Abstract

Children's golden age is a fundamental stage of personal development. At this stage, there are great opportunities for formation and growth of personality. When parents' role in shaping children's character and development becomes so great, it is not surprising that parents provide balanced (authoritative) parenting for their children, not authoritarian or tolerant parenting. This research aims to help parents understand their children's character to become disciplined and independent. This article uses the type of library research or library research, which is conducted to analyze data sourced from articles, books, magazines, newspapers, and other scientific works. This library research uses a qualitative approach. Based on the results of various studies, it is presented that the family is the first and foremost environment known by children, so it is in the family environment that the child's character and personality will be formed, which will also affect its development in the future, so by playing the proper role in educating and caring for children, children will grow and develop optimally. The most important thing is that children will grow up to be children with good character and personality.

Abstract

Pemerintah telah mengeluarkan kebijakan yang mewajibkan lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dilakukan dengan cara holistik-integratif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, memberikan layanan yang komprehensif dan berkualitas, serta melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan pendidikan terkait. Perencanaan komunikasi kemitraan antara sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran anak, mengakomodasi beragam kebutuhan anak, dan membawa budaya inklusif dalam pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana menerapkan strategi kemitraan dan mengatasi hambatan yang mungkin terjadi selama pelaksanaan program Pengembangan Anak Usia Dini Holistik Integratif (PAUD HI). Penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari studi empiris dan literatur dengan mendokumentasikan dan mereview semua artikel terkait komunikasi kemitraan dari tahun 2007 sampai tahun 2023. Diperoleh sebanyak 32 artikel jurnal nasional dan jurnal internasional terakreditasi yang diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Research Gate, SINTA, DOAJ dan Scopus. Berdasarkan kajian literatur didapatkan hambatan dalam rencana kemitraan komunikasi termasuk sikap menghakimi ketika bekerjasama dengan keluarga dan masyarakat, sekolah sebagai lingkungan yang tidak bersahabat, asumsi bahwa keluarga dan masyarakat kurang mampu mengenai proses pendidikan, dan kurangnya guru mengenai pelatihan kemitraan. Strategi yang dilakukan yaitu: 1) keterampilan komunikasi antara guru, keluarga dan masyarakat, 2) komitmen bersama untuk melakukan tanggung jawab dan peran dalam kemitraan, dan 3) keterbukaan sekolah mengenai perkembangan belajar anak. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar guru, sekolah, orangtua, dan masyarakat mendapat pemahaman keseluruhan tentang pengembangan komunikasi kemitraan yang dapat berguna bagi pemberlakuan program PAUD HI. Nilai-nilai komunikasi yang dapat diimplementasikan untuk mengembangkan kemitraan yang efektif antara lain pengertian dan penghormatan, keterbukaan, saling percaya, dan komitmen.Kata kunci - Keluarga, Kemitraan, Masyarakat, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

The 7Ps of education Marketing Mix is an educational marketing mix that can directly promote an educational institution consisting of its components, namely Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Environment components. The purpose of the study is to describe the implementation of marketing using the 7Ps Education Marketing Mix in early childhood education institutions. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used as an approach in this research. Some data were collected using the process of observation, interviews, and documentation. Some data which were obtained from the data collection process then checked for correctness, suitability, and reliability through a triangulation process, and triangulation of methods and sources was used in this study. Some data which got from interviews were triangulated with data from documents and observations. In addition, some data from interviews of one respondent were also checked against other respondents and then concluded. The results of the study can be concluded that the marketing strategy for some components of; Product consisted of a history/overview of the institution, vision and mission, curriculum, implementation of learning, learning technology, school culture, student quality, institutional management, and educational programs. In terms of the aspect of price consisted of funding sources, such as costs to improve quality development, student administration, and student fees. The aspect of place consisted of facilities & infrastructure, learning equipment, game equipment, strategic location, school environment, and public transportation. The promotion consisted of print media, electronic media, social media, participating in events, circular letters, and discounts. People consisted of educators & education staff, strategic partners, organizational culture, and excellent service. The process consisted of public services, learning activities, and administrative activities. The physical environment consisted of school assets, buildings, and school facilities. The benefits of using the 7Ps Education Marketing Mix are as follows: the marketing process done by PAUD institution could be achieved with maximum results, simplifying and unifying various marketing activities into one activity so that marketing is easier to do and manage, limited resources could be used as effectively as possible, could divide some appropriate and balanced marketing tasks, could allocate responsibility to each person which based on the tasks and abilities possessed, facilitated the allocation of costs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) problematika pembelajaran yang dihadapi oleh sekolah dasar inklusi dan (2) solusi yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dasar inklusi di Samarinda dalam menghadapi problematika yang terjadi. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif multisistus di tiga sekolah dasar inklusi di Samarinda. Melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil temuan yang peneliti temukan di lapangan adalah (1) Problematika - problematika Sekolah Dasar Inklusi di Samarinda adalah guru dan GPK (Guru Pembimbing Khusus) tidak ada yang berlatarbelakang Pendidikan Luar Biasa (PLB), tidak adanya kerja sama dengan tenaga ahli profesional sepeti psikiater, terapis dan juga dokter anak, guru mengalami kesulitan dalam merancang PPI (Program Pembelajaran Individual), guru masih kesulitan dalam melakukan proses belajar mengajar dikelas inklusi dan ini berdampak pada kesulitan guru dalam memberikan penilaian dan evaluasi pada peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. GPK yang bersertifikasi masih sangat kurang, pelatihan tentang pendidikan inklusi masih sangat kurang, sarana dan prasarana juga masih minim (2) Solusi yang di lakukan oleh sekolah dasar inklusi di Samarinda adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pembelajaran dengan mengikuti beberapa workshop dan pelatihan-pelatihan tentang pendidikan dan pembelajaran inklusi, merekomendasikan tenaga profesional kepada orang tua yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus seperti: psikolog, dokter anak, terapis dan psikiater, dan kepala sekolah bersama guru -guru melakukan diskusi dan sharing dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran inklusi di sekolah.

Abstract

The rapid development in the industrial era has led individuals to acquire skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Vocational High Schools (SMK) are expected to be one of the educational institutions that contribute significantly to providing solutions. The school principal is required to constantly take relevant and aligned steps in response to these conditions. Therefore, this research aims to determine the role of the school principal in shaping students into entrepreneurial generations at SMK Nusantara Mandiri Bontang. This study utilizes a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as observation, documentation, and interviews. The research findings indicate that the school principal plays multiple roles, including educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator. However, there are several obstacles, such as lack of student motivation and creativity, inadequate parental support, difficulties in organizing and being accountable for activities, lack of student cooperation, student unresponsiveness to learning, and student apprenticeship issues. To overcome these obstacles, the solutions include fostering an entrepreneurial spirit through a holistic approach, involving parents and industry speakers, improving information management efficiency, emphasizing industrial work culture, enhancing student discipline through parental involvement, taking innovative steps in education, and creating a conducive environment for the development of students' skills and motivation in the world of works.

Abstract

This study aims to design a WEB-based AIS in quality development. Web-Based Academic Information System is a system that informs online student active reports and web-based education quality improvement to accelerate the quality of information delivery. The menu can only be accessed by students, teachers, and administrators. The research method uses a qualitative approach that describes research based on a philosophical explanation of postpositivism. In addition, this research method was chosen as a tool for conducting more profound observations of natural objects. The procedure for collecting data was obtained from the literature study by taking theory from supporting books and the internet as an additional reference and comparison for library research. Data analysis procedures by developing systems and designing or designing systems for presenting information. This research also requires hardware, software, user interface, input, and output. The results of a study in building this system using DFD tools, Context Diagrams, ERD, Flowcharts, and programming languages PHP, HTML, and MySQL as databases.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial membutuhkan organisasi yang efektif dan memperhatikan perilaku manusia dalam mencapai tujuan bersama. Manusia sering mengalami kesalahan dan kegagalan yang dapat menyebabkan stres atau depresi. Namun, dengan kesadaran akan hakikat kehidupan dan keberadaan akhirat, manusia dapat menemukan makna dan tujuan yang lebih dalam dalam menjalani kehidupan ini. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka. Penelitian yang menggunakan informasi yang disediakan oleh perpustakaan seperti buku, majalah, dokumen dan literatur lainnya dengan Tindakan sebelumnya mengumpulkan dan memilah literatur yang sesuai dengan pembahasan pada artikel ini.Kesimpulan dari pembahasan tersebut adalah bahwa spiritualitas memiliki beragam makna yang tergantung pada budaya, bangsa, dan agama yang ada. Spiritualitas merupakan energi batin yang bersifat rohani atau ruh, tidak terkait dengan dimensi jasmani. Konsep spiritualitas dapat dikelompokkan menjadi tiga bentuk, yaitu yang berorientasi pada Tuhan, yang berfokus pada alam, dan yang bersifat humanistik.

Abstract

Achieving the objectives of Early Childhood Education is needed by an institution that deserves good quality and educational services. Then a quality assessment is needed in the feasibility of conducting education in an education unit called accreditation. The aim of the study was to describe PAUD management based on the National Accreditation Agency Standards in Kutai Kartanegara (Standard Levels of Achievement of Development, Content Standards and Process Standards). The methodology of this research uses qualitative research methods based on postpositivism philosophy or interpretive, naturalistic qualitative research methods whose processes are inductive, the data obtained are qualitative data, which will later be interpreted so that the meaning is understood. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten was considered very Complete for Standard-based administration of the National Accreditation Agency, from 3 (three) standards, namely Standards for Achieving Child Development, Content and Process Standards, almost all documents owned. From the results of this study Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten has run its management management based on PAUD and PNF National Accreditation Standards as it should, from the 3 (three) standards it can be proved the administrative completeness of Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten so that it deserves A level of accreditation given by PAUD and PNF National Accreditation Agency in 2016. It is appropriate for the administration of documents from planning, implementation to evaluation to be carried out continuously not only at any time so that all management of the institution can be carried out professionally with the achievement of the level of development of students who are very good.

Abstract

The research background is to find out the implementation of moral learning developed in the curriculum of Taman Kanak-kanak Al Ihsan Bontang on moral development of children and school competitiveness. The research objective is to describe the effort in the implementation of moral learning of the children at Taman Kanak-kanak Al Ihsan Bontang. The research methodology is using qualitative research method based on post positivism or interpretive philosophy, the naturalistic qualitative research methods that are inductive, the data obtained is qualitative data, which later will be interpreted so that the meaning is understood. The data collection techniques are interview, observation, and documentation. The research result shows that the implementation of moral learning at TK Al Ihsan Bontang has been planned to run properly, curriculum that is compiled until the birth of habituation activities is implemented to the students in daily implementation; such as pray for each other, Friday sharing, queued up in various things, care for each other, etc. make the atmosphere of learning and playing there becomes so good, the children seem to know their respective responsibilities and there is no rough treatment of friends his age, under him or to those who are more mature than his age. The teacher easily organizes the students and almost no students are unruly. Thus the desired achievement will not be difficult to be achieved and guided curriculum on Permendikbud no. 137 and no. 146 Year 2014 with 6 (six) aspects of development, will be easily achieved when the aspects of development to be achieved have been established for the activities that support the habituation so that children are unconsciously easily and with self-awareness applying and carrying out praiseworthy qualities.
