Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberdayaan Komunitas Batik Rifaiyah Desa Kalipucang Wetan melalui integrasi nilai budaya Islami dalam motif batik “Pelo Ati” sebagai inovasi seni Nusantara yang berdaya sosial dan ekonomi. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan utama berupa belum optimalnya keberlanjutan seni batik Rifaiyah sebagai ruang ekspresi kreatif masyarakat, keterbatasan keterampilan inovasi produk, serta lemahnya aspek pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara partisipatif melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan keterampilan desain dan diversifikasi produk, penerapan teknologi dalam pembuatan kemasan dan promosi digital, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta evaluasi hasil. Kegiatan ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa lintas disiplin dari bidang Desain Komunikasi Visual, Psikologi, dan Teknik Industri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan komunitas dalam berinovasi produk, mengelola media sosial, serta merancang strategi pemasaran digital. Komunitas Batik Rifaiyah berhasil menciptakan sepuluh produk baru berbasis motif Islami dengan kemasan kreatif dan membangun platform digital sebagai media promosi. Dampak kegiatan terlihat dari meningkatnya partisipasi generasi muda serta terwujudnya kolaborasi antara akademisi, masyarakat, dan pemerintah daerah. Program ini didanai oleh Kemendiktisaintek melalui skema pendanaan Program Inovasi Seni dan Nusantara (PISN) Tahun Anggaran 2025. Rekomendasi kegiatan ke depan adalah pembentukan Creative Hub Rifaiyah dan perluasan jejaring pemasaran digital agar keberlanjutan ekonomi kreatif berbasis nilai Islami dapat terus berkembang.

Abstract

Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) causes individuals to focus excessively on physical flaws, thus reducing self-confidence and belief in their abilities. This low self-confidence can trigger career anxiety, as individuals feel their appearance is a barrier to competing and adapting in the workplace. However, since evidence on the relationship between BDD and career-related psychological outcomes among students remains fragmented, little is known about how body image concerns specifically influence students’ readiness and confidence in pursuing their future careers. This study aims to determine the effect of BDD on the level of career anxiety of students. The method used is quantitative correlation. The research sample was 310 randomly selected students. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression. The results showed a significant influence between BDD and career anxiety. The higher the level of BDD, the higher the career anxiety experienced by students. New findings from this study reveal that social media factors, social pressure, and family expectations can exacerbate the impact of BDD on students' career readiness. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of Guidance and Counseling services in addressing students' body image issues and career anxiety holistically and preventatively.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an individual's feelings expressed regarding various aspects of his/her work environment. Factors influencing it include evaluation of the work itself, career advancement opportunities, interactions with colleagues, quality of supervision, and overall perceived comfort level. This study uses a quantitative correlational approach. Data collection in this study uses a Work-life balance scale and a job satisfaction scale. The independent variable is work-life balance and the dependent variable is job satisfaction. The sample in this study amounted to 70 subjects. The sample of this study was taken using total sampling. The results of this study state that there is a relationship between Work-life balance and job satisfaction in employees at PT X. The direction between the two variables is positive, which means that the higher the work-life balance, the higher the job satisfaction in employees. Employees who experience Work-life balance will feel a balance between work and life, thus creating a feeling of satisfaction in workers. When individuals are able to balance the demands of work and personal life, they tend to feel more satisfied with their work as a whole.
