Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk kemampuan diri sendiri dan kinerja tugas serta kinerja tugas guru kepuasan kerja di kecamatan pademangan Jakarta Utara. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) kinerja tugas berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) kemampuan diri sendiri berpengaruh positif terhadap penampilan tugas.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan Informasi mengenai Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Terhadap Hasil Belajar di SD Negeri 164526 Bagelen, Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode asosiatif dan menggunakan penelitian jenis survey dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah teknik Structural equation Modeling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 125 responden, dan sampel sebanyak 95 responden yang di pilih dengan menggunakan random sampling. Penelitian difokuskan pada dua Aspek yang Menentukan Pemberian Reward, terhadap Hasil Belajar . Hasil analisis tersebut menyimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Reward terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This research is an experimental research which aims to find out the inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SDN 101906 Pagar Jati. This research method is the Pre-Exprimental Design experimental method by providing pretests, posttests and questionnaires. The results of statistical calculations show that learning outcomes increase by using the inquiry learning model in the very good category with an average score of 82,24, whereas without using the inquiry learning model it is included in the failure category with an average score of 49,76. It is said to have increased as evidenced by the results of the correlation coefficient calculation of 0,852, meaning r_(hitung ) (0,852) ≥ r_(tabel ) (0,396). Therefore, there is a strong influence of the Inquiry learning model on learning outcomes. Judging from the t test, it is 7,821 ≥ 2,069 thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This shows that there is a significant positive influence of the use of the inquiry learning model on the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 101906 Pagar Jati Lubuk Pakam for the 2023/2024 academic year.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (henceforth, CAR) was primarily carried out to prove that the use of Stop saying very teaching strategy is effective to enhance the students’ vocabulary mastery on adjectives and to describe the students’ responses towards the learning teaching processes of adjectives through the application of Stop saying very teaching strategy. There are two cycles in this CAR in which each cycle consisted of three meetings excluded the pre-test, formative test, and post-test The research subjects of this CAR are the first semester students of the English Language Education, Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, Universitas Katolik Santo Thomas in the Academic Year of 2022/2023 consisting of 20 students. The analysis of quantitative data shows that the mean of the students’ score in the pre-test, formative test, and post-test increases continually after Stop saying very teaching strategy was implemented in teaching adjectives. The students’ total score in the pre-test is 216 and the pre-test mean is 10.8. The students’ total score in the formative test is 1.528 and the formative test mean is 76.4. The students’ total score in the post-test is 1.708 and the post-test mean is 85.4. The analysis of qualitative data shows that the students gave positive responses towards the learning teaching processes of adjectives through the application of Stop saying very teaching strategy. They all agree that the application of Stop saying very teaching strategy helps trigger their curiosity and enhance their knowledge and vocabulary mastery on adjectives. The writers recommend that English teachers/lecturers apply Stop saying very teaching strategy to teach better and more impressive adjectives to their students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Tingkat berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD Negeri 060893 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/ 2025. (2) mengetahui proses pelaksanaan model PAKEM pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V di SD Negeri 060893 Medan Tahun Pembelaran 2024/ 2025. (3) Pengaruh model PAKEM terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V di SD Negeri 060893 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/2025. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari angket dan instrumen tes. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas V SD Negeri 060893 Jl. Darussalam yang berjumlah 25 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang tergolong baik dengan rata-rata 77 dengan hasil korelasi sebesar 0,712 yang artinya rhitung (0,712) ? rtabel (0,396) maka Ha diterima, Sehingga terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran PAKEM terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 060893. Hasil penelitian uji-T dimana thitung ? ttabel yaitu sebesar 4,859. Jika thitung ? ttabel atau 4,859 ? 2,069 maka dapat dikatakan ada pengaruh model pembelajaran PAKEM terhadap kemampuan kritis siswa dan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan, dengan demikian Ha diterima yaitu ada pengaruh anatar model pembelajaran PAKEM dengan kemampuan kritis siswa

Abstract

The study aims to determine the relationship between parenting patterns and learing outcomes of class V SD Negeri 101764 Bandar Klippa Learning Year 2023/2024. The populations in this study was all calas V students at Bandar Klippa, totaling 112 students. The sampel used in this was random sampling type, in this case the researcher used the Solving Formula so that the total sampel in this study was 88 people consisting of 44 students from classes VA and VB and their parents. In this research, researchers used a quantitative survey type method. The methode used to test the hypotesis uses correlation techniques, the correlation  techique used is pearson product meoment correlation. The results of this study indicate taht there is a positive correlation parenting patterns with student learning outcomes. This is proven by the correlation value is 2.624 ≥ ttabel 1.680. it can be concluded that tcount ≥ t table is accepted that there ia a relationship between parental parenting patterns and learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 101764 Bandar Klippa Learning Year 2023/2024.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Inqury Learning model on student learning outcomes in class VI Leadership Theme of SD Negeri 094142 Learning Year 2024/2025. The research method used is experimental method with quantitative research type. To obtain the data required a test instrument of 25 questions and a questionnaire of 25 questionnaire items. The number of research samples was 31 students based on purposive sampling technique. To find out the initial ability of students, the research conducted a Pretest with an average score of 53.29 which was in the poor category. The results of the Pretest have an increase from the results of the Posttest given previously with the average student score reaching 73.54 in the good category. It can be said that the success rate of student learning outcomes by using the Inqury Learning model increases and has an effect with a very strong category as evidenced by the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient test obtained the results of r_hitung ≥ r_tabel with the results of 0.814 ≥ 0.355. Furthermore, hypothesis testing compares the value of t_count ≥ t_table. Obtained the value of t_count = 7.547 while t_table = 1.695. Because t_count ≥ t_table (7.547 ≥ 1.695) then H_a is accepted and H_o is rejected. Through the t-test, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive influence between the Inqury Learning model (X) on student learning outcomes (Y).
