Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had the impact of changing new learning methods for students. The change in providing distance lectures during the pandemic has created new habits in the learning process. These changes have a psychological impact on students. This study aims to determine how the level of student anxiety in dealing with online learning. This study used a descriptive design with a sample of all students who studied nursing at the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri. The results of this study are that the level of mild anxiety is 4%, moderate is 81%, and severe is 15%. The conclusion in this study is that students feel anxiety at a moderate level in dealing with distance learning. Therefore, by conducting online psychoeducation to students about anxiety and how to manage anxiety during distance learning, it is hoped that it will increase student awareness so that the learning process runs effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Gout is a disease caused by a buildup of uric acid or crystals in tissues, especially in the joints. One of the non-pharmacological treatments to reduce uric acid levels in patients with gout is doing ergonomic exercise, which is a combination of muscle movement and breathing techniques. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach. The subjects of this study were two elderly people who suffered from gout with activity intolerance nursing problems by applying ergonomic exercise to reduce uric acid levels. Ergonomic gymnastics research instruments use Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) sheets and instruments to measure uric acid levels using Point Of Care Testing (POCT). The results showed that on the first day Mr. E had high uric acid levels with an amount of 8.2 mg/dl and after receiving ergonomic exercise therapy, Mr. E experienced a decrease in uric acid levels by an amount of 7.7 mg/dl. Mrs.S got the result of 9.6 mg/dl and decreased with the result of 7.2 mg/dl. On the second day, the uric acid level was checked with the result that Tn.E was 7.4 mg/dl and after receiving ergonomic exercise therapy, Mr.E's uric acid level did not change. Mrs. W uric acid level is 7.2 mg/dl and after receiving ergonomic exercise therapy, uric acid level is still 7.2 mg/dl. On the third day, before ergonomic exercise therapy, Mr. E got 6.9 mg/dl but after receiving ergonomic exercise, uric acid levels increased by 7.0 mg/dl. Mrs.S' uric acid level was 5.9 mg/dl and after doing ergonomic exercise therapy, Mrs.S experienced an increase in uric acid with a result of 6.2 mg/dl. The conclusion is that ergonomic exercise has an effect on reducing uric acid levels.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring merupakan sistem pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan tidak bertatap muka langsung, tetapi menggunakan platform yang dapat membantu proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan meskipun jarak jauh, Kemampuan berkomunikasi dosen dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring sangat diperlukan guna tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan berkomunikasi dosen dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi. Metode diskriptif dengan sampel 53 orang mahasiswa Prodi DIII Keperawatan UNP Kediri. Hasil penelitian didapatka n persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan dosen dalam mengembangkan sikap positif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran cukup, persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan dosen untuk bersikap luwes dan terbuka dalam kegiatan pembelajaran cukup, persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan dosen untuk tampil secara bersemangat dan bersungguh- sungguh dalam kegiatan pembelajaran baik, persepsi mahasiswa terhadap kemampuan dosen mengelola interaksi mahasiswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran baik . Hasil penelitian ini dapat dipakai sebagai acuan bagi institusi pendidikan khususnya dosen dalam meningkatkan kemampuan yang dimiliki menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

Selfitis is an activity that describes the habit of taking excessive selfies, the uploading them to social media sites. Selfies have become a habit for many people and can indeed fulfill the need for self-actualization. But if done excessively and uncontrollably, the habit of selfie can be a symptom of a mental disorder, in teenagers this can be a time full of social anxiety and depression. Health counseling was held on December 10, 2020 with pre-test and post-test. The results of the pre-test on 15 adolescents, 8 adolescents (53%) said they did not know about meaning of selfitis, 5 adolescents (33,3%) said they did not know the cause of selfitis, 12 adolescents (80%) did not know the signs of selfitis and 10 adolescents (66,7%) did not know the impact of selfiti, and 13 adolescents (86,7 %) did not know about selfisitis treatment. The results of post-test, 15 adolescents (100%) stated that they knew and understood the meaning, causes, and effects of selfitis, while 12 adolescents (80%) stated that they knew and understood the signs and treatment of selfitis. The existence of self-awareness to control the use smartphones wisely is expected to prevent adolescents from falling into the mental disorder selfitis.

Abstract

Teenagers have a proportion of 17% of the total population of Indonesia. Adolescence is a transition from children to adults between the ages of 10 till 18 years. Adequate access to information can help adolescents avoid the threats of today's youth. One effort to increase knowledge in counseling. This activity aims to increase adolescents' knowledge regarding reproductive health in Sepawon Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. Activities carried out by the method of lectures, discussions and games. Activity evaluation is obtained by comparing the pre-test and post-test scores. The activity results showed an increase of 25% in adolescents' knowledge after participating in Adolescent Reproductive Health Extension activities. With the implementation of this activity, it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out routinely by involving various sectors, such as the government, health services, puskesmas and NGOs, so that adolescent development can take place optimally and avoid the current threat of youth.
