Abstract

In accordance with the Malang Regency Regional Development Plan, Wagir District is one of the Livestock Centre’s in Malang Regency because of its higher population of goats and sheep. However, the lack of goat and sheep farming knowledge as well as lack numbers of superior quality and quantity of lambs become main problems for realizing that plan. Therefore, a four-helix joint program was conducted through the collaboration of farmer communities, universities, industries, and local government to solve those problems. The community empowerment was aimed to improve the goat and sheep husbandry knowledges and farming skills as well as to train farmers in applying the artificial insemination technology with nanomaterial-assisted semen sexing to improve the availability of superior lambs of goats and sheep and sustaining the quantity and quality of goats and sheep in Wagir District of Malang Regency. The approach of participatory action and learning system was conducted through the community empowerment program, including valuable activities, namely focus group discussion, training, and direct practice, mentoring and field monitoring in 12 villages. The results of this program showed that the farmer awareness, knowledge, and skills on practicing good farming of goat and sheep as well as the application of the artificial insemination technology with nanomaterial-assisted semen sexing increased significantly from 20% to 90%. The social and economic impacts of the application of artificial insemination technology of nanomaterial-assisted sexing semen are the significant increase of goats and sheep farming productivity and the strengthening of livestock business management.

Abstract

Food security starts from availability on a small scale, namely households. Utilizing the function of the yard as a medium used by the community to grow their daily needs of vegetables. Urban farming as a strategic concept in meeting household needs and food security for village communities. Urban farming is an implementation of the Community Empowerment Assistant Lecturer Program of the Faculty of Engineering of Palangka Raya University in partnership with the Religious Women of RW 02/RW 03, Pahandut Seberang Subdistrict. Urban farming is located in a residential area on the banks of the Pahandut Seberang River, Pahandut District, Palangka Raya City. The service aims to stimulate riverside communities to use the area in their yards to grow vegetables as a pilot project carried out in the courtyard of the Daruth Tayyibah Mosque. The method uses qualitative methods from the results of interviews with residents' needs and consultations with residents. The result of the service was the implementation of urban farming in the courtyard of the Daruth Tayyibah Mosque, Pahandut Seberang Subdistrict, from the initial stage, discussion activities were carried out with the Head of RT.03/RW. 02 and the community, conducting outreach to the women of Koran regarding the introduction of hydroponics through, and it is hoped that the results of the urban farming pilot project can be used by women in their home gardens to grow vegetables for daily needs, and in the long term as a business opportunity for riverside communities.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a metaverse-based Virtual Reality Counseling (VRC) medium to support psychological services for students with special needs. The research method used is the research and development method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results show that the metaverse-based VRC medium has met the media acceptability aspects, making it feasible for effective implementation. Additionally, experimental results indicate a decrease in the levels of mental health disorders experienced by the counselees after undergoing individual counseling assisted by the metaverse-based VRC medium. The impact of this study suggests that the metaverse-based VRC medium is effective as a supporting medium in providing psychological services to students with special needs. The novelty of this research lies in the application of metaverse technology, which provides a more immersive and interactive counseling experience while addressing various limitations of conventional counseling services. The integration of the metaverse in counseling services offers time and place flexibility and allows for the creation of scenarios and simulations that can help students more effectively address their issues. Thus, this research paves the way for the development of more inclusive and adaptive psychological services tailored to the special needs of students.

Abstract

This community service program aims at enhancing the counseling skills of vocational school guidance and counseling teachers (MGBK) in Malang through the implementation of Virtual Reality (VR) technology based on the metaverse. Initial survey results indicated that most BK teachers faced difficulties in utilizing digital technology, especially VR, and continued to manage counseling services using conventional methods. These challenges affected the effectiveness of service documentation and the comfort of the counseling environment. The program was carried out in four main stages: socialization, training, mentoring, and evaluation. This approach allowed counseling sessions to be conducted online in a flexible way. BK teachers were trained to use konse-link.com as a platform for managing counseling services, including appointment scheduling, documentation, and conducting sessions within a virtual environment. Evaluation results showed significant improvement on teachers’ understanding and skills in using VR and LMS platforms, along with an increase in the frequency of services provided. Student responses were also positive; they reported feeling more comfortable, open, and supported in expressing their concerns through virtual counseling approaches. This program is expected to serve as a sustainable solution for improving the quality of guidance and counseling services in vocational schools, in line with technological developments in education.

Abstract

The aim of education is not only to educate students intellectually, but affective and psychomotor values cannot also be ignored, therefore a culture of behavior management is very necessary to form a quality educational identity. This research also proposes a strategic framework that includes the stages of identifying core values, developing supporting policies, developing communication strategies, as well as ongoing implementation and monitoring. The results of this research provide insight into how a culture of sustainable behavior management can shape the identity of quality education. The practical implication is to provide guidance for educational institutions to develop a culture of sustainable behavior management in order to achieve optimal educational quality. This research also underscores the importance of collaboration between stakeholders to create a supportive and sustainable educational environment

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has sparked extensive discourse on machine consciousness, typically framed within neurocognitive and representational paradigms. However, such approaches often neglect the ontological and spiritual dimensions of consciousness. This study aims to reassess the concept of machine consciousness through the lens of Sufi epistemology, focusing on ma‘rifah as the core of human spiritual awareness. Employing a Systematic Literature Review(SLR) based on the PRISMA framework, 35 articles published between 2013 and 2025 were thematically analyzed using the Watase application. The findings reveal a predominance of reductionist perspectives that equate consciousness with algorithmicprocesses, while disregarding metaphysical aspects and transcendental values. From the Sufi perspective, consciousness is viewed as an emanation of the soul (ruh), not merely a product of cognition. Sufi ethical values such as tawakkul, ikhlas, and ihsan are proposed as an alternative ethical framework in AI development to ensure alignment with human dignity and spirituality. This study concludes that AI may simulate consciousness but cannot possess true conscious existence. It recommends the integration of Sufi values into a value-aligned AI framework as a pathway toward a dignified and transcendental digital civilization.

Abstract

SMK PGRI Turen adalah sekolah menengah kejuruan yang memiliki tiga ruangan menggunakan jaringan kabel untuk akses layanan internet sebagai penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun administrasi sekolah yang membutuhkan sinkronisasi data dengan sistem pendidikan pusat. Dalam rangka mendukung kegiatan tersebut maka dibutuhkan kualitas jaringan yang stabil sehingga diperlukan pengukuran dan analisa Quality of service (QOS) agar mendapatkan kualitas layanan jaringan yang lebih efektif. Pengujian QOS menggunakan mininet dan ryu controller menghasilkan nilai yang berbeda antara sebelum manajemen dan sesudah manajemen. Perbedaan nilai bisa disebabkan oleh kurangnya manajemen bandwidth. Jika dilakukan manajemen sesuai dengan pembagian prioritas, maka hasilnya lebih baik dan lebih efektif berdasarkan standarisasi TIPHON. Abstract

Saat ini pertanian menjadi sebuah unsur penting dalam menyokong ketahanan pangan. Berdasarkan data dari BPS Jawa Timur menunjukan bahwa jumlah produksi padi mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan dari tahun ke tahun. Berapa penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya diantaranya metode Simple Regresi Linear memiliki MAPE diatas 10% dan metode Single Exponential Smoothing memiliki MAPE dibawah 10%. Metode prediksi yang digunakan untuk memprediksi data jumlah produksi padi yaitu Simple Regresi Linear dan Single Exponential Smoothing. Metode tersebut diuji akurasi error menggunakan MSE, MAD, dan MAPE. Lalu di implementasikan ke sistem aplikasi berbasis website. Implementasi metode Simple Regresi Linear dan Single Exponential Smoothing untuk memprediksi data produksi padi memiliki hasil yang sama dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Metode Simple Regresi Linear dan Single Exponential Smoothing juga bisa diimplementasikan untuk prediksi produksi padi menggunakan sistem yang berbasis Website dengan nilai yang sama dengan perhitungan manual. Kualitas prediksi yang diuji dengan data aktual pada periode 2021 menggunakan metode Simple Regresi Linear MSE 4704630020.41, MAD 48740.17, dan MAPE 20.95% untuk metode Single Exponential Smoothing alpha 0.8 MSE 551565962.11, MAD 14701.98, dan MAPE 6.45%. Berdasarkan hasil yang telah diperoleh tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa metode Single Exponential Smoothing bisa dikategorikan prediksi dengan hasil yang sangat baik karena nilai MAPE kurang dari 10%
