Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to improve work performance through the application of strategic HRM elements and employee performance achievements covering efforts to compl ete tasks, understanding task perceptions, output quality, output quantity, work time effectiveness, and career development at the Koperasi Kencana Makmur. Using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis methods. Descriptive analysis was used to det ermine respondents' perceptions of strategic HRM elements and employee performance. Furthermore, relative frequency analysis, average count and maximum and minimum values of variables, indicators and research items were carried out, to measure the relation ship between variables using multiple linear regression analysis. Aims to explain the influence of strategic HRM elements on work performance. Using the population of all permanent employees of the Koperasi Kencana Makmur. Sampling using proportional strat ified random sampling technique, because the population has elements that are not homogeneous and proportional stratified, with a sample of 60 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there are four independent variables, namely: growth and lea rning of all personnel (X4), integration with company strategy (X5), owning and developing collaboration (X8) and the active role of employees in developing the company's business (X9) which have a significant effect on achievement employee work, while the other five variables namely: employees' understanding of external influences (X1), understanding of labor market dynamics and competition (X2), having a long - term focus (X3), having and developing technical capabilities (X6) and owning and developing conc eptual ability (X7) has no significant effect on employee performance. that the variable active role of employees in developing the company's business has a greater regression coefficient of 0.512 than the regression coefficients of other variables. It can be emphasized that the variable active role of employees in developing the company's business has a dominant and positive influence on employee performance in the Koperasi Kencana Makmur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi promosi produk simpanan dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah di BMT Surya Raharja Cabang Panceng. Isu utama yang diangkat adalah bagaimana efektivitas promosi memengaruhi pertumbuhan nasabah pada lembaga keuangan mikro syariah di tengah persaingan lembaga keuangan konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendekatan promosi yang diterapkan BMT Surya Raharja Cabang Panceng, serta mengevaluasi keberhasilannya dalam menjangkau masyarakat secara luas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan analisis data menggunakan perangkat lunak NVivo 12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi promosi terbagi dalam empat kategori utama, yaitu penjualan pribadi, periklanan, publisitas, dan promosi penjualan. Pendekatan grebek, door to door, serta pemanfaatan media sosial terbukti efektif menjangkau berbagai segmen masyarakat. Visualisasi data melalui NVivo memperkuat bahwa penjualan pribadi merupakan strategi dominan, diikuti oleh promosi digital dan insentif langsung. Strategi terpadu ini berhasil meningkatkan jumlah nasabah sebesar 20% dalam lima tahun terakhir. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pendekatan promosi berbasis komunitas sebagai solusi yang relevan bagi koperasi sejenis.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemberdayaan keluarga melalui edukasi kesehatan merupakan langkah penting dalam menciptakan komunitas sehat yang berkelanjutan, khususnya dalam konteks global yang semakin berkembang dan terhubung.Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan keluarga melalui edukasi kesehatan guna memperkuat komunitas sehat global, dengan melibatkan kolaborasi antara Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan, PCIM, dan PCIA Malaysia. Program ini dirancang untuk memberdayakan keluarga dalam hal pengelolaan kesehatan, penerapan pola hidup sehat, serta pencegahan penyakit, dengan fokus pada keluarga anggota PCIM dan PCIA Malaysia. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan adalah workshop interaktif yang melibatkan 35 peserta, di mana evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan 10 pertanyaan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor post-test mencapai 75, jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan skor pre-test yang hanya 45, menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam mengelola kesehatan keluarga, dengan 75% peserta menilai materi sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan keluarga, tetapi juga membuka peluang keberlanjutan program melalui pendampingan berbasis teknologi digital, yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat kapasitas keluarga dan komunitas dalam mengelola kesehatan mereka secara berkelanjutan.Abstract: Family empowerment through health education is an important step in creating sustainable healthy communities, especially in an increasingly growing and connected global context. This activity aims to increase family empowerment through health education to strengthen the global healthy community, by involving collaboration between the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan, PCIM, and PCIA Malaysia. The program is designed to empower families in terms of health management, healthy lifestyle implementation, and disease prevention, with a focus on the families of PCIM and PCIA Malaysia members. The method used in the training was an interactive workshop involving 35 participants, where the evaluation was carried out using 10 pre-test and post-test questions to measure the improvement of participants' understanding of the material taught. The results of the training showed a significant improvement, with the average post-test score reaching 75, much higher than the pre-test score of only 45, demonstrating the effectiveness of the training. In addition, the training also succeeded in improving participants' practical skills in managing family health, with 75% of participants assessing the material to be very appropriate for their needs. In conclusion, this training not only succeeded in improving the quality of family health, but also opened up opportunities for the sustainability of the program through digital technology-based mentoring, which is expected to strengthen the capacity of families and communities in managing their health in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu UMKM di sektor pengolahan hasil laut dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan usaha melalui optimalisasi tata kelola produksi dan manajemen limbah. UMKM di daerah pesisir Indonesia, khususnya dalam pengolahan hasil laut, menghadapi tantangan signifikan terkait keterbatasan teknologi dan pengelolaan bahan baku serta limbah yang tidak efisien. Program ini mengusulkan penerapan teknologi sederhana namun tepat guna, seperti freezer besar, spinner, dan gas deep fryer, yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan mengurangi pemborosan bahan baku serta limbah. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program ini meliputi pendekatan partisipatif yang mencakup sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, implementasi teknologi, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 10 peserta dari UMKM mitra yang berfokus pada penerapan teknologi baru dan peningkatan keterampilan manajerial. Hasil utama menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas produksi harian dari 5-10 kg menjadi 20-25 kg, pengurangan produk cacat dari 15% menjadi 5%, serta efisiensi waktu pengelolaan limbah yang meningkat sebesar 30%. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif terkait pengelolaan bahan baku, produksi, serta dampak lingkungan, yang menunjukkan keberhasilan program dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan keberlanjutan usaha. Program ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDG 8 dan SDG 12 dengan memberdayakan masyarakat pesisir dan meningkatkan daya saing produk melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna dan sistem manajerial berbasis data.Abstract: The purpose of this service program is to assist MSMEs in the marine products processing sector in improving operational efficiency and business sustainability through optimizing production governance and waste management. MSMEs in Indonesia's coastal areas, especially in the processing of seafood, face significant challenges related to technological limitations and inefficient management of raw materials and waste. The program proposes the application of simple but appropriate technologies, such as large freezers, spinners, and gas deep fryers, which are expected to increase production capacity and reduce waste of raw materials and waste. The methods used in the implementation of this program include a participatory approach that includes socialization, technical training, technology implementation, and evaluation. This activity involved 10 participants from partner MSMEs who focused on the application of new technology and improving managerial skills. The main results show an increase in daily production capacity from 5-10 kg to 20-25 kg, a reduction in defective products from 15% to 5%, and an increase in waste management time efficiency by 30%. The evaluation was carried out by collecting qualitative and quantitative data related to raw material management, production, and environmental impact, which showed the success of the program in improving operational efficiency and business sustainability. The program contributes to the achievement of SDG 8 and SDG 12 by empowering coastal communities and increasing product competitiveness through the application of appropriate technologies and data-driven managerial systems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggali dinamika literasi keuangan di Kota Sorong Provinsi Papua Barat Daya, Indonesia, menyandingkan kebiasaan keuangan komunal tradisional dengan munculnya inovasi keuangan digital. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan ketergantungan masyarakat yang mengakar pada praktik-praktik seperti tabungan bersama dan pinjaman informal. Dengan dimulainya era digital, telah terjadi pergeseran penting dalam penggunaan teknologi keuangan (fintech), mampu meningkatkan aksesibilitas, efisiensi, dan layanan keuangan yang inklusiv. Temuan dari Kota Sorong menunjukkan tingkat literasi keuangan yang moderat, dengan keterbukaan umum terhadap produk keuangan tetapi sangat berhati-hati terhadap instrumen keuangan yang kompleks. Penelitian ini menghasilkan informasi tentang peran pentingnya nilai-nilai tradisional dalam membentuk penerimaan terhadap inovasi keuangan dan potensi untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dengan produk keuangan modern sehingga dapat meningkatkan produktifitas, literasi dan inklusi keuangan bagi masyarakat Kota Sorong.

Abstract

Observasi ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) terhadap stabilitas harga saham yang dimoderasi oleh nilai perusahaan dengan objek perusahaan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur (Bank Jatim) periode 2014-2023. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan antara CSR dan GCG terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap stabilitas harga saham serta peran nilai perusahaan dalam memoderasi hubungan tersebut. Observasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode analisis regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS versi 16.0. yang didukungan dengan data sekunder laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan Bank Jatim. Hasil pengujian membuktikan CSR dan GCG terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap stabilitas harga saham. Selain itu, nilai perusahaan tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara CSR dan GCG terhadap stabilitas harga saham. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa aspek-aspek lain di luar variabel penelitian lebih dominan dalam menentukan kestabilan harga saham. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah implementasi CSR dan GCG pada Bank Jatim belum mampu menciptakan stabilitas harga saham yang signifikan di bursa saham. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu menambah wawasan akademis dan memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teori terkait Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Good Corporate Governance (GCG), nilai perusahaan dan stabilitas harga saham, dalam ruang lingkup industri perbankan Indonesia pada penelitian sebelumnya.Kata kunci: Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Nilai Perusahaan, Stabilitas Harga Saham

Abstract

Paying attention to the effectiveness of the role of the Badan Kesawadayaan Masyarakat (BKM) as an entity that was initiated, formed and managed independently by the community through the PNPM-MP program, which later turned into the Kota Tanpa Kumuh (KOTAKU) program. BKM is a forum to accommodate the aspirations and needs of the community in meeting the needs of life from the economic, social and infrastructure aspects of the settlement environment. In building public trust, BKM needs to realize the principles of transparency and accountability in managing the finances spent in realizing its work program. As a form of concrete participation in encouraging the acceleration of the achievement of community welfare through the KOTAKU Program, it is deemed necessary to carry out Community Service which aims to increase the capacity and knowledge of the Secretariat BKM in 17 Kelurahan in the Tuban District, Tuban Regency. The activity begins with a session on delivering theory, practice in preparing financial reports and case studies. Abstract

Background – The Koperasi Merah Putih Program aims to strengthen the people's economy in villages by empowering the community through cooperatives that can create jobs, improve welfare, and reduce dependence on large markets. However, the major challenge faced is the often lack of transparency in the management of cooperatives, as well as the potential misuse of funds that can undermine the program's objectives. This research aims to explore the public's perception of the Koperasi Merah Putih as an instrument of economic empowerment at the village level, as well as assess the challenges faced by cooperatives in achieving their goals. Aim – This study aims to: (1) analyze public perceptions of the role of the Koperasi Merah Putih in strengthening the people's economy, (2) identify challenges in cooperative management, including transparency issues and potential corruption, (3) explore the role of cooperatives in the empowerment of women and marginalized groups, and (4) provide recommendations to improve the effectiveness of cooperatives in the economic empowerment of rural communities. Design / methodology / approach – This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis. The data was obtained from comments on the YouTube platform related to the Koperasi Merah Putih. The comments were selected based on their relevance to the themes of economic empowerment, cooperative management challenges, and transparency. Thematic analysis techniques are used to identify key themes from the collected data. Findings – The findings show that despite many positive expectations for cooperatives, the public is concerned about the potential misuse of funds and non-transparent management. Cooperatives are also expected to be a means of empowering women and marginalized groups, but there are still challenges related to the inadequate capacity of cooperative administrators. Conclusion – The Koperasi Merah Putih has great potential in strengthening the people's economy, but it requires transparent management and training for administrators to ensure its success. Efficient and accountable management will encourage active participation from the community, increase member trust, and ensure that the cooperative's goals can be achieved in a sustainable manner. Research implication – This study suggests the need for a more stringent monitoring system and ongoing training for cooperative managers to increase the effectiveness of these programs. Independent supervision and structured training will ensure transparent, accountable, and supportive management of the cooperative in facing operational challenges and improving managerial skills consistently and professionally.  Limitations – The study was limited to secondary data from YouTube comments, which may not be representative of the views of the entire rural community. Further research with primary data collection methods is needed to dig into a more comprehensive perspective.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengaruh penerapan terhadap produksi Just in Time dan First in First out erhadap kepuasan pelanggan ikan terhadap krispi by Yosiji Brondong Lamongan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 80 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan erhad Purposive sampling sampel memiliki kriteria tertentu. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPPS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) ver 24. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa Just in Time erhadap uh signifikan erhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, First in First out erhadap uh signifikan erhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, Just in Time dan First in First out secara erhada-sama erhadap uh signifikan erhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect in improving the quality of human resources. Students are expected to play a professional and contributory role in the world of education, including as agents of change. The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) launched Kampus Mengajar program which involves students to create interactive and meaningful learning, especially in increasing student literacy and numeracy. SMP Nurul Ummah as a disadvantaged school faces various challenges such as limited teacher human resources, school facilities, internet access and information technology, as well as socio-economic conditions which have an impact on low student learning outcomes. In implementing Kampus Mengajar program there are three implementation phases, namely the pre-assignment phase, assignment phase and post-assignment phase. Overall, the collaborative action plan that was prepared in the pre-assignment phase has been implemented well even though there are several challenges faced. The results of the Kampus Mengajar program show a significant increase in students' literacy and numeracy skills. The application of various learning innovations by students has aroused students' enthusiasm for learning. Thus, Kampus Mengajar program has helped in improving educational standards at SMP Nurul Ummah. Keywords: Transformation; Learning; Kampus Mengajar; Literacy; Numeracy
