Abstract

This study used a correlation method using test and measurement techniques on independent variables, namely leg power, and back flexibility, and bound variables, namely three-point shot throws. The population used was SMA Negeri 3 Kabupaten Ciamis The sample used amounted to 22 people who participated in extracurricular basketball. Based on the results of the regression line linearity test shows that the number obtained is greater than 0.05, it is proven for the independent variable arm power with a three-point shoot is 0.276 > 0.05, and for back muscle flexibility with a three-point shoot is 0.409 > 0.05. It can be said that the data is linear. Based on the data, the correlation test results show that in the sig column. F change yields the number 0.383. This means that if the value obtained is greater than 0.05 then there is no correlation or in other words unrelated. According to the results of the study, "There is no relationship between arm power and back muscle flexibility with a three-point shoot in students of SMA Negeri 3 Ciamis Regency.

Abstract

The research to be carried out has a goal by the formulation of the problem set, namely "To find out whether the outdoor education circuit games can have a significant influence on increasing the teamwork of Majenang karate athletes". In this study, the author used experimental research methods to determine the effect of circuit games on increasing teamwork in Majenang karate athletes. This study used a population of Majenang karate athletes with a population of 20 people in the age group of 14-16 years. The sample used by the age group of 14-16 years was selected which was suitable to be used as a research sample of 20 people. The results of the identification of problems show that Majenang Karate athletes tend to be individual and lack teamwork development. One of the factors that cause such individual characteristics is that the majority of match numbers that are followed are individual numbers. However, research shows that the use of circuit games in Majenang Regency Karate training has a significant effect on improving teamwork. This is proven by the increase in teamwork that occurs in a shorter time. Therefore, the use of circuit games has a positive impact on increasing teamwork and providing various benefits for Majenang Karate athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pec crawl exercise on increasing abdominal and core muscle endurance. The research method used is pre-experimental design. The research location is SMP Negeri 1 Bantarkalong, Tasikmalaya Regency. The sampling technique is total sampling. The test instrument used is core muscle strength and stability test. Based on data analysis using SPSS series 26, the results of this study indicate that, "Pec crawl exercise has a significant effect on increasing abdominal and core muscle endurance." This pec crawl exercise is an exercise that can be said to be new because the author has not found research on this new variance because this pec crawl exercise is a development of plank exercise. Conclusion: There is a significant effect of pec crawl exercise on increasing abdominal and core muscle endurance. Suggestion: It is hoped that sports practitioners, PJOK teachers and coaches will consider this research as one of the recommendations for the advancement of the field of sports and increase knowledge of physical education, especially in the development of abdominal and core muscle exercises.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh latihan pec crawl terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut dan core. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design. Lokasi penelitian di SMP Negeri 1 Bantarkalong Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling. Instrument test yang digunakan adalah core muscle strength and stability test. Berdasarkan analisis data menggunakan SPSS serie 26, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, “Latihan pec crawl berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut dan core.” Latihan pec crawl ini merupakan latihan yang apat ikatakan baru karena penulis belum menemukan penelitian tentang varians baru ini karena latihan pec crawl ini merupakan pengembangan dari latihan plank.” Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan pec crawl terhadap peningkatan daya tahan otot perut dan core. Saran: Diharapkan bagi praktisi olahraga, guru PJOK serta pelatih untuk mempertimbangkan penelitian ini dijadikan salah satu rekomendasi demi kemajuan bidang olahraga serta menambah wawasan pengetahuan pendidikan jasmani terutama pada pengembangan latihan otot perut dan core.

Abstract

Pendakian gunung memerlukan energi tinggi dan perencanaan kalori yang tepat untuk menjaga performa pendaki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kebutuhan kalori pada sistem pendakian cepat (Indonesia System) berdasarkan berat badan, tinggi badan, durasi aktivitas, dan elevasi gunung. Pendakian cepat menuntut stamina, kekuatan, dan kecepatan, sehingga keseimbangan kalori masuk dan keluar menjadi faktor penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan total sampling pada tujuh pendaki. Studi observasional dilakukan dengan pengukuran intensitas aktivitas menggunakan accelerometer ActiGraph dan perhitungan konsumsi energi melalui kalkulator kalori. Lokasi penelitian mencakup gunung dengan elevasi di atas 3000 mdpl di Jawa Barat dan Jawa Tengah. Analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa elevasi gunung berpengaruh positif terhadap kebutuhan kalori. Uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa semakin tinggi elevasi, semakin besar kebutuhan kalori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa manajemen kalori yang optimal, pendaki dapat meningkatkan performa fisik, mengurangi risiko kelelahan, dan meningkatkan keselamatan selama pendakian cepat.
