Abstract

Retensio plasenta merupakan kondisi perlengketan plasenta atau belum lahir lebih dari 30 menit setelah bayi lahir karena elastisitas uterus yang menurun dan kontraksi. Faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi kejadian retensio plasenta antara lain paritas, usia, jarak kehamilan, anemia, kondisi social ekonomi, rahim yang besar, Riwayat komplikasi pada kehamilan sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan tanda gejala dan penanganan ibu bersalin dengan retensio plasenta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian epidemiologi deskriptif dengan pendekatan case report. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan pendampingan continue of care mulai dari kehamilan sampai dengan pemakaian kontrasepsi serta memberikan asuhan kebidanan melalui kunjungan rumah. Asuhan persalinan pada ibu dilakukan selama pendampingan di tempat praktik bidan yayuk siswatiningsih. Ny “S” mengalami komplikasi pada kala III yaitu retensio plasenta karena plasenta lebih dari 30 menit belum lahir. Penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pemasangan infus, menyuntikkan oksitosin 10 IU secara IM dam melakukan plasenta manual. Plasenta bisa dilahirkan secara manual, setelah itu bidan mengajarkan massage pada uterus kepada ibu dan keluarga untuk mengendalikan kontraksi tetap adekuat. Asuhan kebidanan yang dilakukan pada Ny “ S” berhasil dilakukan dengan baik sehingga tidak terjadi perdarahan. Faktor risiko yang dimiliki Ny ”S” yang meningkatkan kejadian retensio plasenta adalah obesitas. Petugas Kesehatan dan masyarakat diharapkan mampu mendeteksi komplikasi sedini mungkin sejak kehamilan sehingga mampu dilakukan pencegahan dengan cepat.

Abstract

Aktivitas fisik yang tidak dilakukan secara rutin dapat meningkatkan berbagai risiko penyakit tidak menular, salah satunya yaitu penyakit jantung, stroke, hipertensi, obesitas, dan diabetes mellitus. World Health Organization (WHO) memperkirakan lebih dari 80% populasi remaja di dunia kurang aktivitas secara fisik dan di Indonesia proporsi aktivitas fisik kurang yaitu 35,5% pada usia ≥10 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi aktivitas fisik pada remaja di MAN 2 Kabupaten Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional, dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling yang jumlah sampelnya 126 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner yang dibuat oleh peneliti dan diisi oleh responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan uji statistik untuk dianalisa dengan uji chi square dengan α 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden dengan jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 64,3%, sebagian besar responden dengan motivasi negatif sebanyak 52,4%, sebagian besar responden dengan dukungan teman positif sebanyak 51,6%, sedangkan hampir setengahnya responden dengan aktivitas fisik ringan sebanyak 36,5%. Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh jenis kelamin dengan aktivitas fisik (p value 0,000), ada pengaruh motivasi dengan aktivitas fisik (p value 0,000), dan ada pengaruh dukungan teman dengan aktivitas fisik (p value 0,000). Jenis kelamin, motivasi, dan dukungan teman berpengaruh dengan aktivitas fisik.

Abstract

Background: Maternal mortality rate (MMR) is one of the indicators used to measure maternal health status in an area. Data in Indonesia recorded that the maternal mortality rate in 2015 was 305 per 100,000 live births, but the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) target is 70% per 100,000 live births in 2030. Bleeding occupies the highest percentage of maternal deaths (28%). Anemia and chronic energy deficiency (KEK) in pregnant women are the main causes of bleeding. Non-pharmacological treatment to increase hemoglobin levels by consuming foods rich in iron is green beans. Objectives: This study describes the effect of mung bean juice on hemoglobin levels. Research Metodes: This study uses a systematic review method through a literature review of 15 national journals. Results: The results of a literature search show that the consumption of green bean juice with the combination of consumption of FE tablets affects the increase in HB levels of pregnant women. However, this consumption must also be supported by good nutritional intake to accelerate the absorption and transport of iron and it is necessary to avoid drinks that affect iron absorption such as milk and caffeine. Conclusion: Green bean juice is able to significantly increase the Hb level of pregnant women with the consumption of FE tablets because the content of green beans is high in vitamin C and iron. Therefore, it is important to disseminate information to the community about the benefits and how to use mung bean juice as an effort to prevent anemia in pregnant women

Abstract

Skrining riwayat kesehatan merupakan upaya promotif dan preventif Untuk mendeteksi risiko penyakit tidak menular pada peserta jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN). Video adalah salah satu media promosi kesehatan sebagai upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media video edukasi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang skrining riwayat kesehatan pada peserta JKN di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kantor Kabupaten Probolinggo. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode pra experimental dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest. Besar sampel 72 responden, menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner, analisis data bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon matched pairs. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah diberikan edukasi, tingkat pengetahuan dan sikap responden mengalami peningkatan dengan didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) dan variabel sikap didapatkan nilai p-value sebesar 0,000 (p< 0,05) sehingga media video edukasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang skrining riwayat kesehatan pada peserta JKN di wilayah kerja BPJS Kesehatan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Media video edukasi mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap tentang skrining riwayat kesehatan pada peserta JKN. Bagi petugas kesehatan dapat media video edukasi dalam promosi kesehatan tentang program skrining riwayat kesehatan sehingga program tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan oleh peserta dengan optimal.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records have been introduced to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare services, as well as patient safety. This study aims to review the impact of the use of Electronic Medical Records on these aspects through a narrative review. The literature review was conducted using three databases, namely PubMed, MEDLINE, and CINAHL, with the addition of Google Scholar for wider coverage. The articles retrieved were limited to publications from January 2013 to October 2023. The implementation of Electronic Medical Records improves the efficiency of healthcare services by accelerating patient data access, reducing administrative costs, and strengthening coordination between healthcare workers. However, although the advantages of Electronic Medical Records are seen in increasing the accuracy and accessibility of medical information, there are risks to patient safety, such as data input errors and the threat of data leakage. Overall, Electronic Medical Records contribute positively to improving the quality of healthcare services, especially in chronic disease management, collaboration between medical professionals, and real-time monitoring of patient conditions, which have an impact on the continuity and effectiveness of care.

Abstract

Pneumonia remains a leading cause of morbidity and mortality in children under five worldwide, including in Indonesia, with risk factors such as non-exclusive breastfeeding and incomplete immunization status. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and immunization history with the incidence of pneumonia among children under five in the Working Area of Bangsal Community Health Center, Mojokerto Regency. A case-control design was employed, with a sample of 128 children (64 cases and 64 controls) selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected from medical records and interviews, then analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that most respondents had incomplete immunization status (51.6%) and received exclusive breastfeeding (55.5%). Statistical analysis revealed that complete immunization status was associated with a reduced risk of pneumonia (OR = 0.468; p = 0.034), as was exclusive breastfeeding (OR = 0.434; p = 0.021). The study concludes that complete immunization and exclusive breastfeeding serve as protective factors against pneumonia in children under five. Therefore, strengthening promotive and preventive programs, such as health education, catch-up immunization, and increasing exclusive breastfeeding coverage, is essential to reduce pneumonia incidence

Abstract

Obesitas adalah salah satu masalah kesehatan terbesar di dunia yang tidak hanya terjadi di negara maju tetapi juga negara berkembang. Obesitas banyak terjadi pada perempuan tidak terkecuali pada pekerja. Obesitas dapat menimbulkan beberapa penyakit seperti diabetes tipe 2, strok, penyakit jantung, dan sejumlah kanker sampai menyebabkan kematian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi dengan kejadian obesitas pekerja wanita di PT “IS” Kota Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan crossectional, dengan teknik sampling propotionate to size random sampling yang jumlah sampelnya 120 responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan uji statistik untuk dianalisa dengan uji chi square dengan α 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar responden dengan pola makan tidak sesuai sebanyak (71,7%), sebagian besar responden menggunakan kontrasepsi hormonal sebanyak (64,2%), sebagaian besar responden mengalami obesitas sebanyak (69,2%) . Hasil uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola makan terhadap kejadian obesitas (p value 0,000; PR= 5,798; 95%CI = 2,442-13,770), dan ada pengaruh yang siginifikan antara penggunaan kontrasepsi terhadap kejadian obesitas (p value 0,000; PR=5,175; 95%CI = 2,249-11,908). Pola makan dan penggunaan kontrasepsi berpengaruh signifkan terhadap kejadian obesitas pekerja wanita.

Abstract

The quality of midwifery services has three main components: patient care, technical quality, and customer quality. Service quality refers to non-healthcare aspects of care and reflects the patient's experience with the healthcare system, including the relationship between the client and the provider and the standard of facilities. Service satisfaction is now a usual way to check how good healthcare is. This study looked at how midwifery services at the Jeruk Community Health Center in Pacitan Regency affected how satisfied patients were. The study used a cross-sectional method to look at the data. It took place at the Jeruk Community Health Center in Pacitan Regency in January 2024. A total of 125 people got a 3-month injection. From these, 54 were chosen as participants through simple random sampling. Information was collected using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using a chi-square test. The results showed Midwifery services on patient satisfaction are an indicator of the Community Health Center's success in providing services. Therefore, the performance of both health workers and other supporting staff needs to be maintained and further improved to improve health services at the Jeruk Community Health Center in Pacitan Regency.

Abstract

Anemia in women of childbearing age, especially adolescent girls, is a nutritional problem that has a long impact on maternal and child health, from pregnancy complications to maternal death and low birth weight babies. Efforts to control and prevent anemia in adolescent girls are carried out through two main activities, including health promotion and the provision of Fe tablets. Fe tablets are consumed by adolescent girls during menstruation and once a week. This study aims to analyze the effect of consuming Fe tablets on anemia in adolescent girls. The type of research used is analytic epidemiological research with cross sectional design. The population is all students at SMPN 1 Trowulan with a sample of 70 students obtained by simple random sampling technique. The data were taken directly at the research site using a questionnaire and a check list instrument and then processed and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that 80% of respondents do not take Fe tablets during menstruation, 40% do not take Fe tablets once per week, 84.3% are irregular in consuming Fe tablets, there is a significant effect of consuming Fe tablets once per week on anemia. in adolescent girls (p value = 0.017, PR = 3.375, 95% CI = 1.150-9.902). Adolescents who regularly consume Fe tablets once a week will have normal Hb levels. It is expected that health workers will increase socialization about the consumption of Fe tablets during menstruation, distribution of Fe tablets during menstruation

Abstract

Indonesia and the world are currently in Covid-19 Pandemic. The industrial and employment sectors are among those affected. The industry must continue and growth, where one of the keys is in labor productivity. Most of the time of meeting the nutrition needs is in working time. The workers bodies need sufficient nutrition to complete their workload. This community service aims to increase the work productivity of a shoe factory’s workers in Mojokerto through health education on fulfilling workers nutrition. This community service implementation is providing information through counseling to increase understanding of workers nutritional needs. This is an effort to increase work productivity through providing information in the hope that it can be used by workers in procedures for meeting their nutritional needs. Workers listen the information well. They also active in conducting two-way communication in asking and conveying experiences or problems in fulfilling nutrition. Workers nutritional needs fulfillment requires proper preparation, processing and packaging. At the preparatory stage, it’s required that foodstuffs are varied and in good condition or fresh. Preparation is carried out a day or some time before cooking food ingredients by doing good preparation and storage so that it can be done efficiently in cooking time. The foodstuffs processing is carried out hygienically with varied seasonings so as to overcome the monotonous menu. The finished dishes can be packaged properly in a container that is safe for workers to carry as a provision for fulfilling nutrients while in the company.
