Abstract

The objective of this research was to know influence of supervision, social interest and professional interest to performance of public junior high school teacher in Tanjung Redeb district, Berau regency. The method of this research was correlation method. The responden in this research was all of the public junior high school teacher in Tanjung Redeb district, Berau regency. Data were collecting by using questionnaire, with four instruments such as supervision, social interest, professional interest and performance. Instruments were calibrated by using validity test and of reliability. Item validity was calculated by using correlation coefficient of product moment correlation, while the coefficient of instrument reliability was calculated by using alpha cronbach formula. The result of this research are there are positive relation supervise to teacher performance, there are positive relation social interest with teacher performance, and there are positive Influence interest of professional learn with teacher performance. Fourth of raised hypothesis were accepted, hence teacher performance can be improved through supervision, social interest and professional interest of teacher. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Pedagogic Competence, Attitude on Profession, Work Motivation, on the performance of Islamic Elementary School teachers in Samarinda City. The results stated that: (1) Pedagogic competence has a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (2) Attitudes in the profession have a direct positive effect on teacher performance, (3) Motivation has a direct positive effect on Teacher Performance, (4) Pedagogic competence has a direct positive effect on motivation, (5) Attitudes in the profession have a direct positive effect on motivation. This research was carried out in the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Office of the Ministry of Religion of Samarinda City involving 148 teachers as research samples. Determination of the research sample was done by using random sampling. The research data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using a Likert scale with 5 answer choices and using tests. Data analysis uses path analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, pedagogic competence, attitudes to profession and motivation have a direct positive effect on the performance of Madarsah Ibtidaiyah teachers. Therefore, the research variables can be recommended for the sake of improving the performance of madrasah teachers in Samarinda or other areas at the same level or higher.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To obtain in-depth information about the implementation of character learning conducted in Our Children Preschool (2) To obtain information about the supporting and inhibiting factors Planting the character values in our children Preschool Samarinda. The research approach used is qualitative descriptive. Data collection includes (1) Observation, (2) In-depth interview, (3) Field Records, (4) Documentation. Data analysis techniques used interactive analysis model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, display data, and withdrawal of conclusions / verification. The results showed: (1) Implementation of Learning Values of early childhood characters in our children Preschool is done through daily learning activities in the center and activities supporting the theme of outdoor activity with the strategy approach through exemplary by giving a good example of behavior , the nature and the way of thinking, the method of habituation by way of character plantings that are done regularly and continuously to train the child to have good habits, the method of story, that is by using a story that contains the incident experienced by a person, group, or others, advice by using advice. (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors in learning Implementation Early Childhood Character Values in Our Children Preschool Samarinda, among others, from parents, students and educators.Keywords: Character Values, Learning, Early Childhood

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran bahasa anak usia 5-6 tahun melalui bermain di TK Anggrek Permai Balikpapan. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang menggunakan 4 tahapan, yaitu: (1) tahap pra pengembangan, (2) tahap pengembangan awal, (3) tahap pengembangan, (4) tahap penerapan. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian pengembangan ini adalah: (1) desain perangkat pembelajaran pengembangan dibuat mengacu pada kurikulum 2013 dengan memenuhi seluruh komponen yang harus ada dalam setiap perangkat pembelajaran, (2) kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran bahasa anak usia 5 -6 tahun melalui bermain dapat dilihat dari hasil validasi tim ahli atau validator menghasilkan nilai 96,54% dengan kategori hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran sangat layak/valid, didukung oleh respon guru yang positif, sehingga sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran, (3) Kefektifan perangkat pembelajaran bahasa anak usia 5 -6 tahun melalui bermain dapat dilihat dari data hasil uji coba lapangan, dimana terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak sesuai dengan indikator yang diamati. Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method on speaking ability and speaking anxiety of police brigadier students at police state school of East Kalimantan Regional Police. The research has been conducted through true experimental research design. The result of this research revealed that Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) method affected speaking ability and speaking anxiety of the students at Police State School of East Kalimantan Regional Police in academic year 2021/2022. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) of this study was accepted because the result of analysis used MANOVA showed the p value of speaking ability was less than 0,05 which is 0.000 and for the value speaking anxiety was 0.000 < 0,05. It can be concluded that the CLT method gave the significant effect on the students, speaking ability and the CLT method also reduced students’ speaking anxiety.

Abstract

Tujuan dari dilakukannya penilitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak dari pemberian pola asuh, perbedaan karakter dan perilaku anak yang ditemukan, nilai karakter apa yang diberikan atau didapat serta akibat apa yang diperoleh dari pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua anak. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini ialah menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terencana yaitu pewawancara menyiapkan pedoman wawancara dan melakukan observasi secara langsung. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh orang tua anak yaitu pola asuh demokratis dan pola asuh permisif. Pada anak kembar subyek pertama peneliti menemukan bahwa orang tua sang anak menerapkan pola asuh demokratis yaitu adanya musyawarah di dalam keluarga, pengarahan anak dari dan pada anak kembar subyek kedua peneliti menemukan bahwa orang tua sang anak menerapkan pola asuh permisif yaitu memberikan kebebasan dan keterbukaan pada sang anak serta mengizinkan anak melakukan kegiatan yang ia inginkan. Peneliti juga menemukan kesamaan pada kedua obyek yaitu terdapat sibling rivalry diantara keduanya.

Abstract

Pola Asuh Anak dengan Gangguan Pemusatan Perhatian Hiperaktif. Suatu kondisi perhatian dan hiperaktivitas disebut Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Anak-anak dengan ADHD berjuang untuk mempertahankan kendali diri, kesulitan memusatkan perhatian atau memperhatikan, dan menunjukkan perilaku hiperaktif dan impulsif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana pola asuh dari anak ADHD dari dua subjek yang dilihat dari segi lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan rumah, serta cara penanganan terhadap anak ADHD. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif. Adapun analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola asuh yang diberikan orang tua kepada anak gangguan ADHD sangat berpengaruh terhadap semua aspek perkembangan anak. Hal ini karena pola asuh yang kebanyakan diterapkan oleh orang tua ialah pola asuh otoriter dan permisif. Dengan begitu orang tua sehendaknya dapat menerapkan pola asuh demokratis terhadap anak sehingga dapat mengetahui segala perkembangan anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this research were to know:quality management of lecturer in Caturdharma of Higher Education and find new concept of lecturer qualitymanagement.The study used a qualitative approach with case study type. Data were collected through participantobservation,in-depth interviews,and documentation.The research instrument is the researcher himself.The key person were the Chairman,Vice Chairman, and Stikes lecturer. Data were analyzed using Miles,Huberman,&Saldana model. Validity of data through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. As the result of this research about the quality management lectures were:(1)learning area is fulfilled if according to planning, implementation and supervision standard;(2)the field of study is determined by eight standards;(3) the field of Community Service is determined by eight standards;(4)the field of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan is determined by the introduction, appreciation, and practice of the Qur'an,Hadith, and Ra'yu;Amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, and live Muhammadiyah, do not seek livelihood in Muhammadiyah.(5)A new concept of lecturer quality management is nine steps

Abstract

Education is a government effort to educate the people of Indonesia, as mandated in the opening of the Constitution 1945, Human resources education is an important factor for the success of an education that must be managed with the most, because with the management of human resources education this educational institution can produce quality graduatesto realize the quality of the college graduates are required a qualified HR lecturer through the management of human resources in the University of Kutai Kartanegara. Human Resource Management (MSDM) is managing recruitment, selection, awarding, efforts to maintain assessment and promotion of personnel to gain the welfare or sanction of the institutions. The research objectives are: (1) to describe the mechanism of HR recruitment. 2 To describe the efforts to increase HR capability. (3) to describe the HR career level. (4) to describe the welfare of human resources. (5) to describe the process of termination or termination of human resources at Kutai Kartanegara University. This method of research uses a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted with; Interviews, observations, photography, and documentation. Data was analyzed by the interactive model Milles Huberman (1994), namely; Data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion. Data validity checks are conducted to test credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study found (1) Therecruitment of resources lecturer in education and teaching is determined by the quality of lecturers. (2) Improving the resource capability of lecturers measured through performance. 3 Career Enhancement lecturer conducted with the implementation of college followers (4) Lecturers get guaranteed income, based on the performance report of lecturers (5) dismissal and sanctions system and award based monitoring, performance of lecturers using a written record system.

Abstract

To face of an increasingly strong and competitive Globalization Era, implementing MMT at schools is very important for the long-term success of school organizations and is a source of excellence in order to create performance and productivity towards achieving continuous Quality Management. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the application of MMT at Samarinda State Vocational High School in an effort to improve school quality management, (2) the level of achievement of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at Samarinda State Vocational School in an effort to improve school quality management, (3) which was an obstacle to Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at Samarinda State Vocational High School in an effort to improve school quality management. This study uses a qualitative descriptive design. The interview guide is used to explore information about the application, level of achievement and factors that become obstacles to Integrated Quality Management (MMT) at SMK Negeri 7 Samarinda. The results showed that: (1) the application of MMT to Samarinda State Vocational High School seven had been implemented and went well, (2) the level of achievement of MMT at Vocational High School seven had shown good results with increasing students, increasing educator HR, good quality of facilities and infrastructure, as well as a conducive work and learning environment, (3) Factors that become obstacles to the application of MMT to Vocational High School seven are the use of technology that is not maximized for some teachers, there are still some internal parties lacking commitment in quality assurance, learning methods, and lack of discipline of teachers in teaching. It can be concluded that the results of the research on the implementation of MMT in Samarinda State Vocational High School 7 Kalimantan through the implementation of MMT found an increase in performance and school quality assurance.
