Abstract

In this research, we will discuss the use of the Random Forest algorithm in classifying wine quality using Min-Max normalization. The data obtained will be subjected to data preprocessing and data normalization using Min-Max Normalization which is then applied to the Random Forest algorithm. This algorithm was chosen because it can provide good accuracy for the classification process. Data normalization and preprocessing are needed to produce a classification model with better accuracy. Min-Max normalization is used because it can improve the performance of the Random Forest algorithm in increasing accuracy. Keywords: Random Forest, Min-Max Normalization, Accuracy

Abstract

This study aims to apply User Centered Design in the development of user interface design and user experience on the HaiDoc website. In website development, user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design is a very important initial stage in website creation. Then this UI/UX will provide an initial overview of a system that is created and provide an image for users to use and interact on this website. The UI/UX is designed on this website using a user centered design (UCD) approach. In user-centered design, there are 4 (four) stages in the UI/UX approach: analysis, planning, implementation, and testing. Users will be involved in evaluating the designs made, so the designs formed are expected to be by the users' wishes.

Abstract

Bali Island, also known as the Island of the Gods, is a popular tourist destination for those who want to enjoy its breathtaking natural beauty. However, many tourists face difficulties in finding authentic Balinese souvenirs to bring back home. To address this issue, a system is needed to assist tourists in easily and quickly finding information about unique Balinese souvenirs using ontology, a semantic web knowledge base. The semantic web is a website development approach aimed at automation and understanding the meaning and relationships of data, resulting in a web experience tailored to visitors' preferences. This research aims to develop an ontology model to be used in the domain of Balinese souvenirs. The ontology design is developed using the Protégé application, where the ontology model is structured with hierarchical classes, slots, properties, and other elements. It is expected that this ontology model will provide information related to semantic web-based application metadata pertaining to Balinese souvenirs. Abstract

As technology advances in the world of education, information about campuses becomes very important. Searching for information that is fast, precise, and easy is needed for prospective students, university students, other campus residents, and the public. Chatbots are the solution of choice because of their popularity. The use of chatbots is useful in finding information about campuses quickly and easily, where users no longer need to browse every website or go to campus officials to find out information. This chatbot can provide basic information about the services provided by the campus, information on study programs, faculties, and even campus officials. Abstract

Advancements in technology have shifted market activities towards e-commerce, resulting in a substantial increase in user-generated review data. Buyer reviews, which are comments provided after purchasing products online, serve as valuable feedback for sellers to enhance product quality and aid buyers in making informed decisions. However, manually analyzing a large volume of buyer reviews is time-consuming. To address this issue, sentiment analysis methods can be employed to automatically classify product reviews into positive and negative sentiment classes.. Sentiment analysis was conducted using Multinomial Naive Bayes in this study.. The data used were 400 pieces of data with a division of 80% as training data and 20% as test data. The preprocessing in this study are data cleaning, tokenization, normalization, stopword, and stemming. The feature extraction process is carried out by the Term-Frequency method. . Then the classification process is carried out using the Multinomial Naive Bayes method and tested using the Confusion Matrix method. The final results of this study showed that the Multinomial Naive Bayes method could carry out the product review data classification process well and obtained an accuracy value of 85%, a precision value of 77%, a recall value of 72%, and an f1-score value of 74%. Abstract

Speed performance in Big Data Processing is one of the key aspect of presenting a real-time data for a real-time analysis in various use cases. One of such data is an Event-Data or an Activity Data that is often used for making analysis and business decisions in real-time. This research focuses on analyzing the speed performance of Big Data Processing in the Load stage of Extract, Transform, Load using Micro-Batching. The speed performance is evaluated using Load-Testing with K6 and the configuration of 10 VUs and 10000 data. The Load-Testing results of the speed performance shows that implementing Micro-Batching results in 63.63% faster in performing all the request, 59.03% faster in HTTP Request Duration, and 62% faster in HTTP Request Waiting duration.

Abstract

E-Learning application is one of the media used to conduct adaptive learning. One of the e-learning applications that is widely used is Zenius. To know the success of an application, sentiment analysis technique is needed. In this research, the data used to perform sentiment analysis is Zenius application user review data taken from Google Play Store with a total of 19892 review data with a score of 1,2,3, and 5. The data is classified using the logistic regression method with two classes of labels, namely positive and negative. The accuracy result obtained using this method is 90% with the classificationresults of positive labeled data as much as 51.17% and negative labeled data as much as 48.83%.
