Abstract

Food is a basic human need that comes from natural resources and most of it is also produced by home industries which have been processed into various types of food. The high demand for food has become a very important concern for the government to ensure that food is safe for consumption by all consumers. One form of guarantee issued by the government is a PIRT (home industrial food) permit. PIRT is a food production permit produced by home industry scale businesses. This permit is an official letter issued by BPOM (Food and Drug Monitoring Agency). The problem experienced by the "Ramajaya" Sweet Sticky Tape Producer is that he does not yet have a PIRT permit for the business he is running so he is still having difficulty marketing his products to various mini markets and supermarkets in Sidorjo Regency because he does not yet have production guarantees in the form of PIRT and the packaging used as well. still simple and not by government standards. This community service aims to help the business of the "Ramajaya" Sweet Glutinous Tape Producer to obtain a legal permit for products suitable for distribution in the form of a PIRT permit from the government through assistance in obtaining a PIRT permit at the Sidoarjo Regency Health Service office and also providing outreach regarding the importance of PIRT and providing options for change the packaging used.

Abstract

A creative and innovative learning process is an effort to produce creative students, through student activities when studying and the creativity that students can carry out after learning. The key to success in creative and innovative learning lies in the role of the teacher, where teachers are able to create effective learning and facilitate students in developing logical thinking skills. Based on the results of observations carried out in kindergartens in Pakal District, Surabaya City, it shows that the learning process carried out by teachers still lacks creative and innovative teaching and learning activities for students. So far, teachers are only limited to giving lectures and there is a lack of teaching aids in delivering the material, making students less interested in learning. One of the teaching aids that can be used in the learning process is to use illustration-based educational games (APE). The role of teachers at the kindergarten education level can be to select and develop creative and innovative learning resources through educational game tools which can be designed and made as game tools to improve student development. This activity is expected to produce teachers who are able to create illustration-based educational game tools (APE). It is hoped that illustration-based educational teaching aids (APE) will create a creative and innovative learning process for students in partners, as well as provide a social impact on the surrounding community in creating effective learning for children.

Abstract

The issue of green business practices has become an exciting topic to study in recent years. To achieve the SDGs, applying Green Human Resources Management in green business practices is an essential aspect because of its role as a key factor in the company's success. Given that the Food and Beverage industry is one of the industries with the most millennial generation employees, the support for millennial teamwork on green business practices is urgent in this study, "Are millennials involved in green practices." This study aimed to measure Green Workplace Practices among millennial employees through the relationship between green motivation (intrinsic and extrinsic) and green culture in the F&B industry in Indonesia. Data collection was done through a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 67 respondents processed using the purposive sampling method and structural equation modeling technique based on partial least squares. This study revealed that green motivation research can significantly influence green workplace practices and that green organizational culture plays a role in moderating the relationship between green motivation and green workplace practices. This research has significant implications for managers to see positive consequences when organizations adopt green practices. When organizations agree to reconstruct a green culture, they are not only doing their moral responsibility to society and the environment but investing in business sustainability in the future. The researcher realized there are limitations in the research, both in terms of time and quantity of data on millennial employees in the Food and Beverage industry that have not been fully explored optimally. Considering that there are not many studies on similar themes and research findings can be used as a foundation for future research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and burnout on job satisfaction among operational crew members of Transjatim Bus Corridor 5, which serves the Surabaya–Bangkalan route. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method with a structured questionnaire distributed to 40 respondents, consisting of drivers and attendants. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, ensuring that all members of the population were included. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) Version 4. The findings reveal that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while burnout has a negative and significant effect. This indicates that better workplace conditions, such as supportive facilities, harmonious coworker relationships, and sufficient rest areas, contribute to higher job satisfaction levels among crew members. Conversely, high levels of burnout, including mental and emotional exhaustion, reduced motivation, and increased interpersonal conflict, significantly reduce job satisfaction. The study highlights contextual challenges faced by the operational crew, such as tight bus schedules, limited rest time, overcrowded vehicles, and cultural differences between Surabaya and Bangkalan-based personnel. These challenges contribute to emotional fatigue and workplace stress, reinforcing the negative impact of burnout on employee satisfaction. The study emphasizes the need for managerial interventions to enhance the quality of the work environment and implement burnout mitigation strategies. The results provide important implications for public transportation management, especially in intercity routes, suggesting that improving the work environment and addressing burnout are critical for sustaining job satisfaction and service quality.
