Abstract

Evaluasi program pengembangan instrumen Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan merupakan instrumen yang telah dikembangkan kemudian digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di IKIP Gunungsitoli yang meliputi komponen input, proses, dan output program PPL.. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan research and development. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen dianalisis menggunakan Cronbach's alpha dengan korelasi bivariat antara masing-masing skor indikator dengan reliabilitas instrumen dan skor total. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil: komponen input 98,9%, proses 99,06%, dan produk 99,47%, instrumen yang dikembangkan valid dan tergolong sangat baik. Koefisien reliabilitas angket mahasiswa adalah 0,926; dosen pembimbing lapangan adalah 0,925; guru pembimbing dari sekolah sebesar 0,943. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan instrumen program evaluasi PPL menghasilkan prototype yang sangat valid berdasarkan validitas isi menggunakan expert judgement termasuk dalam kategori layak untuk digunakan. dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Tujuan Peneitian Ini Untuk Mengembangkan E-Modul Menggunakan Aplikasi 3D Pageflip Professional Pada Materi Biografi Dengan Model Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran 4-D. Rumusan masalah yaitu Bagaimana mengembangkan e-modul menggunakan aplikasi 3D Pageflip Professional pada materi belajar dari biografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan e-modul bahasa Indonesia yang layak, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model 4-D. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul berupa angket validasi untuk ahli materi, bahasa, dan desain serta angket respon peserta didik dan efektifitas. Analisis data yang diperoleh dengan mengumpulkan data dari setiap validator dan siswa-siswi.Temuan penelitian ini adalah e-modul berbasis inkuiri untuk mencapai pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Kriteria yang didapati, yaitu revisi I mencapai 38% dan revisi II dengan persentase 92% berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli materi, revisi I mencapai 67% dan revisi II mencapai 100% berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli bahasa, dan revisi I mencapai 75%dan revisi II dengan persentase 96% berdasarkan penilaian dari ahli desain. Respon peserta didik mendapat kriteria sangat baik dengan pencapaian 100% uji perorangan,, uji kelompok kecil 80% dan uji lapangan mencapai 95%. Serta hasil belajar peserta didik dalam belajar dari biografi mencapai 90% dengan kriteria sangat efektif. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahawa pengembangan e-modul bahasa Indonesia kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli berbasis inkuiri pada materi belajar dari biografi sangat layak, praktis dan efektif digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

Higher education requires good management so that educational goals are achieved optimally. The research aims to analyze the management of tertiary institutions in developing academic services on student satisfaction. This study uses an approach with the case study method. The population in this study amounted to 2312 students. The method used in collecting data is the instrument. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is a quantitative approach. The results showed student satisfaction for each study program, namely: Indonesian Language and Literature Education, with a satisfaction level of 82.9% and 17.1% dissatisfied. English education with a satisfaction level of 83.5% and 16.05% dissatisfied. Biology education with a satisfaction level of 78.2% and 21.8% dissatisfied. Mathematics education with a satisfaction level of 72.2% and 27.8% dissatisfied. Economic Education with a satisfaction level of 82.6% and 17.4% dissatisfied. PPKn with a satisfaction level of 75.5% and 24.5% dissatisfied. Based on the data analysis test using the SPSS version 26 program, the study’s results showed that student satisfaction with academic services was relatively good. The implications of this research are expected to improve the academic services provided to students.

Abstract

This study was done to improve the skills of junior high school pupils employing poetry musicalization in educational media. This study's goals were to boost students' motivation and interest in poetry music, decrease learning process dullness, and especially assess the efficacy of poetry music medium.The Research and Development (R&D) technique was employed in this study as a roadmap for carrying out development. Researchers employed questionnaires for material expert validation and student response to gather data for their studies. The percentage of student test results falling under the category of "Very practical" achieved 85% based on the numbers that were immediately delivered in class. Number-based student test results indicate that poetry music media is practicable to utilize with a score of 95%, leading to the conclusion that it achieves 100% with a very practicable mix.

Abstract

Learning media are all tools that can be used to convey messages or information to other people, so that they are able to arouse students' thoughts, feelings, concerns and interests so that teaching activities are carried out properly. One of the technologies in education that can support the learning process is the selection of digital-based learning media, namely Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality is a technology-based learning media that can insert information into the virtual world and display it in the real world. This research was conducted to produce a product in the form of Augmented Reality media on descriptive text material in class VII SMP. The model used is a development model that goes through 4 main stages, namely the first stage of definition, the second stage of design, the third stage of development, and the fourth stage of dissemination. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires and validation sheets. This study obtained the results of due diligence with a percentage of 93% by material experts, 92% by linguists and 91% by media/design experts with very feasible criteria. Student responses of 90% belong to very practical criteria.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative approach. inj approach is used to gain in-depth understanding of. how much influence does the school principal's leadership have on the performance of afulu 1 public junior high school teachers. Qualitative research enables researchers to explore and understand complex and contextual phenomena through the collection and analysis of data across multiple texts and narratives. from the results of interviews that have been obtained by research at afulu 1 public junior high school, it can be concluded that a leader applies an informative leadership style in improving teacher performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to develop the abilities of high school students by using Website-based Indonesian language learning media with the ADDIE development model. The effective use of this learning media can increase active learning interactions. The purpose of this research is to increase student motivation in learning Indonesian. The results of this development research , it is recommended to be consistent and follow the instructions given. based on the results of the questionnaire trials distributed to students it reaches a rating of 4.6 with the "very decent" category.
