Abstract

A hospital is a public facility owned by the government or private sector which has a very strategic role in efforts to improve public health services. The new paradigm of health services requires hospitals to provide quality services according to patients' needs and desires while still referring to professional and medical codes of ethics. Quality is the core of the survival of an institution. Therefore, hospitals are required to always maintain consumer trust by improving service quality so that consumer satisfaction increases. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on patient satisfaction at Bhayangkara Hospital, Pontianak City. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method to determine the quality of service that has the greatest impact on community satisfaction. Samples were taken from 95 patients. Data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The results of the research show that the influence of service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction in internal medicine poly health services at Bhayangkara Hospital, Pontianak, most of the respondents are in the satisfactory category and a small number of respondents are in the unsatisfactory category. The results of this research show that service quality, which consists of the variables reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3) and empathy (X5), has a significant effect on patient satisfaction, while the tangibles variable (X4) has no significant effect. Then the variable with the most dominant influence on patient satisfaction is the empathy variable (X5). And to improve service quality, researchers hope that Bhayangkara Hospital will test these variables, especially those that have a negative influence (tangibles X4) so that they can comply with the rules and mechanisms for improving service quality on patient satisfaction. The researcher's advice to Bhayangkara Pontianak Hospital is that nurses at Bhayangkara Pontianak Hospital should be able to maximize services according to the promised time, increase trust and responsiveness to patient complaints, and pay attention to the physical facilities of the Bhayangkara Pontianak Hospital Internal Medicine Clinic.

Abstract

This study stems from concerns over the practice of presenting marriage hadith on TikTok, especially the "Marriage ala Rasulullah" series by @Officialfiqihpernikah, which ignores the Arabic text and often misstates the source of transmission, thus creating the potential for distortion of meaning in the context of digital da'wah which demands a short and interesting format. The purpose of the study is to analyze the authenticity of the sanads of six hadith contents and reveal the changes in meaning that occur due to the logic of social media. This study used a qualitative approach with two main methods: (1) sanad criticism to assess the validity of the hadith; and (2) content analysis based on Stig Hjarvard's theory of religious mediatization to understand the transformation of meaning in the logic of social media. The primary data consisted of six video clips on the account, while hadith literature, digital da'wah, and mediatization theory served as secondary data; the analysis was conducted through data reduction, classification based on mediatization elements (such as media logic, banal religion, and protagonist narrative framework), and verification of the chain of transmission. The findings reveal that the hadith reported by @Officialfiqihpernika contain data reduction, textual simplification, narration errors and meaning errors. This research contributes to the discourse of contemporary hadith criticism in the digital landscape and offers a model for evaluating sanad-based da'wah content and media logic. These results can be used to design collaborative guidelines between content creators and academics in curating Islamic content on social media.

Abstract

This study comprehensively evaluates de-radicalisation and counter-radicalism programs administered by the provincial branches of PW Fatayat NU in West Java and East Java, Indonesia. Employing a qualitative field research methodology, the study integrates data from document analysis, participant observation, semi-structured interviews with key organisational leaders and partners, and focus group discussions with diverse stakeholders. The analysis is framed by Kinsley’s seven organisational effectiveness dimensions—structure, strategy, systems, skills, style, staff, and shared values—offering a multidimensional perspective on program implementation and outcomes. Results reveal that while both provincial branches have established foundational organisational structures and strategic orientations conducive to program delivery, significant differences exist in system utilisation, professional capacity, and advocacy effectiveness. The West Java branch is characterised by strong interdepartmental coordination, effective communication channels, and well-defined governance structures. In contrast, the East Java branch faces challenges with strategic impact and resource mobilisation. Both branches demonstrate active stakeholder engagement through knowledge sharing, social reintegration, and policy advocacy. The study identifies critical constraints, including limited professional expertise, inconsistent communication practices, and insufficient collaborative networks, which impede optimal program performance. This research contributes to the growing scholarship on countering violent extremism (CVE) by foregrounding the importance of professional organizational management and inclusive multistakeholder engagement. It further underscores the imperative of gender-sensitive approaches and continuous capacity development to enhance program sustainability. These findings offer actionable insights for policymakers, civil society organisations, and government agencies committed to strengthening the efficacy and resilience of counter-radicalism interventions in complex socio-political environments.

Abstract

In an effort to implement better public services, the Sintang Regency Ministry of Religion Office has built and implemented one-stop services through One-Stop Integrated Service programs and activities at the Sintang Regency Ministry of Religion Office. In the implementation of this one-stop integrated service, it appears that all elements of public service as stipulated by the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia have not been fulfilled, even though in reality public services can be implemented. This needs to be expressed by looking at one of the management functions, namely the coordination carried out in the implementation of PTSP at the Sintang Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The purpose of this research is to find out about the implementation of coordination between units at the Sintang Regency Ministry of Religion Office in implementing PTSP, the obstacles experienced, and the efforts that will be made, through the coordination indicators proposed by Hendry Fayol which include Cooperation, Building Sections that know the needs of other units, the maintenance section which maintains the condition of equipment, the finance section which provides funding and budget requirements, the security section which carries out asset guarding duties, systematically sequenced work, clear orders, and work plans that are always up to date. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, by conducting observations and interviews with relevant sources. From the results of the research, it was found that in order to carry out coordination in PTSP organizers at the Sintang Regency Ministry of Religion Office, it is necessary to form an organization as coordinator of the implementation of activities starting from planning, action to control of activities, so that orders can be clearly implemented, and efforts to re-collect SOPs that have been made.

Abstract

Mosques function not only as places of worship but also as centers for learning and community development. This community service aims to empower mosque administrators in Gresik City to strengthen Islamic moderation values based on Ahlusuannah wal Jamaah An-Nahdliyah, with the goal of preventing the spread of radicalism. Using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, the program actively involves mosque administrators and the community in the planning and implementation of activities. Initial findings revealed that some mosque administrators had limited awareness of the risks of radicalism. Following a series of mentoring sessions and focused group discussions, the administrators became more vigilant and successfully developed mosque activity programs rooted in Islamic moderation. Additionally, they began to understand the importance of program sustainability and mosque legal management. This empowerment effort is expected to promote inclusive and harmonious religious practices within the community.
