Abstract

PTPN VIII is an Indonesian state owned company concentrating in the field of agricultural / plantation. The company is located in West Java province. PTPN VIII had many commodities are grown and cultivated, including tea commodity. IHT PTPN VIII is expected to be able to see and take advantage of this opportunity for the development of tea production enterprises downstream. By because it's an improvement and evaluation of each line of the company should do. Ranging from human resources management, business strategy, finance, marketing, distribution, raw materials and so forth. Especially in terms of raw materials PTPN VIII IHT own advantages in this sector. Raw material supply is guaranteed because it has its own tea garden and the quality of tea used is also an excellent tea products. IHT PTPN VIII should be aware of this potential, especially coupled with increasing as well the tea industry competition IHT PTPN VIII should be better prepared to face competition to reform itself. The purpose of this research is (1) To determine whether the variables of quality of product, price, promotion and service quality partial effect on customer satisfaction Walini tea products in Downstream Tea PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII (2) To determine whether the variables of quality products , pricing, promotion and service quality simultaneous influence on consumer satisfaction Walini tea products in Downstream tea PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VIII. Based on the analysis, the majority of consumers are aged 26-35 years, sex permpuan, working as private employees, Knowing Walini tea product from a friend, itensitas purchase Not too often, the reason to buy a product because of the quality of the product. The quality of the product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3), and quality of service (X4) partially affects consumer kepusan Walini tea in IHT PTPN VIII. This is evidenced by the variable t of product quality is 7.696 with a significant level of 0.000. Then t of the variable price is 2.375 with a significant level of 0,020. Then t of variable sale is 2,715 with a significant level of 0.008 and t of the variable quality of service is 3,387 to 0,001 signifakan level. The above data shows that significant value is generated each independent variable was below 0.05. Factors that affect customer satisfaction Walini tea at Tea Downstream Industry PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII with the most impact is the quality of the product and service quality, then price and finally the sale.

Abstract

Limbah plastik tanpa perlakuan khusus membutuhkan setidaknya lima puluh (50) tahununtuk menjadi terdegradasi. produksi mikroorganisme mungkin memecahkan masalahdalam mendegradasi limbah plastik, khususnya plastik non-daur ulang. Oleh karena itu,produksi limbah biodegradable diharapkan untuk memperoleh manfaat potensial. Metodedalam penelitian ini adalah: - (i) isolasi plastik limbah-mikroorganisme pengurai, (ii)penentuan limbah plastik polietilen terdegradasi, (iii) physiologycal dan tes biokimia padaplastik polietilen-mikroorganisme pengurai, (iv) uji lapangan dan tes produksi. Penelitianini bertujuan: - (1) untuk menghasilkan plastik-mikroorganisme pengurai, (2) untukmemperoleh mikroorganisme potensial dalam mendegradasi plastik. Hasil penelitian dapatdisimpulkan: Jenis mikroorganisme yang dapat mendegradasi plastik Diperoleh sebanyak32 isolat dari hasil isolasi mikroorganisme dari sampah plastik polietilen dari tempatpembuangan akhir sampah Ciputat. Sebanyak 32 isolat tersebut dimurnikan di agar miringuntuk uji selanjutnya' Ditemukan Kekuatan Mikroorganisme Dapat MenghancurkanPlastik. Sebanyak 32 isolat yang berhasil dimurnikan dilakukan uji penentuan degradasiplastik polietilen dengan inkubasi selama 1 bulan, dishaker inkubator pada agitasi 130 rpmdalam kondisi suhu ruang. Bakteri yang paling kuat medegradasi plastik polietilen padakondisi laboratorium selama inkubasi satu bulan adalah isolat 22 TSB dengan persentasedegradasi sebesar 17.9245% dengan memiliki ciri berbentuk batang dan termasuk bakterigram positif serta tidak berspora. Penelitian telah berjalan untuk melakukan uji cobadegradasi sampah organik. Hasil pengamatan sementara uji coba degradasi terhadap daunpoliandra di atas mencapai 99% yang dilakukan di Rumah Kompos UIN Jakarta.Jumlah mikroorganisme yang mendegradasi plastik, jumlah awal ketika akan diinkubasisebanyak 1.07 x 108 setelah inkubasi selama satu bulan jumlah mikroorganismesebanyak 3.08 x 106.

Abstract

The development of science and technology causing the rapid economic sectors and culture also affected. The development in culture sectors also can’t be avoided, one example of the development in this sectors is a lot of fast food are sold in Indonesia. According to the new survey of Master Card (titled Consumer Purchasing Priorities) contained in Suara Pembaharuan 2016, 805 Indonesian’s people prefer to eat on the fast food outlet, in the second rank are food court with 615, and in the third rank are middle class restaurant or cafe with 225. Meanwhile, there is 1% Indonesian’s people who choose to come to restaurant for fine dining. Pizza Hut is the first fast food in Indonesia which serve pizza as a main dish. Consumer’s behaviour is the most to be considered remember all of that company did constituted by the market demands. Purpose of this research are to (1) know the characteristic of Pizza Hut consumer in West Jakarta; (2) know the influence of brand image to decision purchase of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta; (3) know the influence of product quality to decision purchase of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta; (4) know the influence of prices to decision purchase of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta; and (5) know the influence of product diferentiation to purhase decision of Pizza Hut in West Jakarta. Based on result in this research, characteristic of Pizza Hut consumer are consumer with the age range of the 20-30 years, women, with employment status is student or college student, know about pizza hut product from banner or commercial advertisement and buy pizza hut just one time in a month. Result of regression multiple linear analysis are brand image, product quality and product diferentiation are not significant influence to purhase decision of pizza hut in trust rate of 95%. Although of that, prices is significant influence to purchase decision of Pizza Hut product in West Jakarta.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang  dicapai yaitu : (1) Menganalisis saluran pemasaran ikan bandeng yang terjadi di Desa Tambak Sari, Kecamatan Tirtajaya, Kabupaten Karawang, Jawa Barat. (2) Menganalisis efisiensi saluran pemasaran ikan bandeng dengan analisis margin pemasaran, rasio keuntungan dan biaya serta  farmer’sshare. Analisis perilaku pasar digunakan untuk meliput kegiatan yang tercipta diantara lembaga-lembaga pemasaran. Analisis perilaku pasar tersebut meliputi praktek lembaga-lembaga pemasaran. Analisis margin pemasaran digunakan untuk melihat tingkat efisiensi teknis ikan bandeng. Margin pemasaran merupakan perbedaan harga yanga terjadi di tingkat produsen (harga jual) dengan harga ditingkat konsumen (harga beli). Margin pemasaran dihitung berdasarkan hasil pengurangan harga penjualan dengan harga pembelian pada setiap lembaga pemasaran.Hasil penelitian didapatkan adalah 1. Pemasaran ikan bandeng di Desa Tambak Sari, Kecamatan Tirtajaya, Kabupaten Karawang terdapat tiga pola saluran yaitu :Saluran I:Petambak, Pedagang Pengecer, Konsumen. Saluran II:  Petambak,Pedagang Besar, Pedagang Pengecer,Konsumen. Saluran III:  Petambak, Pedagang Pengumpul,Pedagang Besar,Pedagang Pengecer,Konsumen. Efisiensi Pemasaran Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan bahwa saluran pemasaran yang efisien adalah saluran pemasaran (I), menggunakan konsep biaya pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan biaya terendah untuk komoditas ikan bandeng yaitu Rp 1.335 dan B/C Rasio besar yaitu 22,45. Berdasarkan perhitungan efisiensi pemasaran menggunakan konsep mampu mengadakan pembagian yang adil dari keseluruhan harga yang dibayar konsumen terakhir kepada semua pihak yang ikut serta di dalam kegiatan produksi dan pemasaran untuk komoditas ikan bandeng bahwa saluran pemasaran ikan bandeng yang efisien adalah saluran pemasaran (III). Keuntungan yang diterima lembaga pemasaran hampir merata yaitu, keuntungan petambak Rp 4.000, pedagang pengumpul Rp 760, pedagang besar Rp 1.010, Pedagang pengecer Rp 2.920.

Abstract

This research is aimed to determine the effect of growing media composition, the addition different concentration of EM10 fertilizer, and interaction between the composition of the growing media with different concentration of EM10 fertilizer on Zea mays growth and productivity. This research was conducted in Home Composting of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta from June until October 2013. This study used Random Grouped for Factorial Design 2 x 5 wth 3 repetitions. First factor was plant media dose (M), consist of two extents, M1 (compost:soil = 1:1) and M2 (compost:soil = 1:2). The second factor was fertilizer concentration (D), consist of five extents, DO (no fertilizer),D1 (Urea: 0,9 g, SP-36: 0,9 g, KCl: 0,45 g), D2 (10 ml EM10), D3 (15 ml EM10), and D4 (20 ml EM10). The obtained data was analyzed using Analysis of Varians(ANOVA) and Duncan test when there is a significant difference..The result showed plant media (M2) with ratio composition of compost and soil was 1:2 could increase the stem diameter at harvest time. 20 ml concentration of EM10 could increase the stem diameter’s growth (2.29 mm) at harvest time, similarly 15 ml EM10 could increase the cob’s productivity (1.66 cobs). The interaction of composition plant media and fertilizer concentration of EM10 did not influence corn’s growth and productivity.

Abstract

The catfish is a fish that is widely cultivated and consumed in Indonesia. The Catfish growth depand on by the availability of food and water quality. EM4 and EM10 are an example of liquid biofertilizer. The addition of EM4 in the fish pond can help the growth of the fish and maintain of the water quality. While the test of EM10 has not been done on fishery fields. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of EM10 fertilizers on of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus Var. sangkuriang) growth and water quality. This research was conducted in February-March 2014. Research using completely randomized design with 7 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments tested were control (A), EM4 10 ml (B), EM4 20 ml (C), EM4 30 ml (D), EM10 10 ml (E), EM10 20 ml (F), and EM10 30 ml (G ). Analysis of data were using ANOVA followed by Duncan test if there is a real effect (ᾱ = 0.05). EM10 fertilizers at concentration of 20 ml could affect to the specific growth rate on catfish in 7 days maintenance, the concentration of 10 ml at 14 days of villa maintenance and the concentration of 30 ml at 28 days of maintenance. EM10 fertilizers can affect the weight growth of catfish. Fertilizer EM10 can maintain the temperature of the water.

Abstract

Indonesia poultry consumption has increased year by year, with the average positive growth rate of 4.6%. This situation can be a chance for both small and large scales of poultry farmers, considering that poultry consumption is increasing every year. The rate of poultry production in Gunung Sindur was correlated with the amount of the existing poultry farms. Romli Farm was a small scale poultry farm in Gunung Sindur, Bogor. This poultry farm, with no partnership, could independently survive amongst the many other existing farms. However, although the opportunities were wide open, this business was not always viable for the farmers because many of small-scale farmers could not be able either to increase the income or to carry on the business. This research aimed to study the income, financial feasibility (NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, and PP), the BEP of Selling Price, and the BEP of Product in Romli Farm.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2015, Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan memiliki program Desa Pertanian Organik Berbasis Komoditas Perkebunan. Salah satu penerima manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Tani (KT) Girisenang di Desa Cimekar, Kecamatan Cilengkrang, Kabupaten Bandung. KT. Girisenang telah menerapkan budidaya kopi secara organik setelah mengikuti program tersebut. Sesuai dengan prinsip pertanian organik, KT. Girisenang tidak menggunakan pupuk dan pestisida kimia, melainkan diganti dengan pupuk organik dari kotoran ternak domba dan pestisida nabati yang diproduksi dari bahan alam yang tersedia di lingkungannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis daya saing dan dampak kebijakan Pemerintah dalam budidaya kopi arabika yang dibudidayakan secara organik terintegrasi di KT. Girisenang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix). Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kebijakan Pemerintah dalam penerapan budidaya kopi arabika secara organik dan terintegrasi di KT. Girisenang dapat meningkatkan daya saing kompetitif dan komperatif, serta membawa dampak yang positif bagi usahatani di KT. Girisenang.ABSTRACTIn 2015, the Directorate General of Estate Crops established a program called Organik Farming Village Based on Estate Crops Commodities. One of the beneficiaries of this program is the Girisenang Farmers Group (KT) in Cimekar Village, Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency. They have implemented the organik farming method on their coffee cultivation after joining the program. By the principles of organik farming, they are not using chemical fertilizers and pesticides but instead are replaced by organik fertilizers from sheep manure and vegetable-based pesticides produced from natural materials available in the environment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the competitiveness and impact of Government policies on the integrated organik cultivation of Arabica coffee in Girisenang Farmers Group. The analysis method used is PAM (Policy Analysis Matrix). The results of the analysis show that the Government's policy in the implementation of integrated organik Arabica coffee cultivation in Girisenang Farmers Group can increase competitive and comparative competitiveness, and have a positive impact on them.Keywords:Impact; Competitiveness; Policy; Organik; Integrated

Abstract

Black tea is one of the preparations of the tea plant that comes from the fermentation of tea leaves and is one of the leading commodities in the Indonesian plantation sub-sector, however Indonesian black tea has experienced a decline in export value in the last 10 years. The purpose of this research is to analyze the structure of the world black tea market, the comparative and competitive advantages of Indonesian black tea in the world market and the position of Indonesia's trade in black tea commodities in the world in the 2010-2019 period. The analytical tools used are the Herfindahl Hirschman Index (HHI), Concentration Ratio (CR), Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA), Trade Specialization Index (TSI) and Export Dynamic Product (EPD). The comparison countries are Kenya, Sri Lanka, India and China, while the export destinations for black tea are Malaysia, Russia, Pakistan, Germany and the United States. The results of this study are (1) The structure of the world black tea market is a moderate oligopoly (2) Indonesia has the comparative advantage of black tea in the export destination country. (3) Indonesia’s black tea does not have a competitive advantage in the export destination country. (4) Indonesia's trade position in black tea commodity as an exporting country.Keywords: Black Tea, Market Structure, Comparative Advantage, Competitive Advantage, Trading Position.AbstrakTeh hitam merupakan salah satu olahan dari tanaman teh yang berasal dari fermentasi daun teh serta menjadi salah satu komoditas unggulan subsektor perkebunan Indonesia, tetapi teh hitam Indonesia mengalami penurunan nilai ekspor dalam 10 tahun terakhir. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah menganalisis struktur pasar teh hitam dunia, keunggulan komparatif dan kompetitif teh hitam Indonesia di pasar dunia dan posisi perdagangan Indonesia pada komoditas teh hitam di dunia dalam periode 2010-2019. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Herfindahl Hirschman Index (HHI), Concentration Ratio (CR), Revealed Comparative Advantadge (RCA), Trade Specialization Index (TSI) dan Export Dynamic Product (EPD). Negara pembandingnya adalah Kenya, Sri Lanka, India dan Cina, sedangkan negara tujuan ekspor teh hitam adalah Malaysia, Rusia, Pakistan, Jerman dan Amerika Serikat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Struktur pasar teh hitam dunia adalah oligopoli moderat. (2) Indonesia memiliki keunggulan komparatif teh hitam di negara tujuan ekspor. (3) Teh hitam Indonesia tidak memiliki keunggulan kompetitif di negara tujuan ekspor. (4) Posisi Perdagangan Indonesia pada komoditas teh hitam sebagai negara eksportir.Kata Kunci: Teh Hitam, Struktur Pasar, Keunggulan Komparatif, Keunggulan Kompetitif, Posisi Perdagangan.

Abstract

A business which is quite potential is the development of an ornamental plant rental business on CV. Green Saujana Nursery can be run and on the one hand, it looks quite profitable financially. However, the company has not conducted periodic financial evaluations, so the profits generated by the company are not visible. In business development, income is very important because it is a benchmark for the success of a business, so in its implementation, it is necessary to have good financial management so that the company's goals can be achieved.This study aims to: Find out the costs incurred by the Green Saujana Nursery company. Knowing the amount of income for the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery. Knowing the level of R/C Ratio, Net B/C Ratio, and Payback Period (PP) in the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery.The study used primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews with related parties CVs. Green Saujana Nursery in the form of technical and non-technical business data. Secondary data is obtained from company documents such as ornamental plant catalogs for plant rental businesses, and company financial statements such as data on costs incurred and receipts from ornamental plant rental businesses, on CV. Green Saujana Nursery in 2018. Quantitative data is processed using the Microsoft excel 2013 program.The results showed that, the advantages of the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery in 2018 amounted to Rp. 493,918,058 which resulted from a reduction in the value of receipts of Rp. 895,655,000 with a total cost of Rp. 401,736,942. The largest variable costs are labor costs and operational material costs for the purchase of orchids amounting to Rp 153,480,000. The sustainability of the ornamental plant business can be seen from the value of the R / C Ratio and B / C Ratio which produces a value greater than one, so the ornamental plant rental business provides decent profits for CV companies. Green Saujana Nursery. The value of the Payback Period of the plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery is 0.2 years. Based on these values, it can mean that the ornamental plant rental business in CV. Green Saujana Nursery, can return investment capital in a relatively short time, which is 2 months.
