Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karayawan Pada PT. Prima Komponen Indonesia Divisi Warehouse Cabang Bsd . Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 72 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan software Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) for window Versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung 6,122 > ttabel 1,667 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai thitung 7,318 < ttabel 1,667 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan nilai Fhitung 46,172 > Ftabel 3,130 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan analisis regresi linear berganda Y = 15,093 + 0,542 (X1) + 0,910 (X2) dan memberikan koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 57,2%, sedangkan sisanya 42,8% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signifikan rekrutmen dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Indomarco Prismatama Area Surabaya, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.  Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 78 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan ketentuan skala likert. Seperti halnya pengujian, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Instrumen Data, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Kuantitatif, dan Pengujian Hipotesis. Berdasarkan perhitungan regresi linear sederhana pada variabel rekrutmen memiliki persamaan Y = 7,439 + 1,074X₁, pada variabel budaya organisasi memiliki persamaan Y = 4,713 + 0,506X₂. Adapun perhitungan regresi berganda pada variabael rekrutmen (X₁) dan budaya organisasi (X₂) memiliki persamaan Y = 1,841 + 0,532X₁ + 0,336 X₂. Uji T Rekrutmen memperoleh nilai T hitung > T tabel  (10,537 > 1,992) dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 < 0,05 H₀ ditolak dan H₁ diterima yang artinya rekrutmen berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji T budaya organisasi memperoleh nilai T hitung > T tabel   (12,321 > 1,992) dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 < 0,05 H₀ ditolak dan H₂ diterima yang artinya budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji F memperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel   (105,184 > 3,120) dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001 < 0,05 H₀ ditolak dan H₃ diterima yang artinya rekrutmen dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 73,7% sedangkan sisanya 26,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of human resource (HR) development, compensation and motivation on teacher performance at SMKI Nurul Hayat Depok, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative associative method with a population of 42 teachers and a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis includes instrument testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, as well as hypothesis testing via the t test and F test. The results of the analysis show that partially, human resource development (X1) has no significant effect on teacher performance, with tcount=2.023 0.05p>0.05 ), so that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and career development on the performance of PT ISS Indonesia employees in the Gelora Bung Karno area partially and simultaneously. The method used was quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 327 respondents. The sampling technique used the Slovin Formula and obtained 77 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that training has a significant positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.242> 1.992) and strengthened by a significance of 0.000 <0.05, the regression equation obtained Y = 14.852 + 0.515X1, correlation coefficient 0.641 with a strong relationship level and a determination coefficient value of 41.2%. Career development has a significant positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (7.405 > 1.992) and strengthened by a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, the regression equation obtained Y = 18.500 + 0.524X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.650 with a strong relationship level and a determination coefficient value of 42.2%. Training and career development simultaneously have a significant positive effect on employee performance as evidenced by the hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > F table or (43.401 > 2.730) and reinforced with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 with the regression equation Y = 10.422 + 0.328X1 + 0.344X2, correlation coefficient 0.735 with a strong relationship level and a determination coefficient value of 54.0% while the remaining 46.0% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Decision analysis is an important process in making effective and efficient decisions in various contexts, both in personal life and in the world of business and organizations. In decision analysis, several aspects that need to be considered include identifying problems or opportunities, collecting relevant data, situation modeling, risk assessment, determining alternatives, and selecting and implementing decisions. POM-QM for Windows is a program used to solve quantitative management problems in the operations and production domains. With POM QM for Windows training, participants are able to solve complex Decision Analysis problems quickly and precisely.

Abstract

The current development of technology has made business competition even tighter where many new businesses have emerged to meet customer needs. Where based on the results of the Digital Creative Industry Society report, the number of technology startups in Indonesia is around 992 start-ups in Indonesia. One of the supports for the success of a startup is funding support, to get funding, startup owners must be able to convey their business ideas so that they are easy to understand and accept by investors. One of the tools used to visualize business ideas is the Business Model Canvas. Business Model Canvas training for UNSERA Industrial Engineering students is expected to be additional knowledge for students when developing business ideas through the Business Model Canvas approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Motivation and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Anugrah Jaya Diamonds both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with a total of 53 respondents. From the results of the data analysis carried out, it is known that: 1) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of 2.783; 2) Compensation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value of 4.994 and 3) Motivation and Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated f value of 16.023.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Bogor baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan sampel berjumlah 36 responden. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, Motivasi Kerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y=7,464 + 0,808X1, koefesien determinasi sebesar 7,25% dan 27,5% faktor lain. Koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,851 hubungan sangat kuat. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai (Thitung 9,460 > Ttabel 2,03224) dengan demikian maka H01 Ditolak dan Ha1 Diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan Motivasi Kerja (X1) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Disnaker Kota Bogor. Kompetensi Kerja (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y= -0,345 + 0,992X2, koefesien determinasi sebesar 90% dan 10% faktor lain. Koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,949 hubungan sangat kuat. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai ( Thitung 17,482 > Ttabel 2,03224 ) dengan demikian maka H02 Ditolak dan Ha2 Diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan Kompetensi Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) pada Disnaker Kota Bogor. Motivasi (X1) dan Kompetensi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Y) dengan persamaan regresi Y = -0,357 + 0,057X1 + 0,937X2, Koefesien determinasi sebesar 90,1% dan 9,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Koefesien Korelasi sebesar 0,949 hubungan sangat kuat. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai (Fhitung 149,609 > Ftabel 2,890) dengan demikian maka H03 Ditolak dan Ha3 Diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan Motivasi dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Disnaker Kota Bogor.

Abstract

The mineral water business is a very interesting business, this is because the growth potential is projected to continue to increase every year, so it is not surprising that many companies are involved in the (AMDK) business, including CV. Tirta Sasmita which produces Tirta Sasmita Drinking Water. The large number of manufacturers in the AMDK business makes competition in the AMDK business increasingly tough, so it is important for companies to have a strategy to face business competition. One method that can be used to create a business development strategy is through SWOT Analysis and Value Proposition Canvas. From the results of the research carried out, it is known that the strategy is a Growth Strategy with activities that can be carried out including: 1) Carry out Market Penetration through optimizing Product Branding; 2) Penetrating the market through the "Water Refill Station" marketing scheme and 3) Carry out product development through product innovation in bottle packaging designs and product logos and change the design of the cardboard boxes used so they can be reused. Through the Value Proposition Canvas, the strategies developed show the advantages and benefits received by consumers from the strategies implemented through Pain Reliver and Gain Creator

Abstract

PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia Cab Ruko Bidex BSD is part of PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife Indonesia (Manulife Indonesia). The purpose of this study is to determine the indirect effect of Motivation as a moderating variable in strengthening or weakening Workload on Employee Performance using Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of the analysis, it is known that 1) Workload has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a calculated t value (4.264) > t table (2.006). Where workload has an effect of 26.4% on employee performance and 2) Motivation has a significant effect where Motivation Strengthens the Effect of Workload on Employee Performance with a calculated F value (16.488) > from F Table (3.179). Where workload and motivation have an effect of 49.2%
