeri 1 Sekampung which consists 164 students. In talking sampling uses a full sampling technique and the sample is the class X Accounting I as many as 27 Students as experiment class and X Accounting II as many as 29 Students as control class. The data of this research were collected by using data collection techniques, observation,interviews, documentation, and tests. Based on the results of these research, the hypothesis can be accepted because at a significant level of 5% (0,05) shows tcount > ttable, is 4,41>1,71. Thus it show that there is a positive influence on the use Card-Based Media with the Help of Drill Method on Learning Outcomes at X Grade Students in Accounting Subjects of SMK Negeri 1 Sekampung in the Academic Year of 2018/2019. Abstract

Mata pelajaran ekonomi merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang bertujuan untuk melatih siswa untuk belajar mengenal lingkungan sosial disekitarnya. Sehingga dengan mempelajari mata pelajaran ekonomi diharapkan siswa dapat beradaptasi dalam setiap situasi dan kondisi yang terjadi dilingkungannya. Penerapan pembelajaran ekonomi menekankan pada aspek pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang langsung dirasakan oleh siswa. Dengan demikian, guru diharapkan dapat merancang bahan pembelajaran yang efektif dan kreatif agar siswa dapat memahami konsep-konsep ekonomi secara lebih nyata. Abstract

Based on the analysis of research data using a simple linear regression formula obtained t-count = 3.78 suppose t-table = 1.70 at a significance level of 0.05 or at 5% and t-table = 2.46 at the level of significance of 0, 01 or 1% thus t-count> t-table. This means that simple linear regression is real, or the hypothesis is accepted, and from the results of the study it can be concluded that: The use of recitation methods can improve the Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of VII.1 class even semester of SMP Negeri 1 Trimurjo on the subject of Scarcity and Human Needs. It is proven by the average pre-test measurement before the learning process is 9.37 and the average post-test value after being given treatment uses variable X of 77.94. Students who were declared complete with KKM ≥ 71 after being given treatment as many as 24 students or as much as 75% and students who were declared as incomplete as many as 8 students or 25%, thus the learning process was said to be successful. Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Resitasi Method

Abstract

 ABSTRAKPengabdian yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan pembuatan Branding dan Packaging Produk. Kegiatan pelatihan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari pelatihan kewirausahaan pembuatan kerajinan dari kain flanel yang sebelumnya telah dilaksanakan pada anak-anak di Panti Asuhan Muhammadiyah Budi Utomo Kota Metro. Dalam kegiatannya terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan yakni memberikan pelatihan dengan tahapan teori dan praktek. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini terdapat beberapa tahapan diantaranya yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pelaporan. Dengan diadakannya pelatihan ini diharapkan peserta dapat memiliki pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mengenai perencanaan strategi pemasaran produk dengan membuat branding serta packaging produk yang menarik, sehingga produk kerajinan kain flannel yang telah dibuat dapat dikembangkan dan diterima dengan baik serta diminati konsumen. Kata Kunci :Branding, Packaging, Kewirausahaan ABSTRACTThe dedication that was carried out was training on the manufacture of Branding and Product Packaging. This training activity is a follow-up to the entrepreneurship training of making handicrafts from flannel which had previously been carried out for children at the Muhammadiyah Budi Utomo Orphanage, Metro City. The activity consists of two meetings, namely providing training with theoretical and practical stages. In this service activity there are several stages including the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the reporting stage. By holding this training, it is hoped that participants will have knowledge and skills regarding planning product marketing strategies by making attractive branding and product packaging, so that the flannel craft products that have been made can be developed and are well accepted and are of interest to consumers. Kata Kunci :Branding, Packaging,Entrepreneurship
