Abstract

Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan seorang remaja, namun saat ini remaja sudah jauh dari sikap spiritual yang seharusnya dikarenakan pergaulan yang salah dan perkembangan jaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran remaja masjid Al-Amin berbentuk program dan kegiatan dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja desa bandar setia khususnya di kawasan Masjid Al-Amin Desa Bandar Setia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data di lapangan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu peran remaja Masjid Al-Amin dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual remaja Desa Bandar Setia dengan meningkatkan hubungan kepada Allah melalui kegiatan PHBI, majelis ilmu, praktik ibadah, pesantren kilat, tadarus Al-Qur’an. Meningkatkan hubungan sosial dengan mengajar mengaji maghrib serta meningkatkan kecintaan kepada lingkungan melalui kegiatan gotong-royong kebersihan.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 5.0 membawa perubahan signifikan dalam pendidikan, termasuk Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Revolusi ini menekankan kolaborasi antara teknologi dan nilai-nilai emosional dan spiritual dalam pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran psikologi agama sebagai strategi pendidikan agama Islam di era revolusi industri 5.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan (library research). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan purposive sampling dari literatur yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian, mencakup buku, artikel, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen-dokumen pendukung lainnya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psikologi agama dalam perspektif Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PTACK) adalah strategi yang sangat efektif dan holistik untuk pendidikan agama Islam di era Revolusi Industri 5.0. Pendekatan ini akan membawa pendidikan agama Islam untuk berkembang mengikuti kemajuan teknologi, tanpa mengabaikan pentingnya pengembangan nilai-nilai spiritual dan emosional peserta didik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan psikologi agama dapat memberikan dasar yang kuat bagi pengembangan karakter peserta didik, sehingga mereka tidak hanya cerdas dalam aspek kognitif, tetapi juga memiliki keseimbangan emosional dan spiritual yang baik. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, teknologi dapat menjadi alat yang mendukung pengembangan karakter peserta didik sesuai dengan nilai-nilai agama Islam.

Abstract

Sampah plastik dari bungkus makanan ringan dan botol minuman sudah menjadi pemandangan yang umum dalam keseharian di lingkungan sekolah. Hal ini menunjukkan dibutuhkannya suatu tindakan pengolahan agar sampah tersebut dapat berkurang dan menjadi sesuatu yang bernilai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program dalam mengurangi praktik pembakaran sampah, meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan guru terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan, serta menilai dampak ecobrick terhadap penurunan jumlah sampah plastik di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program ecobrick di UPTD SD Negeri 16 Gambus Laut berhasil mengurangi pembakaran sampah, memanfaatkan sampah plastik secara efektif, meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan siswa dan guru, serta mengurangi sampah yang berserakan di sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah bahwa program ecobrick di UPTD SD Negeri 16 Gambus Laut efektif dalam mengurangi sampah plastik, mencegah pembakaran sampah, serta meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dan guru tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan. Program ini berhasil memanfaatkan sampah plastik menjadi produk fungsional, menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang lebih bersih dan ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This article analyzes government leadership styles in improving the effectiveness of public administration in Indonesia. In the context of an increasingly complex government, the leadership style applied by leaders has a significant impact on the performance and responsiveness of public administration. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. The results show that transformational and participatory leadership styles tend to be more effective in encouraging innovation, collaboration, and improving public services. In contrast, authoritarian leadership style is proven to hinder communication and trust between the government and the community. The findings suggest the need for the development of adaptive and inclusive leadership competencies to achieve the goal of better public administration goals. It is hoped that this article will provide insight for policy makers in formulating leadership strategies that can increase the effectiveness of public administration in the future.

Abstract

This research wants to discuss various problems in the world of education, namely that many educators still use conventional media such as lecture or question and answer methods which result in learning being inactive, thus affecting the quality of learning outcomes. This research aims to see how the role of using smartboard media in the learning process can improve students' understanding, especially in Islamic studies. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods. The results of this research show that the presence of smartboards at Prestige Bilingual School in the teaching and learning process in Islamic studies has a positive impact, where smartboards become an attraction to provide a feeling of joy and comfort, thereby encouraging students to learn, which of course can increase understanding and strengthen students' memories of Islamic Religious Lessons. Like humans who are not perfect, this smartboard media also has its drawbacks, namely that the price is relatively expensive, making some school institutions think again about using it, as well as technicians who are still rarely found. The educators here have not received special training to master smartboards so not all educators use smartboard media in the learning process at school and this smartboard requires electricity, if it goes out then it cannot be run. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of Wordwall multimedia on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Khulafaur Rasyidin material in Integrated VII grade students at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. The method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental approach, using a pretest-posttest design in the experimental group given learning with Wordwall multimedia and the control group with conventional media, namely Al-Islam books with a sample of 60 students. The research instrument was a 20-item multiple choice test that had been declared valid and reliable. Data analysis began with descriptive test, Shapiro-Wilk normality test, and Levene homogeneity test, which showed that the posttest data were not normally distributed and the variances were not uniform. Therefore, the Mann-Whitney U nonparametric test was used to test the hypothesis at a significance level of α = 0.05. The results showed that the use of Wordwall multimedia significantly improved students' learning outcomes. The average posttest score of the experimental group, which used Wordwall-based learning, increased from 67.17 to 88.00, showing a substantial improvement. In contrast, the control group that received conventional learning only increased from 57.50 to 71.00. Analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test revealed a U value of 232.50 and Z of -3.241, with p = 0.001. This shows that the difference in the improvement of learning outcomes between the two groups is significant (p < 0.05). With the mean rank of the experimental group's posttest reaching 37.75, much higher than the control group which was only 23.25, it can be concluded that Wordwall multimedia has a significant positive impact on Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. The implication of this result shows that the application of technology in learning can improve the understanding of important concepts in Islamic education.

Abstract

Metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data time series digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini, data sekunder digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Prosedur analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan bantuan SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data, tidak terdapat hubungan antara struktur modal (DER) dengan nilai perusahaan (PBV), likuiditas (CR) dan PBV, SIZE (Ln Asset) dan PBV , dan profitabilitas (ROE) dan PBV. Selanjutnya SIZE berpengaruh negatif terhadap PBV, dan ROE berpengaruh positif terhadap PBV. Pada saat yang sama, PBV dipengaruhi oleh DER, CR, SIZE, dan ROE. Dengan nilai Adjusted R Squared sebesar 0,834 (atau 83,4% dari total), faktor tambahan menyumbang 16,6% sisanya.

Abstract

Persepsi dan ekspektasi wisatawan merupakan salah satu parameter yang digunakan oleh pengelola Destinasi Tujuan Wisata (DTW) untuk mengukur seberapa besar tingkat kunjungan ulang (repeat business) mereka. Wisatawan yang berkunjung di DTW Candi Prambanan dapat dipilah menjadi dua berdasarkan asal wilayah yaitu wisatawan nusantara (Wisnus) dan wisatawan mancanegara (Wisman). Melalui penelitian ini akan dicari apakah terjadi perbedaan persepsi dan ekspektasi antara Wisnus dengan Wisman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan mengambil sebanyak 100 wisatawan sebagai responden penelitian secara random, instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur persepsi dan ekspektasi wisatawan adalah kuesioner. Parameter persepsi dan ekspektasi diukur melalui empat dimensi yaitu competence, cortesy, communication dan understanding, masing-masing dikelompokan menjadi lima kelas interval yaitu Sangat Baik (SB), Baik (B), Cukup (C), Kurang Baik (KB) dan Sangat Kurang Baik (SKB). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari dimensi competence dan dimensi understanding antara wisatawan mancanegara dan wisatawan nusantara terjadi perbedaan dimana wisatawan nusantara menilai positip (50% atau lebih) memberikan kesan Baik dan Sangat Baik. Pada dimensi cortesy baik wisatawan mancanegara maupun wisatawan nusantara memberikan penilaian yang sama, keduanya menilai di atas 50% Baik dan Sangat Baik. Pada dimensi communication keduanya memberikan penilaian yang negatip yaitu Cukup, Kurang Baik dan Sangat Kurang Baik.

Abstract

Lenteng is a food made from flaked cassava batter and then fried. In terms of the shape of the lent has similarities with cassava opak. The application of technology in the production process is still minimal and the limited capital to buy equipment makes the development of UMKM business owned by Mrs. Sudiyati still tend to stagnant. The main problem in the production of Lenteng is the time of drying of the Lenteng which reaches 2 days with traditional drying. The purpose of this research is to make Lenteng dryers that do not use electricity as energy source and design an effective and efficient tool so that it can speed up the drying process to increase the production amount. The output target of this research is the Electric less Dry using Sunlight Collector Technology and being innovative in helping to accelerate the drying process of the Lenteng. The method used in this research is literature study, survey, design or drawing design, dryer manufacture, field testing and analysis, tool evaluation, and preparation of final report of PKM activities. From the data of dry material test results can be seen that the weight of the product before and after dried in APTL has a difference of 4-11 grams so the result is drier, whereas from the temperature test results data can be seen that the temperature in APTL higher 7-19,1oC which can affect the drying process significantly. Based on these calculations APTL (Dryer Without Electricity can increase production of 4.67 kg of Lenteng from initial production and drying process with increasing temperature up to 69.9 ° C and 10% humidity can dry the lent in 2-3 hours or 4,67- 7X faster than traditional drying, and using APTL can save the drying place, which required 12 rigs to dry 20 kg of lent, with this Dryer only requires 5 dryers with a capacity of 3.752 kg per drying whereas Rigen (traditional) only loading 1, 675 kg per drying
