Abstract

Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Dharma Siaga (Kospin Dharma Siaga) adalah koperasi yang melayani masyarakat dalam bidang jasa simpan, pinjam, dan usaha lainnya. Dari sekian banyak produk yang ditawarkan, kredit merupakan sumber pertama penghasilan sekaligus sumber resiko operasi bisnis terbesar, karena sebagian besar dana operasional koperasi diputar dalam bentuk kredit.Kredit berasal dari bahasa romawi, yaitu “credere”, yang berarti kepercayaan. Kredit merupakan perjanjian pinjam meminjam uang antara kreditur dan debitur dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan adanya pengembalian uang disertai dengan bunga pinjaman. Koperasi ini mempunyai beberapa cara untuk menentukan variabel nasabah yang bisa dipakai untuk menganalisa dapat tidaknya seorang nasabah diberikan pinjaman seperti karakter, pekerjaan, jenis jaminan, status kredit, jenis kelamin, tujuan pinjaman, usia, biaya pengeluaran, plapond, bunga, jangka waktu pinjaman. Data–data ini selanjutnyaakan dipakai sebagai pertimbangan pengajuan kredit.  Selama ini proses pengajuan kredit nasabah masih dilakukan secara manual, dengan nasabah datang langsung ke kantor, dan menanyakan informasi pengkreditan pada pegawai dari Kospin Dharma siaga. Hal ini tentu akan menghabiskan waktudan tenaga bagi para nasabah dan pegawai kariawan. Di karenakan kurangnya informasi dari Kospin Dharma siaga tentang layanan pengkreditan sehingga dalam pemasaran pengkreditan dari Kospin Dharma siaga  megalami hambatan maka penulis membantu mencarikan solusi untuk pegawai dan nasabah dalam proses pengajuan kredit agar menghemat waktu dan tenaga dari kedua belah pihak. Dibuatlah suatu sistem informasi pengajuan kreditan berbasis web untuk membantu kemudahan dalam mencari informasi dan pengajuan kredit. Manfaat teknologi sistem informasi ini di buat bertujuan agar bisa membantu memudahkan pekerjaan manusia dalam hal ini pegawai Koperasi Dharma Siaga dan nasabah Koperasi Dharma Siaga dalam membantu informasi pengkreditan. Kata Kunci : Pengajuan Kredit, Sistem Informasi, Web

Abstract

Disaster evacuation management in the Faculty of Education building, State University of Medan is very crucial because it involves high risks for its occupants. As a place for learning activities and large events, safety and smooth evacuation during disasters such as fires or earthquakes must be prioritized. This study aims to describe an efficient evacuation route in the Faculty of Education building, State University of Medan. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and field surveys to obtain an overview of the condition of the Faculty of Education (FIP) building and its surroundings. The results of the study indicate that the Faculty of Education building, State University of Medan does not fully meet the evacuation route standards stipulated in the applicable disaster regulations. The evacuation route includes stairs, exits, and alternative routes that must be usable in various disaster scenarios. This study also found several areas in the building that needed improvement related to evacuation safety and accessibility. These findings can be the basis for improving and enhancing the disaster plan in the Faculty of Education Building as well as a guide for related parties to optimize evacuation routes, increase awareness of disasters, and strengthen the capacity to respond to natural and non-natural disasters in the university environment. Keywords: evacuation;croute; disaster; earthquake

Abstract

Hutan mangrove di Indonesia memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan ekosistem pesisir, namun menghadapi ancaman serius akibat aktivitas manusia yang tidak berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kerusakan hutan mangrove di Pantai Mangrove Paluh Merbau, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, serta faktor-faktor yang menyebabkannya. Metode penelitian meliputi observasi lapangan, wawancara dengan masyarakat setempat, dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kerusakan mangrove disebabkan oleh sampah di sekitar mangrove, kurangnya perawatan dari pemerintah dan pengelola, abrasi pantai, dan konversi lahan menjadi tambak. Faktor-faktor tersebut dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya menjaga ekosistem mangrove. Untuk melindungi keberlangsungan hutan mangrove di Paluh Merbau, diperlukan tindakan konservasi yang lebih serius dan partisipasi aktif dari semua pihak. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjaga ekosistem mangrove dan menekankan perlunya implementasi kebijakan yang efektif untuk mengatasi ancaman yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Bagasse has not been utilized optimally because it has low nutrient content, it was necessary to add feed ingredients such as indigofera which has high nutrition and molasses was needed for further processing utilizing anaerobic fermentation or silage. This study aims to determine the nutritional quality of complete ration silage based on bagasse, indigofera and molasses with different compositions. Silage was carried out at the Laboratory of Nutrition and Feed Technology, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Sciences, State Islamic University of Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau. The proximate test was carried out at the Laboratory of the Center for Biological Resources and Biotechnology Research, Agricultural University of Bogor. This study used a completely randomized design with a factorial pattern consisting of 2 factors, each treatment unit was repeated 3 times. Factor A was the level of bagasse + indigofera, namely A1 = 100% bagasse + 0% indigofera; A2 = 50% bagasse + 50% indigofera; A3 = 75% bagasse + 25% indigofera and factor B was the level of molasses, namely B0 = 5% molasses and B1 = 10% molasses. The variables measured were crude fat, ash content and BETN. The data obtained were analyzed based on analysis of variance by using Duncan's test at 5% and 1%. The results of this study indicated that there was an interaction between factor A and factor B (P<0.01) on crude fat content, ash content, and BETN. Factor A had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on the crude fat content, ash content, and BETN. Factor B had a very significant effect (P<0.01) on crude fat and BETN, but did not affect the ash content. It was concluded that treatment A2, namely the composition of bagasse 50% + 50% indigofera and treatment B0, namely molasses 5%, obtained the best results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas air dan faktor penyebab pencemaran Sungai Denai di Kelurahan Binjai, Kota Medan. Sungai merupakan elemen vital dalam kehidupan perkotaan, terutama untuk kegiatan ekonomi, perdagangan, dan transportasi. Namun, aktivitas manusia seperti pembangunan permukiman dan pembuangan limbah domestik serta industri telah menyebabkan pencemaran yang signifikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, dokumentasi, dan wawancara dengan masyarakat setempat untuk mendapatkan data empiris mengenai kondisi sungai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa air Sungai Denai tercemar oleh limbah rumah tangga dan industri, yang ditandai dengan bau tidak sedap dan warna kecoklatan. Faktor utama pencemaran adalah pembuangan limbah tanpa pengolahan yang memadai. Meskipun ada upaya dari masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menjaga kebersihan sungai melalui penanaman pohon dan perawatan rutin, pencemaran tetap terjadi akibat kurangnya kesadaran dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan limbah yang efektif dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menjaga kualitas air sungai. Dampak pencemaran tidak hanya merusak ekosistem sungai tetapi juga mengancam kesehatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan tindakan berkelanjutan dan kolaboratif antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan berbagai pemangku kepentingan untuk mengatasi masalah pencemaran sungai ini.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world that has great potential to develop halal tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of halal tourism in Sabang City based on the potential, cultural and religious influence in Sabang City, the suitability and availability of tourist facilities in meeting the needs of Muslim tourists, as well as the promotion and marketing system of halal tourism in Sabang City in the domestic and international markets. The research method used in this study is qualitative research using descriptive analysis. The results of the study show that Sabang City has the potential for natural, nautical, religious, heritage, culinary, tourist villages, and artificial tourism for the development of halal tourism that respects Islamic values. Aceh's culture, which is thick with Islamic religious values, affects the development of halal tourism in Sabang City by ensuring that all aspects of tourism are in accordance with Islamic law including dress rules on the beach, halal food, and the availability of places of worship in tourist destinations. The existence of facilities that suit the needs of Muslim tourists, such as tourist attractions, halal-certified inns and restaurants, Islamic banking services, worship facilities and transportation facilities that comply with sharia principles further strengthens the attractiveness of Sabang City as a halal tourist destination. Promotional activities carried out by tour managers increase the acceptance, purchase, and loyalty of tourism products through international promotions such as Sail Sabang and Sabang Marine Festival, as well as domestic promotions with government support, social media marketing, and cooperation with travel.
