Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on the learning outcomes of students in economic education. The population of the study was all 60 students in grade XII of SMA Swasta Nurul Hasanah Tembung consisting of 2 parallel classes. The number of samples determined in this study was 60 students consisting of class XI-1 = 30 people and X-2 IPS = 30 people, which were taken in total (total sampling). The tools used to collect data in this study were Observation, Questionnaires. From the results obtained a correlation value of 0.256, while the correlation value in the correlation table (For N = 60 and significance level = 0.05) obtained a value of 0.250. While the magnitude of the correlation value of the calculation results (t) is 2.015 While the magnitude of the value (t) in the table is 1.67 for V = 60 and significant 95% (t = 0.95). Thus, the hypothesis that has been set can be accepted as true because the value of t(count) > t(table) or 2.015 > 1.67, meaning that the hypothesis that states "there is an influence of intrinsic motivation on the results of learning economics of class XI students of SMA Swasta Nurul Hasanah Tembung", can be accepted as true because the value of t(count) > t(table) or 2.015 > 1.67.

Abstract

Kegiatan inventarisasi yang dilaksanakan di kawasan Lapangan Merdeka Pematangsiantar bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang jumlah jenis tumbuhan Class Spermatophyta berhabitus pohon lalu dilanjutkan dengan mendeskripsikannya. Kegiatan inventarisasi merupakan salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan alam sebagai sumber belajar. Lingkungan alam sebagai sumber belajar dapat berfungsi dalam pengembangan laboratorium alam. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif eksploratif dan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil inventarisasi diperoleh 25 spesies dengan 16 famili meliputi Famili Fabaceae (Adenanthera pavonia, Pterocarpus indicus, Cassia fistula, Delonix regia, Tamarindus indica), Famili Altingiaceae (Altingia excelsa), Famili Moraceae (Artocarpus heterophyylus, Ficus virens), Famili Podocarpaceae (Dacrydium elatum, Dacridium imbricatum), Famili Sapindaceae dengan spesies Filicium decipiens, Nephelium lappaceum, Famili Clusiaceae dengan (Garcinia atroviridis, Garcinia mangostana), Famili Lamiaceae (Gmelina arborea), Famili Gnetaceae (Gnetum gnemon), Famili Meliaceae (Khaya senegalis, Sweetenia macrophylla), Famili Anacardiaceae (Mangifera indica), Famili Annonaceae (Polyalthia longifolia), Famili Bignoniaceae (Tabebuia aurea), Famili Verbenaceae (Tectona grandis), Famili Comberataceae (Terminalia catappa, Terminalia mantaly).

Abstract

Kegiatan ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk pengadaan Laboratorium Alam melalui pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sekolah sebagai sumber belajar melalui penchadraan vegetasi (tumbuhan). Dalam kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan bimbingan kepada para siswa di MAN 2 Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam untuk penggunaan aplikasi QR Code dalam mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis tumbuhan melalui penchandraan vegetasi di lingkungan sekolah tersebut. Hal ini dapat menjadi daya tarik bagi para siswa dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pemahamam pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) sehubungan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka. Lingkungan sekolah MAN 2 Lubuk Pakam, yang ditumbuhi berbagai spesies tumbuhan akan menjadi sumber belajar (learning)resources, sehingga dapat berfungsi menjadi laboratorium alam. Dari hasil penchandraan yang dilakukan diperoleh 99 (sembilan puluh sembilan) species dengan 45 (empat puluh lima) famili tumbuhan. Semua spesies tumbuhan tersebut dilengkapi dengan QR Code

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning motivation of 5thgrade students at SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS), specifically on the digestive system material. Low motivation hinders the learning process and students’ competency achievement. The purpose of this research is to improve students’ learning motivation through the implementation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model combined with a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach. This classroom action research (CAR) involved 25 fifthgrade students of SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia as subjects. Data were collected using observations, motivation questionnaires, and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The results show a significant increase in students’ motivation from the preaction phase to the second cycle. Initially, only 12% of students had very high motivation and 20% had high motivation; by the second cycle, very high motivation rose to 56% and high motivation to 44%, while students with low and very low motivation were completely eliminated. The implementation of PBL combined with CRT proved effective in creating a more active, creative, and meaningful learning environment that aligns with students’ cultural contexts. This study recommends the continuous use of this learning model to enhance educational quality at SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pelatihan pembuatan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk guru Madrasah Aliyah Darul Hikmah Taman Pendidikan Islam Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan berbentuk ceramah dengan sistem kelas, diskusi kelompok dan pembimbingan personal guru, untuk mendapatkan hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas setiap guru. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terbukti telah meningkatkan pemahaman guru sebagai mitra dalam membuat penelitian tindakan kelas. Rata-rata pretes guru sebelum dilaksanakan pelatihan sebesar 50,00. Setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan, guru kembali dites dan diperoleh rata-rata postes sebesar 76,67. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pemahaman guru rata-rata sebesar 59,05%. Kegiatan pelatihan ini efektif dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru dalam membuat penelitian tindakan kelas.

Abstract

Pendidikan Pancasila memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai-nilai kebangsaan siswa di Indonesia. Namun, tantangan dalam pengajaran materi ini sering kali terletak pada keberagaman gaya belajar dan latar belakang budaya siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan metode Cultyrally Responsive Teaching (CRT) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), dengan dua siklus yang melibatkan 25 siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar di setiap siklus, dengan analisis hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Pendidikan Pancasila. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 62,8 pada pra-tindakan menjadi 73,2 pada Siklus 1 dan 82,4 pada Siklus 2. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode CRT efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara bertahap. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan budaya dan gaya belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V SD Negeri 101766 Bandar Setia pada materi sistem pernapasan manusia melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada pra-tindakan, dengan hanya 12% siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan desain siklus, yang terdiri dari pra-tindakan, siklus 1, dan siklus 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam prestasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan PBL. Pada pra-tindakan, hanya 12% siswa yang tuntas, namun setelah siklus 1, persentase siswa tuntas meningkat menjadi 32%, dan pada siklus 2, seluruh siswa (100%) berhasil mencapai KKM dengan 36% di antaranya memperoleh nilai Sangat Baik. Penerapan PBL terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi dan hasil belajar secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini menyarankan penerapan model PBL untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas.

Abstract

IntroductionMicro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy, contributing significantly to national income and employment. Within this sector, Shariah-compliant MSMEs have emerged as strategic actors that integrate ethical, transparent, and socially responsible business principles aligned with Islamic law. However, limited empirical research has analyzed how Shariah implementation, access to Shariah-based financing, and managerial capacity collectively influence MSME performance, particularly at the city level in Medan.ObjectivesThis study aims to examine the effects of Shariah implementation, access to Shariah-compliant financing, and managerial capacity on MSME performance in Medan, Indonesia. It further investigates the mediating role of managerial capacity in translating Shariah compliance into business growth and employment generation, providing theoretical and practical insights into the development of Shariah-based MSMEs.MethodA mixed-methods sequential explanatory design was employed. The quantitative phase involved a survey of 389 Shariah-compliant MSMEs across key sectors in Medan, analyzed using multiple regression and bootstrap mediation tests. The qualitative phase comprised 20 semi-structured interviews to explore managerial experiences and ethical practices. Triangulation ensured reliability and validity of results, while thematic analysis supported contextual interpretation.ResultsThe findings indicate that Shariah implementation, access to Shariah financing, and managerial capacity each have significant positive effects on MSME revenue and employment growth. Managerial capacity partially mediates the relationship between Shariah implementation and business performance, underscoring its central role in operationalizing ethical values. Qualitative evidence reveals that ethical governance and financial literacy enhance innovation, resilience, and stakeholder trust among Shariah-compliant MSMEs.ImplicationsThe study demonstrates that integrating Shariah principles with managerial competence strengthens MSME sustainability and competitiveness. Policymakers and financial institutions should expand Shariah-compliant financial access, reinforce managerial training, and promote digital Islamic finance to foster inclusive, ethical entrepreneurship.Originality/NoveltyThis research offers empirical evidence linking Islamic ethical principles with measurable business performance, validating managerial capacity as a mediating mechanism. It contributes to Islamic economic literature by presenting a city-level model for sustainable, value-based MSME development that bridges faith, ethics, and economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of learning the Inquiry method on the learning outcomes of students in class X Ak. MEDAN STUDENT TAMAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL. The experimental class is taught by the inquiry method while the control class is taught by the conventional method.This study uses the type of instrument that is a test of students' accounting skills. Before the test is tested on students, the validity is calculated first. The validity test was also carried out by a Lecturer and one Accounting teacher. From the calculation results obtained that all tests are valid. From the test sheet validation tests by Lecturers and teachers of Accounting also stated that all tests were valid. Before testing the hypothesis, the normality test and homogeneity test were carried out using the SPSS program. Based on the results of the t-test between the average post-test values, it is obtained that the value of t count = 6.0211 at a significance level of = 0.05 and so that t count >t table . Thus, learning with the inquiry method is significantly better than learning with conventional methods. Based on the calculation of the average value of the experimental class and control class, the average value of the experimental class is higher than the control class, which is 76.84, while the average value of the control class is 74.21. By looking at the success of teaching using the inquiry method in improving student accounting learning outcomes, especially the balance sheet material

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of online learning on the economics learning outcomes of International Trade Class XI IPS MAS Students of the Univa Medan Project. The population of this study was 29 students of class XI and the sampling technique was saturated sampling which made the entire population the research sample. This study used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire for online learning variables while the learning outcomes variable in this study used student learning outcomes data obtained directly from the school. This study uses correlation testing to see the relationship between variables and also uses several tests such as data quality tests for instruments, classical assumption tests and also hypothesis testing to see the effect between variables. From the results of data processing, a significance value of 0.803 was obtained which was greater than 0.05. From this analysis, Ho is accepted, meaning that there are simultaneously independent variables, namely online learning, does not affect the dependent variable, namely learning outcomes.
