Personal identification has become one of the most important terms in our society regarding access control, crime and forensic identification, banking and also computer system. The fingerprint is the most used biometric feature caused by its unique, universality and stability. The fingerprint is widely used as a security feature for forensic recognition, building access, automatic teller machine (ATM) authentication or payment. Fingerprint recognition could be grouped in two various forms, verification and identification. Verification compares one on one fingerprint data. Identification is matching input fingerprint with data that saved in the database. In this paper, we measure the performance of the memetic algorithm to process the image fingerprints dataset. Before we run this algorithm, we divide our fingerprints into four groups according to its characteristics and make 15 specimens of data, do four partial tests and at the last of work we measure all computation time.

The fingerprint is one kind of biometric. This biometric unique data have to be processed well and secure. The problem gets more complicated as data grows. This work is conducted to process image fingerprint data with a memetic algorithm, a simple and reliable algorithm. In order to achieve the best result, we run this algorithm in a parallel environment by utilizing a multi-thread feature of the processor. We propose a high-performance computing memetic algorithm (HPCMA) to process a 7200 image fingerprint dataset which is divided into fifteen specimens based on its characteristics based on the image specification to get the detail of each image. A combination of each specimen generates a new data variation. This algorithm runs in two different operating systems, Windows 7 and Windows 10 then we measure the influence of data size on processing time, speed up, and efficiency of HPCMA with simple linear regression. The result shows data size is very influencing to processing time more than 90%, to speed up more than 30%, and to efficiency more than 19%.

Badan ekonomi kreatif (BEKRAF) adalah badan yang menangani ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia yang dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi kreatif nasional. Kepala BEKRAF mengungkapkan bahwa salah satu prioritas sector ekonomi kreatif yang akan dikembangkan adalah game. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah game pembelajaran High Performance Computing atau HPC dengan pendekatan Case-based Reasoning (CBR). CBR merupakan metode untuk menyelesaikan masalah baru dengan membandingkan solusi dari masalah yang sama pada masa lampau. Tahapan metode penelitian ini diantaranya analisis, perancangan game (merancang game play), fitur game, dan elemen-elemen lain yang akan digunakan dalam game, perancangan system (merancang system game dengan UML), perancangan tampilan pengguna (User Interface), implementasi (berupa produk game).

Perkembangan pengguna internet Indonesia yang semakin meningkat tiap tahun membuat fungsi mesin pencari sebagai alat utama untuk mencari informasi di internet oleh pengguna internet. Informasi keimigrasian pada search engine result pages (SERP) didominasi oleh situs web non-pemerintah yang infonya tidak resmi, kurang update dan semua orang bisa membuat situs web. Pengelola situs web pemerintah banyak yang tidak terlalu memperdulikan peringkat situs web dikarenakan kepercayaan bahwa situs web pemerintah akan selalu mendapatkan peringkat pada mesin pencari tanpa harus mengikuti pedoman dan algoritma hasil pencarian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peringkat situs web Imigrasi Wonosobo pada Google Penelusuran serta melakukan implementasi metode search engine optimization (SEO) dan mengetahui perbedaan peringkat situs web Imigrasi Wonosobo pada Google Penelusuran sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan SEO. Penelitian menggunakan metode implementasi SEO dengan planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing dan maintenance. Implementasi SEO mampu meningkatkan peringkat dari situs web Imigrasi Wonosobo yaitu https://kanimwonosobo.kemenkumham.go.id/, meningkatkan nilai audit SEO pada Semrush dan Ahrefs serta meningkatkan jumlah pengguna, sesi dan tayangan halaman situs web.

Immigration Polytechnic Library is a knowledge resource for the academic community of Immigration Polytechnic. In carrying out the work process, the Immigration Polytechniclibrary uses a conventional librarysystem. Nevertheless, in its implementation, there are some shortcomings. Suchas the book’s physical condition that is easily damaged, the limited number of books with the same title, and the inhibition of members to borrow books directly due to the distance or due to covid-19 pandemic. This research aims to find out the Immigration Polytechnic Library business process current condition and give the illustration about the planningof Immigration Polytechnic Digital Libraryweb-based. This research needs to be carried out since it’s able to help solve the problem that occur in the work process of Immigration Polytechnic Library and as a contribution to Immigration Polytechnic by giving an innovation in the form of digital library application web-based. The design of the application uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) method. The result of this study is a prototype of a website-based digital library application that later can be applied and used by Immigration Polytechnic.

The Immigration Office Class II Non-TPI Depok is an Immigration Technical Implementation Unit that has a fairly wide work area coverage. This is certainly a challenge for the Depok Immigration Office in carrying out supervision and services for foreigners living in its working area. The increasing use of cellular telephones in the world must be utilized by the Depok Immigration Office in using cellular telephones to carry out supervision and service to foreigners living in its working area. One system that can take advantage of the use of cellular phones is the SMS Gateway system which can be used as a notification system to foreigners regarding the validity period of their residence permit. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the SMS Gateway system for notification of foreigners' residence permits is useful and important at the Depok Immigration Office, as well as explaining how it is implemented. In making the system, the author uses a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle which aims to make the system can be made with clear stages and the system can be made well. The results of this study are the SMS Gateway system for foreigner notification which is used as a reminder of the validity period of the foreigner's residence permit.

1st Class Cirebon Immigration Office have developed various information systems to support the immigration services in the region. The problem arise from having various information systems is the possibility of data redundancy, ineffective, and duplicated data during the interdivisional data input process. Dependency of interdivisional data in immigration service demand the immigration office to create the data integration system, integration data means data from each divisions will be integrated/collected in one integrated database based on one time entry data process. This research aims to develop an innovation of interdivisional data integration design at 1st Class Cirebon Immigration Office. Data integration aims to increase the service effectiveness by reduce the data entry volume in the service process and increase data validity. The data is taken by descriptive qualitative method, and integration system designed using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. In this project “Inter- Division Data Integration Apps in the 1st Class Cirebon Immigration Office” the web-based application has been successfully created. The one time entry data-concept connected each divisions menu on the application and integrated one another by the real-time, this application will surely simplify and accelerate the inter-division data recapitulation process especially for the monthly- report making process. This web-based application can make the working flow more efficient, effective, can reduce the data redundance, and increase the validity of data.

The conventional method used for queuing services for Indonesian passport BAP is no longer relevant to these circumstances and the covid-19 pandemic and has not been able to answer future immigration challenges. The current queuing system is that applicants must come to the immigration office for scheduling processing and then be recorded by manual book officer queue. The Online Queue System for Indonesian Passport BAP can be a solution to help current problems and answer future challenges. The online queuing system that will be implemented can be processed through a queuing system link that can be posted on the social media of the Bekasi immigration office. The online queuing system cycle method used by the author in this online queuing system is a waterfall method where each stage must be completed before entering the next phase. Starting from analyzing system requirements, system design, system implementation, system testing, and system implementation and maintenance. The result of the process is that the online queuing system for Indonesian passport BAP has gone through each stage well so that the online queuing system is feasible to implement. The online queuing system is expected to help the intelligence section and prosecution of the Bekasi immigration office provide convenience for applicants and is very effective with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic conditions and responds to future service challenges.

This article discusses the challenges that users may face when using the M-Paspor application, which replaces the Online Passport Services (APAPO) application. In the evolving digital era, the M-Paspor application offers more complex features and functions, which can be a hurdle for individuals who are not familiar with technology or have limited understanding of the passport issuance process. The article also summarizes the community service activities conducted by the community service team from Politeknik Imigrasi in collaboration with the Class II Wonosobo Immigration Office to socialize the M-Paspor application. Through these activities, the team provides a better understanding of the application's usage and the electronic passport issuance process. The implementation methods include preparation, execution, and evaluation. The article emphasizes the importance of clear support and guidance in the development of the M-Paspor application to ensure accessibility and effectiveness for users who are less tech-savvy.

Information technology utilization is increasing rapidly and massive, it falls within the realm of Immigration. Information technology has become one of the solutions to improve the performance index of Indonesian Immigration. Its utilization is not only at the immigration border but also at the Immigration Office, for example at the Immigration Office of Kediri. Data mining technology is utilized in finding and making a pattern of permit residence in its jurisdiction. We found the optimal cluster is 3. It is based on the Davies Bouldin index (DBI) that we got 0.184. There is a similarity between Cluster 1 and Cluster 3, but we found that the difference between Cluster 1 and Cluster 3 is in Cluster 1 foreigners stay in Kediri city and Kediri regency, as for Cluster 3 foreigners stay in Jombang regency, Nganjuk, etc.
