Penelitian ini membahas perilaku titanium  murni (CPTi) dalam larutan Hydroxyapatite(HA) buatan untuk aplikasi medis. Ada tujuh benda uji  titanium murni yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini. Commercial Pure Titanium (CpTi). Spesimen dibersihkan dan dilakukan pelapisan dengan HA dengan metode EPD. Pengujian dilakukan dalam tujuh variasi waktu; 5 menit, 10 menit, 15 menit, 20 menit, 25 menit, 30 menit  dan 35 menit. Pengujian ini melihat tingkat lapisan HA terhadap CPTi apakah bisa menyatu dengan metode EPD. Hasil pengujian ini berguna untuk referensi pasien dan dokter implan tulang, dan implan gigi dalam memilih bahan material ortodontik yang lebih baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CPTi memiliki tingkat pelapisan yang baik seperti variasi ketebalan HA yang didapat 24,8 µm (5 menit) sampai dengan ketebalan HA 32,7 µm (35 menit)Kata Kunci: CPTi. Brass electroplating process has been analyzed on the steel surface for the thickness and hardness of the coating. The electroplating process was carried out on low carbon steel ST 37 by varying the time (10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes and 25 minutes), and the temperature of the solution (40 °C, 45 °C, 50 °C, and 55 °C). To determine the quality of the coating results were observed using a stereo microscope and Vicker hard test equipment to measure the thickness and hardness. The test results show that the increase in time and temperature is proportional to the thickness and hardness value obtained. The lowest average thickness and hardness value was 11,323 ?m 182.4 VHN at 40 °C with 10 minutes coloring time. While the highest average thickness and hardness values were 29.333 ?m and 218.8 VHN were obtained at a temperature of 55 °C for 25 minutes. The observations showed a significant increase in thickness and hardness values after 20 minutes. This shows that the higher the solution temperature, it will reduce the absorption of hydrogen into the sludge resulting in an increase in the surface hardness of the resulting layers due to more sediment attached to the cathode. The increase in time and temperature of the solution given is directly proportional to the thickness and hardness value produced on the metal surface.

The design of the palm frond chopper machine for animal feed is a vocational application. The purpose of making palm frond chopper machines for animal feed is to help the community open a business field, especially the development of livestock production who grow oil palm. It is an expected that the palm frond chopper machine can help the community to improve economic output. This machine has dimensions of 600 mm x 500 mm where the working principle of the machine is to cut using a blade to accelerate the cutting process. Blade rotation is a obtained by using 3 HP motor and using pulley 5 inch as a tool to rotate the knife plate.

Water turbine is a tool to convert the potential energy of water into mechanical energy, this mechanical energy is then converted into electrical energy by a generator. Crossflow turbines are radial, small pressurized turbines with tangential injection from fan rotation with a horizontal shaft. The flow of water flows through the pipe entrance, and is arranged by a propeller and into the turbine fan rotation. After the water passes through the turbine fan rotation, the water is at the opposite fan rotation, thus providing additional efficiency. Finally, water flows from the casing either freely or through a tube under the turbine so that it rotates and turns the generator so it can produce electricity. Maintenance of PLTMH is carried out namely preventive maintenance such as; cleaning, lubrication and periodic checks. Maintenance corrections are carried out with the aim of being able to maintain the PLTMH component. Predictive maintenance of a treatment carried out in accordance with the conditions of the PLTMH and predicting damage that will occur in PLTMH

The design of the cassava slicer machine has a capacity of 38 kg / hour, this machine is designed to design a cassava slicing machine that has high usability, achieving the required motor power so that the desired engine capacity can be achieved, able to determine the exact method of slicing cassava . The working principle of Cassava Slicing Machine is to work when the electric motor is turned on, then the motor will rotate then the motor rotation is transmitted to the pulley, moving the slicing knife by 0.03653 N / mm2. After the shaft rotates, the disc where the blade will rotate and the cassava is ready for slices and the results of the cassava slices will come out through the output funnel. Due to the weaknesses of some existing areca peelers, some modifications were made. Modifications were made to the gear stripper, the addition of the inlet funnel, the gear stripper cover, and the exit funnel. The purpose of this modification of the design of the areca nut peeling machine is to make it easier for areca-producing farmers to peel their skin. Engine design specifications, using a 1/2 HP motor with a speed of 1500 rpm, 2-inch, and 10-inch pulleys, and a capacity of 5.16 kg/hour. The result of this modification is stated to be able to perform stripping with a large capacity. This machine is expected to be able to meet the needs of manual areca nut peelers to increase productivity.

SD Bustanul Ulum Semen Padang is located on Jl. Komp. Kuranji Batu Busuk Hydropower Kel.Lambung bukit kec. Pauh. Training given to teachers and students of SD Bustanul Ulum (BU) Semen Padang to make a mini hydroponic installation so that the existing green house can be organized and can develop plant seeds. As well as fostering the spirit of elementary school students bu to care more about the environment early. And provide knowledge about vegetable cultivation techniques, organic nurseries with hydroponic systems. Training on making hydroponic installations in the school green house teaches school students can cultivate a variety of plants to green the school sd BU Semen Padang. This program has been started since SD BU Semen Padang obtained an independent adiwiyata tropy at the national level and SD BU strives to improve the quality as a school that cares & cultures the environment for the proposal of Asean Eco School candidates from 21 provinces throughout Indonesia. Solutions offered to solve the problems that occur in SD Bustanul Ulum Semen Padang by providing mini hydroponic equipment assistance, training in assembling mini hydroponic installations and providing knowledge about using the correct hydroponic equipment so that the needs of plant nurseries in the green house of SD Bustanul Ulum Semen Padang can help the stability of greening the school

The community service team from the Padang State Polytechnic majoring in Mechanical Engineering has implemented a community service program which is participated by members of the affluent farmer group, namely the local community, which is located in Batu Gadang, Kec. Lubuk Kilangan which owns agricultural land. This community service provides rice mower machine assistance to affluent farmer groups. Community service is expected to be able to help all members of a prosperous farmer group, who previously needed a lot of manpower for post-harvest, now no longer need a lot of agricultural labor and also with this community service assistance, prosperous farmer groups can save time and costs for post-harvest. The high hopes of the community service team for affluent farmer groups are to be able to make the most of this machine and support the success of affluent farmer groups to increase rice production and overcome the need for extravagant labor at post-harvest time. And it is highly hoped that the prosperous farmer groups will be able to use this rice mower machine, and can assemble agricultural tools with a modification of the carrying type lawn mower to be used as a rice cutting machine.
