Abstract

The Prima Mandiri Farmers Group is a business that operates in the field of selling local herbal medicine, including noni herbal medicine, ginger herbal medicine, soursop herbal medicine, white turmeric herbal medicine and ginger herbal medicine. However, based on the results of observations and interviews with business owners, it was stated that the marketing and sales system used by the Prima Mandiri Farmers Group is currently still done manually, that is, buyers must come directly to the business premises to see the various kinds of products available. Of course, with this sales system it will take up consumers' time to obtain information easily and accurately. So, an Android-based application will be designed to help sellers promote products and make it easier for customers to order local herbal medicine based on Android. This M-Commerce application is named Jamlok Shop (Local Jamu Shop). The method used in building this application is the waterfall method, the name of this model is actually "Linear Sequential Model" where this describes a systematic and sequential or gradual approach, which must start from the initial design stage to the final stage. software development.

Abstract

Kefamenanu City is located in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, precisely in North Central Timor Regency, this city borders land directly with the State of Timor Leste. The population density level in Kefamenanu city is relatively lower when compared to other regions in NTT, but by looking at the fact that most of the area is dominated by dry land and the increase in population growth rate that always increases every year, then in terms of providing land for housing locations will be a challenge for the TTU Regency Government. Determining the location of houses requires consideration of various aspects such as water availability, disaster vulnerability, public facilities, distance from trade centers, road conditions, transportation facilities, and land prices. This research aims to develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) that provides information related to disaster-prone areas and is equipped with a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. SAW method is used to help people in choosing housing locations based on the criteria they have. The results show that this system is effective in providing information and supporting decision making on housing locations that are safer and more comfortable, and can minimize potential disasters. In conclusion, the proposed system can be a valuable tool for local governments and communities in planning housing development in disaster-prone areas.

Abstract

The priority problem experienced by partners or training participants is difficulty in using web-based technology to support technology-based learning at school and at home. The use of web technology such as WordPress access, cloud ID, and user com and its use in technology-based learning is not yet well known. The activity began with a focus group discussion to listen to teachers' statements about technology-based learning in the Kefamenanu 1 State Vocational School environment. After the FGD activities were carried out, it was continued with socialization regarding program introductions, technology-based learning materials, and introduction to the web. This section socializes technology-based learning models in general and the use of web media in particular. The web-based learning tool intended is the use of the Google site as a media data bank and learning tool. Based on the results of the implementation of service activities carried out with the service team at Kefamenanu 1 State Vocational School, various achievements were successfully achieved. This achievement is increasing partner empowerment through comparing descriptions of test results/knowledge scores before and after implementing activities.

Abstract

Selecting the right type of wood is a crucial factor in the furniture industry to produce strong, durable, and quality products. Lack of knowledge in determining the best type of wood often causes furniture production to be less than optimal. This study aims to build a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) that helps furniture entrepreneurs in North Central Timor Regency in selecting the best type of wood using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The criteria used in the selection process are the physical properties of wood, wood durability, wood mechanical properties, wood diameter, and wood texture. The wood alternatives evaluated include mahogany, acacia, angsana, and white teak. The results showed that mahogany obtained the highest value with a score of 0.691, so it is recommended as the best choice. This system is expected to be an effective tool for furniture entrepreneurs in making decisions more systematically and objectively.

Abstract

Abstrak - Rumah sewa adalah bangunan yang berfungsi sebagai rumah tinggal dan dipakai atau dimanfaatkan dengan membayar uang sewa di mana di dalamnya ada persetujuan antara pihak yang menyediakan dengan pihak penyedia. Pihak yang menyediakan tadi menyerahkan barang kepada pihak penyedia untuk dinikmati sepenuhnya.  Rumah sewa menjadi salah satu pilihan bagi kalangan mahasiswa, pekerja dan pelajar yang dapat mengoptimalkan perjalanan yang jauh dari  rumah, tempat kerja, sekolah dan kampus.  Ada beberapa kendala yang menjadi masalah ketika seorang penyewa mencari rumah sewa, salah satunya adalah proses pencarian lokasi rumah sewa, ketersediaan rumah sewa dan beberapa fasilitas rumah sewa, kesulitan mencari informasi rumah sewa tersebut menyebabkan pencari rumah sewa harus melakukan survey langsung ke lokasi untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang rumah sewa seperti ketersediaan rumah sewa, harga rumah sewa, fasilitas rumah sewa dan melakukan pemesanan secara langsung. Adapun kendala lain yang dihadapi pemilik kontrakan yaitu dalam melakukan pengelolaan data rumah sewa seperti fasilitas kamar, lokasi rumah sewa dan data penghuni rumah sewa yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka penulis bermaksud untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi penyewaan rumah kontrakan di Kota Kefamenanu berbasis android menggunakan metode prototype.  Metode prototype memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu mendengarkan pelanggan, membangun dan memperbaiki prototype, dan pengujian prototype. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan  menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi penyewaan rumah kontrakan berbasis android yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pengolahan data penyewa.Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Penyewaan Rumah Kontrakan, Prototype, Android  Abstract - A rental house is a building that functions as a residence and is used or utilized by paying rent where there is an agreement between the party providing it and the provider. The party providing it hands over the goods to the provider for full enjoyment.  Rental housing is an option for students, workers and students who can optimize long journeys from home, workplace, school and campus.  There are several obstacles that become a problem when a renter is looking for a rental house, one of which is the process of searching for a rental house location, the availability of a rental house and several rental house facilities, the difficulty in finding information about a rental house causes rental house seekers to have to carry out a survey directly to the location to get information about rental houses such as rental house availability, rental house prices, rental house facilities and make reservations directly. Another obstacle faced by rental owners is managing rental house data such as room facilities, rental house location and rental house occupant data, which is still done manually. To overcome this problem, the author intends to create an Android-based house rental application in Kefamenanu City using the prototype method.  The prototype method has several stages, namely listening to customers, building and improving prototypes, and testing prototypes. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the Android-based house rental application is expected to facilitate the process of processing tenant data.Keywords: Application, House Renting, Prototype, Android
