Abstract

Purpose: The blue economy is based on the principle of the sustainable use of marine resources directed at economic growth by utilizing marine-based resources. The objective of this research is to analyze the strategy structure and analyze priority strategies for Blue Economy Development in the Maritime Tourism sector in Patutrejo Village with environmental, tourism, economic, and social dimensions. Methodology: Data collection was carried out by determining the elements and detailing them with the help of experts based on specific expert criteria through interviews, focus group discussions, and validation. Interpretive structural modeling (ISM) and MICMAC analysis tools are used to determine elements with high driver power and low dependence values as priority strategies. Results: From the results of the analysis of priority strategies in this research, they include Environmental Elements (L): Water Conservation (L1) and Carrying Capacity (L2); Tourism Elements: Tourist Attractions (P4); Economic Elements: Tourism Industry Opportunities (E1) and Retributions (E2); Social Elements: Welfare (S2); Institutional Element: Central Government Support (K1). Conclusions: The analysis recommends a strategic approach to developing a blue economy in Patutrejo Village by focusing on environmental conservation, institutional strengthening, and local community empowerment to support sustainable marine-based tourism. Five key elements Environment, Tourism, Economy, Social, and Institutional were assessed using the ISM-MICMAC method. High-driving, low-dependence sub-elements identified include water conservation, tourism attraction development, local economic opportunities, community welfare through creative industries, and central government support for village tourism programs. Limitations: This study has limitations in that the development analysis is still general. For further research, a strategic analysis was carried out specifically in certain fields. Contribution: We hope that this can be a recommendation for determining strategies for the development and sustainability of the blue economy for managers and stakeholders in the marine tourism sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze strategies to increase firm value through investment and funding decisions with dividend policy intervention. This type of research falls into the causal associative category. The data sources in this study include all companies in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2019 to 2023. The sampling method applied is purposive sampling. The total population in this study was 145 companies, and of these, a sample of 29 companies was taken. The approach applied to analyze the data is SEM-PLS. The results of the study indicate that investment decisions have a positive relationship with dividend policy, although not statistically significant. Funding decisions have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Investment decisions are shown to have a significant negative relationship with firm value. Funding decisions do not show a significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy is proven to have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Dividend policy is able to mediate the effect of funding decisions on firm value. However, dividend policy is not able to mediate the effect of investment decisions on firm value

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the field of handicrafts are able to form a creative economy that can improve the welfare and economy of the community.  This research aims to examine the variables that influence the income of handicraft MSMEs in Pucang Village, Secang District. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of business capital and labor on income with length of business as a moderating variable. The population in this research is the MSME craft center in Pucang village, Secang subdistrict, totaling 60 business actors. The samples taken in this research used observation, interview and questionnaire methods. Data were analyzed using Social Science Statistics (SPSS) version 25 by carrying out descriptive tests, classical assumption tests and tests Moderating Regression Analysis  (MRA). This research develops the results of business capital, labor, and length of business as moderating variables on income so that it can provide broader results than previous research. The results of this study show that the influence of business capital and labor has a significant effect on income, while business capital and labor which are moderated by income also have a significant effect on income. Business capital has a significant influence on income with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.  Labor on income also has a significant influence on income with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05. Furthermore, length of business is able to moderate business capital on income with a significance value of 0.006 <0.05. Apart from that, the length of business is also able to moderate employment on income with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. In conclusion  MSMEs in Pucang Village focus on increasing business capital and workforce quality. Additionally, they should consider the strategic development of their business over time to maximize revenue, taking advantage of the moderating effects of business longevity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui pengaru dari kompensasi, Lingkungan kerja, dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan kuesioner yang disebar ke Seby Clinic Dermatologi Dan Aestetik Cirebon dengan jumlah responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan yang bekerja di Dermatologi dan Aestetik Cirebon. Selanjutnya Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 27. Selanjunya hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak secara signifikan, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan, serta pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja dengan mengembangkan lagi pengembangan karir dengan lebih baik, semantara itu untuk variabel lain untuk terus dapat ditingkatkan demi untuk memajukan sebuah organisasi dan kompensasi serta liungkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja dapat dibuktikan bahwa dapat untuk mempengaruh kepuasan kerja maka dengan itu untuk terus ditingkatkan lagi supaya dapat membuktikan dengan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Stres kerja dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi karyawan apabila hal-hal yang menjadi penyebab stres kerja tidak diketahui. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat menimbulkan stres kerja pada karyawan diantaranya adalah beban kerja, burnout, dan konflik interpersonal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, burnout, konflik interpersonal terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan di PT JHP Mantingan. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus sampling. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Sensus dimana populasi sebanyak 32 karyawan memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT JHP Mantingan. Penelitian ini menerapkan regresi linier berganda dengan analisis data yang meliputi Uji Kualitas Data, Uji F, Uji T, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, Burnout berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja, dan Konflik Interpersonal berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja.

Abstract

This community service program is conducted in Tunggulsari Village, Brangsong District, Kendal Regency, with a focus on empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through training in digital financial record-keeping using the Buku Warung application. Tunggulsari Village has strong local economic potential in the snack food industry, including gadung chips, opak, and breadfruit. The program is implemented through stages of business identification, MSME mapping, socialization, and direct assistance in applying the financial record-keeping application. The results of this activity indicate that MSME actors have gained a better understanding of the importance of financial record-keeping and are beginning to adopt digital technology in managing their businesses. Challenges faced include limited time for socialization and uneven participation among MSME actors. Nevertheless, this activity has successfully improved the financial literacy and managerial skills of business actors and has encouraged digital transformation in the rural MSME environment. This program also strengthens the role of higher education institutions in supporting community-based economic development through an applicable and sustainable technological approach.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of investment motivation in the relationship between risk perception, financial literacy, and investment decisions among PayLater users in Indonesia. Utilizing a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 200 respondents aged 18–45 who had used PayLater services for more than six months. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze both direct and indirect effects between constructs. The findings reveal that risk perception and financial literacy positively influence investment motivation. Investment motivation, in turn, has a significant positive effect on investment decisions and serves as a strong mediator between risk perception, financial literacy, and investment decisions. Although financial literacy only marginally affects investment decisions directly, its indirect effect through motivation is significant. The results emphasize the importance of enhancing both financial literacy and investment motivation to improve the quality of investment decisions in the context of digital financial services like PayLater.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, salary, and workload on the performance of PT. Cosmoprof Indokarya Banjarnegara. The sample in this study were employees of the Office Staff of PT. Cosmoprof Indokarya Banjarnegara. This study uses multiple linear regression and the sample used is a total of people. The results of this study Career development has a positive and significant effect, salary has a negative and significant effect, and workload has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Pekasiran Village, Batur District, Banjarnegara Regency has a role in realizing the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. MSMEs in Pekasiran village still need innovation to further improve existing MSMEs. To increase the capabilities of MSMEs, Most MSMEs in Pekasiran village do not have an effective marketing strategy and mastery of digital marketing knowledge is not yet fulfilled due to the lack of socialization regarding this matter. In accordance with the current conditions of MSMEs in Pekasiran village, dedication is carried out to improve the development of MSMEs in Pekasiran village in the form of creating product photo content, packaging, label and branding innovations, as well as marketing strategies for MSMEs using social media and existing marketplaces. The community service program to increase the development of MSMEs has been running smoothly. The main agenda or work programs that were successfully implemented included Socialization Socialization of the use of digital marketing and business licensing in order to increase the capabilities of MSMEs in Pekasiran Village and Continued outreach activities, assistance to MSMEs for packaging innovation in the form of logos and labelling. Creating and tutoring the using of social media and marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and innovation on the performance of MSMEs in Pedurungan District. The independent variables analyzed in this study are financial literacy, financial inclusion, and innovation. The dependent variable analyzed in this study is the performance of MSMEs. The sample used in this research is MSME players in the Pedurungan District area. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the sovin formula obtained a sample of 90 respondents. The method for analyzing this research data uses validity tests, reliability test, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, t tests, F tests, and coefficient of determination tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of data processing software SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate the financial literacy has a negative and significant effect on MSME performance, financial inclusion has a positive and significant on MSME performance, innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.
