Abstract

This study aims to identify the types of problems that arise in households founded through early marriage and to analyze the factors causing divorce in these marriages from the perspective of the Maros Class 1B Religious Court. This study used a qualitative approach with field research methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that early marriage tends to lead to various household problems, such as emotional instability, economic unpreparedness, a lack of understanding of the rights and obligations of husband and wife, and a high potential for conflict and domestic violence. The main factors causing divorce in early marriages include economic factors, lack of education, cultural pressure, premarital pregnancy, and mental and emotional unpreparedness. This study concludes that early marriage has a significant impact on household harmony and has a high potential to lead to divorce. Therefore, thorough understanding and preparation before marriage are necessary, as well as the active involvement of various parties, including families and legal institutions, in preventing the practice of early marriage.

Abstract

Indonesia, as the world's largest Muslim-majority country, requires the development of an economic system that aligns with the principles of Islamic Sharia, one of which is through the concept of Sharia populist economy. This concept balances Sharia principles with the spirit of populism to achieve social justice and community welfare. The purpose of this research is to explore a deep understanding of the Sharia populist economy concept and how it can be integrated with principles of dignified justice. It also aims to analyze practical steps and strategies for implementing the Sharia populist economy concept in the Indonesian context, considering principles of dignified justice. This research employs normative legal research methods with a conceptual approach, using primary and secondary legal sources, data collection techniques through literature studies, and qualitative data analysis. The research findings reveal that the concept of Sharia populist economy is understood from the perspective of the theory of dignified justice as an effort to create an economic system that is fair, balanced, and prioritizes the welfare of all societal layers. This is achieved by integrating Islamic Sharia principles with the spirit of populism, involving active community participation in productive economic activities. This concept aims to create comprehensive justice, covering economic, spiritual, social, and environmental dimensions, ensuring that the entire society has equal opportunities to achieve well-being and dignity. Its implementation in Indonesia can be realized through a comprehensive approach, such as formulating supportive policies and regulations, developing adequate infrastructure, enhancing human resource capacities, encouraging active stakeholder participation, and the government's role in creating a conducive environment while maintaining principles of justice, balance, and welfare for all societal layers in line with the spirit of populism

Annisa Ashlihatul Akbar. PAI Teachers' Strategies in Increasing Students' Learning Motivation at SDN 59 Bonto Tengnga, Camba District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi(supervised by Dr. H. Andi Bunyamin, M.Pd and Dr. H. M. Hasibuddin Mahmud, SS., MA). The learning of Islamic Religious Education cannot be separated from the motivation in learning it. An educator is expected to have as many learning strategies as possible that can inspire students to learn fun and to achieve the desired educational goals. Educators must be good at choosing and using the strategies to be used.   An educator must be able to provide the best possible motivation to learn to students. This study aims to: Analyzing strategies in increasing students' learning motivation at SDN 59 Bonto Tengnga Camba District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. The research method used is a descriptive Qualitative Method with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data analysis is in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the PAI teachers' strategies in increasing the learning motivation of students at SDN 59 Bonto Tengnga use expository and contextual learning strategies. Expository strategies are used selectively to provide a clear basic understanding while contextual strategies relate PAI material to students' daily lives. In addition, PAI teachers also implement ice breaking, awarding, and classroom management that support the creation of a conducive learning atmosphere. The effectiveness of the learning strategy can be seen from the fulfillment of learning motivation indicators, namely the desire and desire to succeed, interesting learning activities, a conducive learning environment, and the existence of rewards in learning and supported by an improvement in learning outcomes. Although there are still several obstacles such as limited time, facilities, and differences in student characteristics, in general, the learning strategies implemented by PAI teachers at SDN 59 Bonto Tengnga are considered effective in increasing students' motivation to learn.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tradisi Hesofui Kawi sebagai salah satu bentuk mandi pengantin yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Buton, khususnya di Desa Wandoka, Kecamatan Wangi-Wangi, Kabupaten Wakatobi. Tradisi ini merupakan rangkaian prosesi penyucian diri sebelum akad nikah yang diyakini mengandung nilai penghormatan, kesiapan batin, serta permohonan keberkahan bagi calon mempelai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pelaksanaan tradisi Hesofui Kawi serta menelaahnya dari perspektif syariat Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri dari tokoh adat, tokoh agama, keluarga calon pengantin, serta pelaku budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Hesofui Kawi memiliki makna simbolik seperti pembersihan diri secara lahir dan batin, mempererat hubungan kekerabatan, serta mempersiapkan calon pengantin memasuki kehidupan rumah tangga. Dari perspektif syariat Islam, tradisi ini termasuk dalam kategori ‘urf yang dapat diterima (al-‘urf al-ṣaḥīḥ) selama tidak diyakini sebagai syarat sahnya perkawinan dan tidak disertai unsur keyakinan syirik maupun ritual yang bertentangan dengan aqidah. Dengan demikian, prosesi mandi pengantin ini tetap dapat dilestarikan sebagai identitas adat daerah sepanjang berada dalam batasan norma Islam.
