Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru berpengaruh Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika Kelas V SD Negeri 065011 Medan Selayang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V C SD Negeri 065011 Medan selayang. Sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi dijadikan unit sampel yaitu 30 orang. Pada penelitian ini peneliti ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa menggunakan Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru termasuk kategori baik sekali dengan rata-rata  81,86.  Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,200 lebih besar dari 0,05. Maka sesuai dengan dasar pengambilan keputusan dalam uji normalitas Kolmogorov-smirov di atas jika 0,05 maka Ha diterima (berdistribusi normal) dan jika taraf signifikan yang diperoleh 0,05 maka Ha tidak diterima (tidak berdistribusi normal). Pada pengujian kolerasi, nilai koefisien sebesar 0,665 artinya rhitung ≥ rtabel 0,361. Maka terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V SD Negeri 065011 Medan Selayang. Hasil pengujian uji-t dimana   ≥  yaitu 4,708 1,697 sehingga Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Personalisasi Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada mata pelajaran matematika Kelas V SD Negeri 065011Medan Selayang Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research is designed to determine the correlation between principals’ competencies and teachers’ job satisfaction at Selected Private Schools in Manado as input for Enhancement Programs. The principals’ competencies consisting of three aspects namely (1) Conceptual Competencies, (2) Technical Competencies,  and (3) Human Relation Competencies. Meanwhile, the teachers’ job satisfaction was measured in terms of the following aspects: (1) Pay, (2) Promotion, (3) Supervision, (4) Fringe Benefits, (5) Contingent Rewards, (6) Operating Conditions, (7) Coworkers, (8) Nature of Work, and (9) Communication. The research was conducted using descriptive/correlational design; and Pearson Product Moment Correlation (Pearson r) to examine the correlation between identified variables. The results of the Pearson Correlation showed that most of the Principals’ Competencies are correlated with Job Satisfaction variables. Over-all, there is a positive significant correlation (r=0.364, p-value<0.05) between principal’s competencies and job satisfaction of teachers. The correlation can be interpreted as Moderate Relationship. The significant correlation between principals’ competencies and teachers’ job satisfaction implies that school principal should maintain and even increase their competencies if they want teachers to continue being satisfied with their job. Based on a reasonable output of this study, the researcher proposed a training program to enhance competencies of principals of Don Bosco Schools under the central fundation in Manado – Indonesia.   Keywords: principals, conceptual competencies, technical competencies,  human relation competencies, teachers, job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian (PTK). Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran broken triangle-square-heart IV SD Negeri 16 Mandau Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022 . Subjek penelitian ini adalah 26 siswa terdiri dari 14 siswa laki-laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang rendah, pendidik masih menggunakan model pembelajaran ceramah, komunikasi satu arah dalam proses pembelajaran yang mana guru lebih aktif, guru kurang mampu mengemas dan menyajikan pembelajaran yang menarik, dan siswa merasa jenuh dalam belajar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di kelas IV SD Negeri 16 Mandau Tahun Pembelajaran 2021/2022. Dapat dilihat berdasarkan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa secara individu, klasikal, dan nilai rata-rata siswa yaitu pada pre test siswa secara individual yaitu 8 siswa yang tuntas, secara klasikal 31% dengan nilai rata-rata 57,65. Pada siklus I secara individual 12 siswa yang tuntas, dengan klasikal 46% dengan nilai rata-rata 66,19. Pada siklus II secara individu 24 siswa yang tuntas, dengan klasikal 88% dengan nilai rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 86,42. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I sampai siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Selanjutnya dari hasil observasi guru dan siswa yaitu pada hasil observasi aktivitas guru pada siklus I diperoleh sebanyak 60% kategori cukup dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 89% kategori sangat berkualitas. Sedangkan pada hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I diperoleh sebanyak 60% kategori cukup dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86% kategori baik

Abstract

Abastract: This study aims to determine the effect of giving rewards and reinforcement on student learning outcomes in mathematics in class V at SDN 064981 Medan Helvetia for the 2021/2022 academic year. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. The population used is all SDN students. 064981 Medan Helvetia with a sample of 61 students. Sampling using non-probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained from the correlation test can be seen in the correlation coefficient of r (count ) 0.279 r〗_(table ) 0.254, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, that is, there is a significant effect between reward and reinforcement. on the learning outcomes of SDN students. 064981 Helvetia Field. It can also be seen from the results of the t-test where t_(count )> t〗_(table ) is t_(count ) of 2.234 and t〗_(table ) of 2.000, then the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive effect between the provision of rewards and reinforcement and mathematics learning outcomes in class V SDN. 064981 Medan Helvetia for the 2021/2022 academic year. Keywords: Reward and Reinforcement, Learning Outcomes. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bpemberian reward dan reinforcement terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran matematika kelas V di SDN 064981 Medan Helvetia tahun pembelajaran 2021/2022. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan yakni seluruh siswa SDN. 064981 Medan Helvetia dengan sampel yang berjumlah 61 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan nonprobability sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil yang diperoleh dari pengujian korelasi dapat dilihat pada koefisien korelasi sebesar  0,279 ≥ 0,254 maka dapat disimpulkan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemberian reward dan reinforcement terhadap hasil belajar siswa SDN. 064981 Medan Helvetia. Dapat juga dilihat dari hasil pengujian uji-t dimana >  yaitu sebesar 2,234 dan sebesar 2,000, maka hipotesis (Ha) diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pemberian reward dan reinforcement dan hasil belajar matematika di kelas V SDN. 064981 Medan Helvetia tahun pembelajaran 2021/2022. Kata Kunci: Pemberian Reward dan Reinforcement, Hasil Belajar.

Abstract

The most fundamental principle of Curriculum 13 is the emphasis on the ability of teachers to implement an authentic, challenging and meaningful learning process for students so that the potential of students can develop in accordance with what is expected by the objectives of national education. However, there are still many teachers who cannot or are still confused in implementing or implementing the 2013 Curriculum in learning. So that learning has meaning, teachers must have skills in teaching both skills in applying learning models and learning media that are close to the students' environment. As for what can be done so that the learning process is fun and can improve learning outcomes and the activeness of students in expressing opinions and asking questions related to the teaching material presented, the right model is needed in the learning process. There is a learning model that can be used in the learning process, namely the Creative Problem Solving (CPS) learning model. Based on the analysis and discussion of the results of research conducted in the VA class of SD St. Thomas 5 Medan in the 2022/2023 learning year, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning by using the Creative Problem Solving learning model on the theme of Our Friends Environment with the sub-theme of Humans and the Environment in the VA class of SD St. Thomas 5 Medan in the 2022/2023 learning year is categorized as good. it can be seen from the results of students’ learning outcome improvement in cycle I obtained as much as 68% of the good category and in cycle II it increased to 90% of the very good category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of character education on student learning motivation in class V SD 177055 Sigalogo Learning Year 2022/2023. In this study using quantitative methods, the population of this study was the entire fifth grade of SD 177055 Sigalogo. Sampling using simple random sampling and the sample used was 30 students. The results of this study indicate that character education affects student learning motivation. To test the hypothesis, the hypothesis test used is the t-test. The results showed that character education (X) has an average of 80.13 which is interpreted as high and learning motivation (Y) has an average value of 78.13 which is interpreted as high. The result of the correlation coefficient in this study is rxy = 0.554 with the results of hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained the results of tcount> ttable with the results of 3.520> 2.048 with a significant level (α = 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely there is a significant influence between Character Education on Learning Motivation of Class V Students of SD 177055 Sigalogo Learning Year 2022/2023.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking skills through the student facilitator and explaining learning model on the theme of the area where I live in elementary school. Based on the data obtained from the average results in the pre test, post test cycle I, and cycle II, there can be an increase. The improvement process can be seen through the pre-test results there were 5 students who were complete and 20 students who were not complete with an average score of 54.72, in cycle I there were 11 students who were complete and 14 students who were not complete with an average score of 66.72, and in cycle II there were 21 students who were complete and 4 students who were not complete with an average score of 80.24.From the data obtained, it can be seen that there was an increase in the results of students' critical thinking skills classically. In the pre-test, the classical result was 20%, in cycle I it was 44%, and in cycle II it was 84%. This shows that the expected completeness of students' critical thinking results classically, which is 75%, has been achieved. Based on the increase obtained from the student learning outcomes data that the pre test to post test cycle I experienced an increase of 12, and from post test cycle I to cycle II experienced an increase of 13.52. This proves that using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the inquiry learning model on student learning outcomes in class V of SD Negeri 040457 Berastagi in the 2022/2023 Learning Year. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. The population of this study were all students in class V of SD Negeri 040457 Berastagi totaling 31 students. The sample used in this study was saturated sampling in this case all members of the population were used as samples totaling 31 students. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained from correlation testing can be seen in the correlation coefficient of rcount (0.716) > rtable (0.355), it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant influence between the inquiry learning model on the learning outcomes of students on the theme of heat and its transfer in class V of SD Negeri 040457 Berastagi. It can also be seen from the results of the t test where tcount> ttable is 5.531> 1.699, then Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant positive effect between the inquiry learning model on the learning outcomes of students on the theme of heat and its transfer in class V of SD Negeri 040457 Berastagi in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara metode picture and picture dengan motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran Matematika kelas III SD Swasta Santo Petrus Medan materi pecahan. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SD Swasta Santo Petrus Medan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa kelas III-C berjumlah 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif korelasional dengan instrumen penilaian berupa kuesioner (angket). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara metode picture and picture dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,735 artinya thitung > ttabel yaitu 0,735 > 0,361, selanjutnya dari hasil uji hipotesis (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa metode picture and picture memiliki memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif, hal ini terbukti dari thitung > ttabel dimana 5.743 > 1,70 pada taraf signifikansi ? = 0,05. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara metode picture and picture dengan motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This paper discusses the effect of using the PAKEM learning model on students’ learning outcomes on the theme of the area where I live in class IV of SD Negeri 097795 Perasmian in the academic year 2022/2023. The study uses quantitative methods. The research population is 132 students from the entire class I-VI of SD Negeri 097795 Perasmian. Sampling uses a purposive sample with a number of 30 students from class IV. The research results indicate that students’ learning outcomes using the PAKEM model are included in the very good category with an average score of 85.13 and a correlation test result of 0.841, which means rcount (0.841) ≥ rtable (0.361), hence Ha is accepted. Thus, there is a significant effect between the use of the PAKEM learning model and students’ learning outcomes on the theme of the area where I live in class IV of SD Negeri 097795 Perasmian. It can be seen from the research results of the T-test, where tcount 8,215 ≥ ttable 2,048, Ha is accepted. It reveals that there is a significant positive effect from the use of the PAKEM learning model on students’ learning outcomes in the theme of the area where I live in class IV of SD Country 097795 Perasmian in the academic year 2022/2023.
