Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine simultaneously and partially the effect of price perceptions and customer value on buying interest in clothing at Distro Naruto Jati Pariaman City. The method used in this research is quantitative and the population in this study are consumers who shop at Distro Naruto Jati Pariaman City.  The sample used was 100 respondents.  The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis method used multiple linear regression, namely Y = 4.141 + 0.631X1 + 0.289X2 using SPSS Statistics 23. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that this research can provide material for consideration in determining price perception policies and customer value so as to increase buying interest.  Based on the results of this study, it shows that the price perception variable has an effect on consumer buying interest in Distro Naruto Jati Kota Pariaman. The customer value variable also affects consumer buying interest in Distro Naruto Jati Pariaman City. The results of the study simultaneously show that the variables of price perception and customer value have an effect on consumer buying interest in Distro Naruto Jati Pariaman City. And the results of the R Square coefficient of determination test (79.4%) the remaining (20.6%) is influenced by other variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the impact to consumers trust, purchase experience online, and ease of use on online purchase intention among housewife in nagari limau purut. This study conducted in nagari limau purut on agust 2020. Population of this study was housewife in nagari limau purut. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was convenience sampling. The data collection method was a questionmaire. The data were analysed by multiple linear regression techniqu and the result analysed by multiple linear regression technique y = 4,300 + 0,372 + 0,201 + 0,373. The result of the study showed that; (1) there was a positive effect consumers trust on online purchace intention; (2) there was a positive effect of purchace experience on online purchace intention; (3) there was a positive effect of ease of use online purchace intention; and (4) there was a positive effect of simultaneous consumers trust,   purchace  experience,   and   ease  of   use.   Consumers   trust,   purchace experience, and ease of use contributed 32,3% to online purchace intention, while the remaining (67,7%) is influenced by other variabels which are not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of leadership, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy. The method of this research was a quantitative survey method. We collected the data from a sample of the college of economic lecturers numbered 34 people using the research instrument of questionnaires. Analysis of the questionnaire used a 5-points Likert scale and a multiple linear regressions test. Research findings reported a significant influence on the leadership perception, job satisfaction, and self-efficacy of the lecturers' performing partially and simultaneously. This study contributed to head building participatory and communicative leadership in improving the planning, execution, and evaluation of learning to get the expected teaching competence. We suggest that higher education leaders always pay attention to the needs of their subordinates. Create a pleasant work atmosphere that can improve positive self-efficacy and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pertumbuahan ekonomi Indonesia oleh saat ini terus berkembang dan menunjukan angka perbaikan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan atau devisa negara. Salah satu sektor tersebut adalah pariwisata yang saat ini telah berkembang dan menjadi salah satu industri terbesar bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia, hal ini dapat dilihat dari perkembangan beberapa faktor, yaitu jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan jumlah tingkat akomodasi penginapan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan jumlah akomodasi penginapan secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi pada tahun 2011-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui website Badan Pusat Statistik kota Pariaman yaitu pariamankota.bps.go.id. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 tahun yang dimulai dari tahun 2011-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara parsial jumlah kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Pariaman . jumlah akomodasi penginapan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di kota Pariaman. Sedangkan secara simultan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dan jumlah akomodasi penginapan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Pariaman. Hasil regresi Linier berganda Y = 5,175 + 58,250 X1 – 1,198 X2 dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 44,5% yang artinya sebesar 44,5% variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen, sedangkan sisanya 55,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak di teliti dalam penelitian ini

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how self-efficacy and human resource empowerment influence employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency simultaneously and partially. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is a nonprobability sample with a saturated sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires with a sample size of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and coefficient of determination analysis. It can be seen that the regression equation formed is Y = 10.190 + 0.313X1 + 0.359 X2. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence between self-efficacy and human resource empowerment on employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency. The magnitude of the influence of self-efficacy and human resource empowerment on the performance of employees at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam simultaneously is 40.30%. Meanwhile, the influence of self-efficacy on employee performance, the results of partial tests using the t test were 2.728 > t table (1.671) with a probability of 0.008 < 0.05, so there is a significant influence between self-efficacy on employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Inner Village. and the effect of human resource empowerment on employee performance is 2,775 > t table (1.671) with a probability of 0.007 < 0.05, so there is a significant influence between human resource empowerment on employee performance at SMAN 1 V Koto Kampung Dalam Padang Pariaman Regency.Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Human Resource Empowerment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of exports, imports and exchange rates on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries. This research uses a panel data regression analysis method (10 year time series data (2012-2021) multiplied by cross section data from 10 ASEAN member countries), so the number of samples is 100. The results of the research show that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence on exports, imports and exchange rate on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries, while partially there is a positive and significant influence of exports on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries, partially there is a negative and insignificant influence of imports on the economic growth of ASEAN member countries, but partially there is a negative and significant influence of the exchange rate on economic growth of ASEAN member countries. From the research above, the main factor influencing economic growth is exports at 73.81%, meaning that exports are an important factor that ASEAN member countries are trying to increase. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R²) show that exports, imports and exchange rates influence economic growth by 49%, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. In supporting economic growth, the governments of ASEAN member countries are trying to maintain a balance of exports, imports and exchange rate stability by increasing production of the best products, then inviting the public to buy and use local products from each ASEAN member country.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, khususnya dalam hal kapasitas sumber daya manusia (SDM). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas SDM Dapoer Rendang Riri, sebuah UMKM kuliner di Payakumbuh, melalui pelatihan berbasis kebutuhan nyata pelaku usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan utama yang kemudian direspons melalui pelatihan terfokus pada manajemen produksi, pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan usaha. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam mengelola proses produksi secara efisien, memanfaatkan media digital untuk promosi, serta melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Kendala utama yang dihadapi antara lain rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan waktu pelaku usaha untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan minimnya akses terhadap pelatihan lanjutan. Solusi yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan modular, pendampingan berkelanjutan, serta kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan tinggi. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mendorong profesionalisme pelaku UMKM serta memperkuat daya saing produk lokal.
