Abstract

Since the government launched a policy on simplifying the level of bureaucracy and government administration in the next five years that focuses on human resource development, the Ministry of PAN RB has developed an achievement strategy, namely, transfering administrative/structural positions of echelon III and echelon IV into functional positions. This transfer of positions has caused anxiety and feeling of uncertainy among officials whose current positions will be transferred. In its implementation, problems arise such as the readiness of administrative employees who are transferred into functional positions, their division of work, and their performance appraisal. This study aims to assess the implementation of the policy of transfering administrative positions to functional positions at the State University of Surabaya. This research is a qualitative research, using data collection methods with interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of transfer at the State University of Surabaya has been carried out properly according to the regulation, but there are still cases of mismatch between educational background and the functional positions and cases of mismatch between functional positions with the placement within the working units which cause a lack of positive impact on their work records and a decrease in financial support.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difficulties experienced by junior high school students in solving mathematical problems, especially related to solving arithmetic and geometry problems. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects consisted of 50 grade VIII students at a junior high school in Delitua. Data was collected through problem-solving tests and in-depth interviews. The results of the study show that the main difficulties of students in solving mathematical problems are understanding basic concepts, choosing problem-solving strategies, and misinterpreting problems. This difficulty is generally caused by a lack of understanding of basic mathematical concepts and the limited ability of students to analyze problems systematically. This study suggests that teachers use more varied teaching methods, such as problem-based learning and the use of visual media, to help students overcome these difficulties.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 yang telah usai menyebabkan adanya penurunan antusias atau semangat belajar peserta didik. Pada tahun 2022 pemerintah meluncurkan sebuah kurikulum baru yang dinamakan Kurikulum Merdeka. Pada kurikulum tersebut terdapat adanya pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada gaya belajar peserta didik atau dikenal dengan nama pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang berfokus pada implementasi pendekataan kooperatif tipe numbered head together dan kolaboratif berbasis pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan antusias atau semangat belajar siswa pada pelaksanaan pembelajaraan kooperatif yang dilakukan bersamaan dengan pembelajaraan berdiferensiasi. Peserta didik dibagi kedalm 3 kelompok sesuai gaya belajar mereka yaitu visual, kinestetik, serta membaca dan menulis. Kelompok peserta didik dengan gaya belajar visual diberikan tugas melalui media gambar-gambar. Kelompok peserta didik dengan gaya kinestetik diberikan tugas melalui kegiatan mengamati interaksi sosial secara langsung dilingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan Kelompok peserta didik dengan gaya belajar membaca dan menulis diberi tugas melalui media buku (teks bacaan) yang kemudian mereka diarahkan untuk menulis ulang dengan tulisan yang ringkas dan Bahasa mereka masing-masing. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya keserasian dan saling menguatkan antara pendekatan kooperatif tipe numbered head together dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka kususnya pada mata pelajaran IPAS yang telah dilakukan di SD Negeri 6 Bandar Jaya.

Abstract

Salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi pola pembelajaran teacher centered dan memaksimalkan sarana teknologi yang ada adalah guru tidak hanya mengandalkan buku pegangan dalam mengajar, tetapi dapat melengkapi dengan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan : 1) untuk menganalisis kevalidan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis powtoon melalui model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis., 2) untuk menganalisis kepraktisan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis powtoon melalui model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis, 3) untuk menganalisis keefektifan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis powtoon melalui model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D). Desain model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi, soal essay dan kuesioner.  Hasil penelitian dan kesimpulan bahwa : 1) Kevalidan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis powtoon melalui model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis dilihat penilaian ahli media terhadap video draft I  dan video draft II dimana dinilai oleh BM bahwa aspek kualitas materi memiliki skor 87 dengan persentase 90.62% (sangat layak). Dan skor dari penilai DAL dengan skor 76 dengan persentase 90.47% (sangat layak). 2) Kepraktisan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis powtoon melalui model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis dilihat erdasarkan hasil uji coba lapangan bahwa perolehan skor adalah 2810, dan persentase 80,28% artinya produk dalam kategori sangat layak. Produk penelitian ini dapat diterapkan pada siswa untuk melihat kemampuan kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. 3) Keefektifan pengembangan multimedia interaktif berbasis powtoon melalui model problem based learning untuk meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis dilihat berdasarkan data pre test dan post test, maka kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa dalam kategori efek yang sedang karena siswa yang memperoleh efek sedang sebanyak 19 orang, siswa yang memperoleh efek besar sebanyak 5 orang dan siswa yang memperoleh efek kecil adalah 6 orang.

Abstract

The Merdeka Belajar curriculum is a curriculum that is tasked with complementing and simplifying the 2013 curriculum. However, in practice, various problems arise that are very theoretical to applicative. This can be seen from how the philosophical basis that develops in this curriculum is very thick with an understanding of western epistemology which in practice emphasizes the essence of forward-looking education without looking at the roots of existing educational traditions. From the above, this research will examine how the need for an effort to deconstruct the current Merdeka Belajar policy. Then, this research also examines how the results of the deconstruction are used as a basis for carrying out a reconstruction of the philosophy of the principles of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum policy through a review based on the prophetic social science epistemology built by Kuntowijoyo. The research methodology will be through a qualitative research approach and literature study, as well as the use of Derrida's deconstruction theory. The results of this study show that in building a national education policy that is humanist, liberative, transcendent in its application, an education policy principle is needed that also looks at the world in a theoantrposcentric perspective between divinity and humanity in all aspects of life. The contribution of this research is the researcher's effort to try to propose a hypothesis in the formation of the prophetic philosophical principles of the new Merdeka Belajar policy based on prophetic social science thought.

Abstract

Contemporary Islamic education faces the challenge of addressing students’ psychological needs while preserving its moral and theological foundations amid the growing influence of Western humanistic psychology. This study critically examines the theoretical relationship between the humanistic psychology of Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow and Islamic education through a philosophical dialogue approach. Using qualitative library research, the study analyzes 54 reputable sources published between 2021 and 2025 and indexed in Scopus, Web of Science, and SINTA. The analysis employs thematic reduction and integrative synthesis to identify convergences, tensions, and mechanisms of conceptual reconstruction. The findings indicate that humanistic principles such as empathy, learner-centered learning, and intrinsic motivation possess strong pedagogical relevance but require a transcendental value framework to avoid normative limitations. Through critical reconstruction, self-actualization is reoriented toward the formation of the complete human being, while unconditional positive regard is reframed within the ethical principle of enjoining good and forbidding evil. The study concludes that the Islamic–humanistic framework functions as a pedagogical bridge between psychosocial well-being and spiritual objectives, with broader implications for SDG 4 and SDG 16.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) technology can be utilized in adapting Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Using a descriptive qualitative research approach and my own fieldwork, this study was conducted through a literature review and the search for valid data generated from my fieldwork. This involved reviewing various data sources such as scientific journals, books, articles, and documents, as well as direct visits to schools to gather valid data for my research. Other digital resources discussed topics related to artificial intelligence (AI) and Islamic Religious Education (PAI) were also used. The results show that artificial intelligence (AI) has the ability to improve the effectiveness of the learning process and encourage active student engagement through an intelligent and adaptive recommendation system. Thus, the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in PAI learning has great potential to create a more relevant and efficient learning experience for students and can also provide fun and enjoyable learning motivation for students. Furthermore, students become more active and deliver improved learning outcomes compared to before.
