Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh jumlah penduduk, Pendidikan dan kemiskinan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara yang berjumlah 14 Kabupaten/Kota. Sedangkan periode penelitian selama 5 tahun (2016-2020). Jenis penelitian ini adalah verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam model regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. pendidikan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Kemiskinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Ketimpangan pendapatan Secara simultan jumlah penduduk, pendidikan dan kemiskinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Kata Kunci: Ketimpangan, data panel

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the socio-economic conditions of the community in the UD rattan business area. Muda by Wantulasi Village, Wakorumba Utara District, Buton utara Regency . The research method used is field research by conducting observation, interviews, and documentation.  This can be seen from the education of the respondents, where out of 23 respondents, 6 respondents or around 26.08% completed their formal education at the high school level, then seen from the health condition it can be categorized as good, which can be seen from the type of treatment of respondents who seek treatment at the health center as many as 15 people. or about 65.21%, then seen in terms of the number of family members, indirectly with the presence of UD. Muda Karya affects the ability of each family to bear the burdens of their respective families due to the existence of UD. Muda Karya affects livelihoods and income in every family. The average number of dependents in the family is 3-4 people, 11 respondents or 47.82%. Then from an economic point of view it is classified as moderate where the average income of respondents of month Rp. 1.844.348

Abstract

Abstract

Organisasi modern menghadapi berbagai tantangan ekonomi, seperti perubahan dramatis dalam kondisi ekonomi global, yang mencakup faktor-faktor seperti liberalisasi perdagangan, perkembangan teknologi, dan perubahan dalam pola konsumsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah strategi manajemen ekonomi dalam organisasi modern. Teknik yang diterapkan adalah analisis literatur yang bersifat kualitatif dengan penekanan pada pemahaman mendalam tentang subjek selama periode dari tahun 2010 hingga 2023. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa dalam era organisasi modern yang kompleks dan berubah cepat, strategi manajemen ekonomi adalah landasan yang krusial untuk keberhasilan jangka panjang. Dari perencanaan ekonomi yang bijak hingga pengelolaan biaya yang efektif, pembiayaan yang tepat, manajemen risiko yang cermat, pemanfaatan teknologi dan data, pelaporan kinerja yang transparan, dan perhatian terhadap keberlanjutan dan tanggung jawab sosial, semua aspek ini saling terkait dan saling mempengaruhi. Oleh karena itu, organisasi modern harus mengadopsi pendekatan yang holistik dalam pengelolaan ekonomi mereka.

Abstract

Blockchain technology has become one of the most promising technological innovations in recent years. The main advantages of blockchain technology are high transparency, security, and data integrity. Therefore, this technology has attracted attention in various sectors, including the economy. This research aims to examine the role of blockchain technology in enhancing economic transparency and public trust. This study is a literature review that adopts a qualitative method, which means it will analyse and interpret data by utilising information and texts derived from various sources. The results of the study show that blockchain technology has proven itself to be a highly effective tool for achieving this goal. In an increasingly connected and data-dependent society, economic transparency and public trust are key factors in sustainable economic growth and social stability.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty and employment opportunities on the human development index (HDI) in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method. The data used in this study are poverty data (X1) and employment opportunities (X2) and the human development index (Y) in 17 regencies/cities in Southeast Sulawesi Province with an observation period of 5 years (2019-2023). The data analysis technique in this study is Panel Data Regression Analysis using Eviews 12. The results of the study show that poverty has a negative and insignificant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This shows that if poverty increases, the Human Development Index will decrease and employment opportunities have a positive and significant effect on the Human Development Index (HDI) variable in Southeast Sulawesi Province. This shows that if employment opportunities increase, the Human Development Index will also increase.

Abstract

In an era of globalization and rapid technological advancement, changes in the business landscape are becoming increasingly fast-paced and unpredictable. Companies must be able to adapt quickly to remain competitive and thrive. The aim of this research is focused on how companies can integrate business innovation and disruptive technology, as well as how value-based leadership can shape a dynamic and adaptive organizational culture to tackle the challenges of transformation in the ever-changing business landscape. This research method is a literature review with a qualitative approach, focusing on descriptive analysis. The data used in this study are from scholarly articles found through Google Scholar, with a publication range from 2001 to 2023. The study findings indicate that in the dynamic and fast-paced modern era, organizational transformation is key to maintaining relevance and competitiveness. This transformation involves the adoption of business innovation, the implementation of disruptive technology, and the development of value-based leadership. By combining these three aspects, an organization can create a dynamic and adaptive environment, where change is seen as an opportunity for growth.

Abstract

AbstractInformation technology is now a key pillar in an organization's business strategy to achieve optimal profits. Consumer changes and preferences play a central role in the development and adjustment of information technology to meet fluctuating market demands. The success of achieving the company's vision and mission is highly dependent on human resources who excel in the IT field. This research aims to review the importance of IT and HR in achieving the ideal vision and mission that has been planned. This research focuses on descriptive qualitative research that explores previous studies on IT, HR, consumer change, preferences, and business performance. Relevant data surrounding these variables were collected, summarized, and analyzed. The results confirmed that IT and HR play a crucial role in improving business performance. These factors must be combined holistically to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable long-term business performance, especially in the face of dynamic consumer changes and preferences. Keywords: IT, HR, business performance, consumer preferences
