Abstract

Abstrak Artikel ini menganalisis mengenai teori permintaam dan penawaran secara konvensional dan islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan evaluasi mendalam melalui metode pengumpulan data sekunder, termasuk penelitian pustaka dan pencarian internet. Data diperoleh dari jurnal dan artikel yang berfokus pada Permintaan dan Penawaran Secara Konvensional dan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Permintaan dan Penawaran Secara Konvensional dan Islam relatif sama. Permintaan dan penawaran konvensional lebih didominasi oleh nilai-nilai kepuasan (interest) atau tidak mempertimbangkan aturan-aturan seperti tujuan dikonsumsi, manfaat dan kegunaan barang/jasa tersebut, sedangkan islam mempertimbangkan hal tersebut. Konvensional menilai bahwa egoisme merupakan nilai yang konsisten dalam mempengaruhi seluruh aktivitas manusia dalam barang/jasa, sedangkan islam menilai bahwa suatu komoditi tidak semuanya bisa untuk dikonsumsi atau digunakan, yang dibedakan hanyalah antara yang halal dan haram yaitu batasan-batasan untuk berperilaku ekonomi islam yang sesuai dengan syariah (Al Qur’an dan As-Sunnah) Kata Kunci : Permintaan, Penawaran, Kurva   Abstrack This article analyzes the conventional and Islamic theory of demand and supply. This research uses in-depth evaluation through secondary data collection methods, including library research and internet searches. Data obtained from journals and articles that focus on Conventional and Islamic Demand and Supply. The research results show that Conventional and Islamic Demand and Supply are relatively the same. Conventional demand and supply is dominated by satisfaction values ​​(interest) or does not take into account rules such as the purpose of consumption, benefits and uses of the goods/services, whereas Islam considers this. Conventionalism considers that egoism is a consistent value in influencing all human activities in goods/services, while Islam considers that not all commodities can be consumed or used, the only difference is between what is halal and haram or the limits for appropriate Islamic economic behavior. with sharia (Al Qur'an and As-Sunnah) Keywords: Demand, Supply, Curve

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang Peran Dinas Pariwisata terhadap Pengembangan Wisata Halal di Kabupaten Gowa. Pokok masalah penelitian yaitu 1. Bagaimanakah peran Dinas Pariwisata dan Dinas Kebudayaan terhadap pengembangan wisata halal di kabupaten Gowa? 2. Bagaimana faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengembangan parawisata halal di Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Peran Dinas Pariwisata dan Dinas Kebudayaan terhadap pengembangan wisata halal di Kabupaten Gowa diantaranya: a) Motivator b) Fasilitator, c) Dinamisator Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengembangan parawisata halal di Kabupaten Gowa. Faktor Pendukung meliputi a) Pentahelix Pariwisata, b) Peran Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) dan c) Fasilitas beribadah umat muslim yang lengkap 2) Faktor Penghambat meliputi a) Kurangnya anggaran dana, b) Infastruktur yang tidak memadai, c) Keterbatasan lahan parkir khususnya di daerah dataran tinggi dan d) Transportasi ke tempat wisata belum ada, e) Medical center (pusat layanan kesehatan) belum memadai.

Abstract

The factor that influences the level of success of an organization is the performance of its employees. The research aims to describe the influence of work ethic and infrastructure on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable at BAZNAS Takalar Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach, using primary data, namely taking data from distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique in this research is a saturated sampling technique so the number of samples used is 100 people. The data analysis technique in this research uses (SEM) structural equation modeling using the help of SmartPLS to be able to solve the problem formulation and hypotheses that have been formulated in this research and is used to test the relationship between variables. The results of the research show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, infrastructure has no effect on motivation, there is There is an indirect influence between work ethic on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable, and there is no indirect influence between infrastructure and facilities on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at BAZNAS Takalar Regency. The implication of this research is that for BAZNAS Takalar Regency, it can improve employee performance by developing and strengthening the work ethic among employees. As well as, optimizing infrastructure to increase employee comfort and work efficiency.

Abstract

The development of digital technology, especially fintech payments, has significantly changed people's consumption behavior, especially among millennials and Gen-Z. This phenomenon is characterized by the increasing use of digital payment platforms such as e-wallets and mobile banking, which provide ease and convenience in transactions. The rapid growth of fintech payments can potentially affect the consumption patterns and financial management of the younger generation, so it is important to study it more deeply. This study aims to analyze the implications of the use of fintech payments on the consumptive behavior of the millennial and Gen-Z generations. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through the dissemination of questionnaires with the help of social media. The main findings revealed ease of use, usefulness, and external factors (social environment, technological innovation, and digital capabilities). Fintech payments have a dual impact on the consumptive behavior of millennials and Gen-Z. While this technology offers unprecedented convenience and efficiency, fintech payments also have the potential to encourage consumptive behavior. In the future, it is necessary to increase financial literacy and understanding of Islamic consumption principles, so that consumptive behavior can be overcome and controlled at reasonable and safe limits.

Abstract

Teknologi blockchain telah muncul sebagai alat transformasi dalam tata kelola zakat dan wakaf, mengatasi berbagai masalah yang telah lama ada seperti transparansi, efisiensi, dan kepercayaan publik. Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi blockchain dalam pengelolaan zakat dan wakaf di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada penerapannya oleh Baitul Maal Hidayatullah (BMH), salah satu Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional yang mempelopori penggunaan teknologi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana blockchain dapat merevolusi tata kelola filantropi Islam, meningkatkan kepercayaan dan akuntabilitas sambil tetap sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dan tinjauan literatur untuk menganalisis dampak blockchain terhadap transparansi operasional, pelacakan transaksi, dan kepercayaan muzakki. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa blockchain secara signifikan meningkatkan pemantauan real-time, pencatatan transaksi yang aman, serta kepercayaan publik terhadap sistem pengelolaan zakat. Selain itu, lembaga yang memanfaatkan blockchain melaporkan peningkatan efisiensi operasional dan keterlibatan para pemangku kepentingan, terutama dalam mempercepat distribusi dana yang akuntabel. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa blockchain memiliki potensi besar untuk memodernisasi pengelolaan zakat dan wakaf. Namun, tantangan dalam literasi teknologi dan integrasi antar-lembaga masih perlu diatasi. Disarankan agar lembaga zakat bekerja sama dengan pengembang blockchain untuk menyempurnakan aplikasi teknologi ini dan memperluas manfaatnya. Penelitian ini menyoroti blockchain sebagai inovasi krusial dalam filantropi Islam, memperkuat relevansinya secara global dan memastikan dampak sosial-ekonomi yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

The current business trading pattern is very common especially in traditional markets as we know that E-Commerce is one of the platforms for selling and marketing products but in the use of E-Commerce, of course, it has positive and negative impacts on its use as is the case in the traditional Butung Market in Makassar city. In the problems that occur, the problem formulated in this study is how the mechanism of using E-Commerce by Muslim traders in the Butung market in Makassar city based on Islamic economic perspectives and how the impact of E-Commerce on the business development of Muslim traders in the Butung market in Makassar city. The purpose of this research is to find out how the mechanism of using E-Commerce by Muslim traders in the butung market of Makassar city if seen from the perspective of Islamic economics and to find out how the impact of business development from the use of E-Commerce on Muslim traders in the butung market of Makassar city. The results of this study indicate that 3 of the informants who have been interviewed have a positive impact on the use of E-Commerce in this case helping to increase sales and 2 of the informants make E-Commerce a challenge due to limited facilities and infrastructure in the use of E-Commerce.

Abstract

This study explores the role of halal certificates in increasing consumer confidence in food industry products in Indonesia. In a Muslim society and a global market that is increasingly aware of religious ethics and values, halal certificates are not only proof of halalness, but also serve as a signal of quality, safety and integrity of the producer. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature study, by reviewing scientific articles, books, official reports, and relevant documents related to halal and consumer behavior. The results of the analysis show that halal certificates have three main roles: (1) as a credibility signal to reduce information asymmetry between producers and consumers; (2) as an instrument to reduce risk perceptions of ingredients, processes, and production ethics; and (3) as a brand communication medium that builds emotional attachment and social value. Consumers, especially millennials and Gen Z, demand halalness accompanied by transparency and education in the certification process. Halal certificates also strengthen product competitiveness in the global market, reflecting a religious lifestyle while being modern and sustainable. Therefore, industry players need to make halal certification a comprehensive brand strategy, while regulators such as BPJPH must continue to improve the transparency and effectiveness of the system.

Abstract

Poverty remains a major challenge to economic development in Indonesia, including in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. One instrument believed to provide a solution to this problem is zakat, particularly productive zakat. This study aims to analyze the role of productive zakat in poverty alleviation through the CIBEST Model approach at the National Aznas (BAZNAS) in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. The CIBEST Model offers a comprehensive approach that measures poverty not only from a material perspective but also from a spiritual perspective.The results of the study indicate that the poverty level and welfare of mustahiq (recipients) in BAZNAS Kendari City experienced significant changes after the implementation of productive zakat. Based on the CIBEST Model approach, there was an increase in material and spiritual welfare among beneficiaries, with the welfare category of Quadrant I increasing from 5 to 8 households. Quadrant II, the material poverty category, decreased from 5 to 2 households. Meanwhile, no households fell into the spiritual and absolute poverty categories after receiving productive zakat. However, the implementation of productive zakat has not been fully effective, with 2 out of 10 informants still classified as poor due to business location and health conditions. Nevertheless, their spiritual aspects showed positive development. BAZNAS needs to strengthen training, mentoring, and business supervision, although limited human resources remain a barrier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem bagi hasil pendapatan antara driver dan perusahaan aplikasi Gojek dalam sistem transportasi berbasis aplikasi online, serta menilai kesesuaiannya dengan akad dan prinsip dalam sistem ekonomi Islam. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini mencakup bagaimana sistem bagi hasil diterapkan antara driver dan perusahaan, serta apakah sistem tersebut sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Data primer diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara driver dan perusahaan aplikasi Gojek bukan merupakan hubungan kerja konvensional antara pemberi kerja dan karyawan, melainkan bentuk kemitraan yang dilandasi oleh kesepakatan bersama. Dalam perspektif fikih ekonomi Islam, pola kerja sama ini dapat dikategorikan sebagai akad syirkah (kemitraan usaha) atau akad ijarah (sewa-menyewa), tergantung pada bentuk perjanjian dan implementasi kerjasamanya. Dengan demikian, sistem bagi hasil yang diterapkan oleh Gojek dapat dikaji lebih lanjut untuk memastikan kesesuaiannya dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, seperti keadilan, kesepakatan bersama, serta transparansi dalam pembagian hasil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan secara ilmiah faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan nasabah dalam memilih kedua jenis layanan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam preferensi nasabah. Nasabah pegadaian syariah lebih mempertimbangkan aspek religius, seperti kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syariah, akad bebas riba, transparansi, dan keadilan. Mereka merasa nilai taksiran barang lebih adil karena dinilai berdasarkan prinsip musyawarah dan mendekati harga pasar. Sebaliknya, nasabah pegadaian konvensional lebih fokus pada kecepatan pelayanan, kemudahan prosedur, dan kenyamanan proses, meskipun nilai taksiran barang sering kali lebih rendah. Kedua jenis pegadaian memiliki kesamaan dalam hal aksesibilitas dan kemudahan proses awal. Namun, pegadaian syariah menekankan nilai-nilai etika dan kejujuran dalam transaksi, sedangkan pegadaian konvensional lebih bersifat praktis. Komparasi ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan prinsip dan nilai menjadi pembeda utama dalam keputusan nasabah. Secara ilmiah, hal ini dapat dijelaskan melalui pendekatan sosiologis dan ekonomi perilaku, di mana latar belakang budaya, religiusitas, dan tujuan finansial memengaruhi pilihan layanan. Oleh karena itu, setiap penyelenggara pegadaian perlu menyesuaikan strategi pelayanan mereka agar sesuai dengan preferensi dan kebutuhan masing-masing segmen nasabah.
