Abstract

Majas perbandingan puisi Surat Cinta karya WS Rendra memegang peranan penting dalam menciptakan imajinasi dan pemikiran, sehingga diperoleh pengertian terhadap ungkapan yang tersirat dengan melibatkan simile, metafora, personifikasi, imaji, dan simbol dalam membentuk estetika puisi. Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis majas perbandingan dalam puisi Surat Cinta karya WS Rendra. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif yaitu suatu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data berupa kata-kata dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan catatan untuk mengkaji puisi Surat Cinta karya WS Rendra dan selanjutnya dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis majas perbandingan dalam puisi Surat Cinta karya WS Rendra menggunakan pembanding simile bagai, yaitu membandingkan antara gerimis bagai tambur, dua ekor belibis bagai dua anak nakal, kaki-kaki cinta bagai logam berat, semangat kehidupan bagai jutaan jarum alit, semangat cinta bagai ribuan tangan gaib, dan suara bagai angin laut.

Abstract

Pengetahuan lokal memiliki peran penting dalam praktik pertanian. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk berbagi pengalaman bersama masyarakat Buton Utara tentang pengetahuan lokal masyarakat tentang penggunaan organik dalam meningkatkan produksi jambu mete di Kabupaten Buton Utara. Metode dalam PKM ini adalah diskusi secara berkelompok yang di dahului dengan pengumpulan data wawancara dan dilanjutkan diskusi bersama masyarakat terhadap pengalaman yang dimiliki dalam mengelola perkebunan jambu mete. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat petani di wilayah ini memiliki pengetahuan lokal yang mendalam tentang cara membuat dan menerapkan pupuk organik yang efektif yang bersumber dari lingkungan alam sekitarnya. Kemudahan masyarakat dalam mengelola jambu mete berhubungan erat dengan hasil yang diperoleh dengan menerapkan cara penggunaan pupuk organik secara luas. PKM ini juga merekomendasikan penguatan program edukasi dan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan petani dalam menggunakan pupuk organik secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana tahapan pelaksanaan ritual kafonisino sangia pada masyarakat Muna, 2) Bagaimana makna simbolik yang terkandung dalam ritual kafonisino sangia pada masyarakat Muna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan informan penelitian yang diambil secara sengaja (purposive sampling). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kafonisino sangia adalah ritual yang dilakukan mengunjungi beberapa tempat yang dianggap keramat dan kuburan leluhur. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan ritual kafonisino sangia pada masyarakat Muna Desa Waale-Ale Kecamatan Tongkuno Selatan Kabupaten Muna, masih melakukan ritual Kafonisino sangia yang terdiri atas tiga tahapan yaitu: a) tahapan persiapan merupakan perencanaan pelaksanaan tradisi Kafonisino Sangia, b) tahap pelaksanaan merupakan pokok dari rangkaian acara tradisi Kafonisino Sangia, c) tahap penutup merupakan kegiatan akhir dari rangkaian pelaksanaan ritual Kafonisino Sangia yang ditandai dengan pembacaan doa di rumah BontonoTa’u dan di di rumah Maampade serta pingitan gendang (kaombono ganda) di rumah Maampade. Makna yang terkandung dalam ritual Kafonisino Sangia bahwa manusia membentuk sebuah proses komunikasi berdasarkan tindakan dengan saling interaksi antara satu sama lain sehingga menimbulkan simbol tanda dari hasil kesepakatan yang sama.

Abstract

Many values are implied in the pingkama'a-ma' tradition but many people do not understand it so this study aims to determine the process of implementing the pingkama'a-ma'a tradition, the values in the pingkama'a-ma'a tradition, as well as changes in the pingkama'a-ma'a tradition. pingkama'a-ma'a tradition process. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection is carried out by observation techniques, the second is interviews with sources or informants, and the third is documentation. The tools used in the field research are special notes and recording devices. Data analysis techniques take place continuously at each stage of the research until it is complete. The process of implementing the pingkama'a-ma'a tradition is carried out after completing the Eid al-Fitr prayer or Eid al-Adha prayer. When the pingkama'a-ma'a tradition takes place, there are no restrictions on anyone who wants to join in on the fun. The benefits of the pingkama'a'a-ma'a tradition are as entertainment for the community, as a place of friendship between fellow humans and as a place to find a mate for young people.

Abstract

The Kaago-ago tradition is a tradition carried out before the change of seasons which is held twice a year and plays a role in preventing disease. The purpose of this study was to describe its existence and analyze the development of the Kaago-ago Tradition in Wakorambu Village, Batalaiworu District, Muna Regency. The results of this study indicate that the background of the Kaago-ago tradition in the Muna community is a spirit who lives in two places, namely in the west and east. According to the local people's belief that every time there will be a change in the west season or east season, all kinds of diseases caused by the actions of spirits appear so that the Kaago-ago tradition is carried out as a ritual to prevent disease from entering the community. The development of the Kaago-ago tradition can be seen from the place where it was implemented, which used to be in the middle of Wakorambu village, but now it is held in the mosque. The effort to maintain the Kaago-ago tradition is by routinely carrying out the Kaago-ago tradition every year, involving the entire local community and studying the Kaago-ago tradition so as not to forget it.

Abstract

The Barzanji tradition is a custom or ritual that must be carried out at every celebration so that it still survives today. This study aims to understand the pattern of inheritance and examine the meaning contained in the tradition. This type of research is a qualitative research whose data is obtained from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation and uses the theory of semiotics. The results of this study indicate that the process of implementing the Barzanji tradition consists of several stages, namely preparation, implementation and the final stage. The Barzanji tradition is understood by the Bugis people as a good tradition to maintain its existence. This is because in its implementation it provides benefits for their lives and as an expression of gratitude, grounding shalawat, and as a forum for Islam.

Abstract

The tradition of kasaraka is a tradition practiced by the ethnic group of Muna when they are about to harvest corn, however, its implementation has been decreasing. This research aims to describe the process of the kasaraka tradition and analyze the meanings contained in the implementation of the kasaraka tradition among the ethnic Muna. The theory used in this research is Roland Barthes' semiotics theory using descriptive qualitative research method. The results of the research show that the process of the kasaraka tradition consists of three stages: preparation stage, implementation stage, and final stage. The meanings contained in the kasaraka tradition are viewed from the process and tools used in the kasaraka tradition.

Abstract

The Hepatirangga tradition is a tradition on the night of lailatul qadar or the twenty-seventh night (27th) until the night of Eid where to produce a redder color. The implementation of hepatirangga is carried out at night so that the results are better. Location of Pongo Village, Wangi-Wangi District, Wakatobi Regency. Data collection techniques were carried out by direct observation, interviews with informants and documention. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis by covering data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the process of implementing the hepatirangga tradition consists of several stages of implementation, namely equipment. The purpose of the equipment stage is to emphasize the equipment and materials related to the tradition being carried out. equipment, tools and materials referred to here are very important and must be met during implementation. hepatirangga so that this tradition is carried out. The tools and materials referred to here are knives or scissors, raffia rope, wheel leaves or plastic bags, blender or mortar, and patirangga leaves. The implementation stage, in the implementation of the hepatirangga tradition, is carried out at night. The final stage is after all the processes are complete, then leave it overnight and open it at dawn. The meaning contained in the hepatirangga tradition is the meaning of letting go of patirangga before dawn, tightening kinship ties, as a connecting medium with ancestors such as beauty/aesthetics, solidarity values (togetherness), and religious cultural values.

Abstract

The Pombaleana Bangka tradition, is a tradition of lowering a ship that has just been made by builders and is ready to use. This tradition is an expression of gratitude from the Butonese people who are in Labuan Beropa Village for the sustenance given by the Almighty as well as a request for safety when using the ship. This research was conducted in Labuan Beropa Village, Laonti District, South Konawe Regency with the to describe the processes and meanings contained in the Pombaleana Bangka tradition. This study uses a type of qualitative research. Data collection through studies, documents, in-depth interviews and direct observation. Determination of informants using purposive sampling. The informants in this study were shipbuilders, village elders religious leaders and some people who know the Bombaleanan Bangka tradition. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the process of carrying out the Bangka pombaleana tradition consists of several stages, namely, first patantuanan oeo malape or determining a good day, secondly bhatata pebahona Bangka or intention to bathe the boat, thirdly bubusina masina bathing the engine, fourth toloena loka, baana manu te aena manu or hanging bananas, chicken heads and feet, the five pasapona bangka or lowering the ship, the six haroa or praying and the seventh pekade-kande or eating together. (2) in the pombaleana tradition Bangka contains the meaning of material and the meaning of values of each process.

Abstract

This study aims to answer the formulation of the problem, namely how the process and function of the Mapparola tradition in the Bugis community in the Wawotobi Village, Konawe Regency by analyzing and describing the data on these traditions. The mapparola tradition is one of a series of processions in Bugis wedding customs which are carried out after the ceremony. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews and document studies. The informant determination technique in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses three stages, namely (1) data reduction; (2) data display (data display); (3) drawing conclusions/verification (conclusion drawing/verifwing). The results of this study indicate that the Mapparola procession of carrying out the Mapparola tradition is still carried out with stages of implementation that have been passed down from generation to generation. While the functions contained in the tradition include; The Whole Functioning (stating the function of mapparola as the integration of the entire tribe community), Function of the System (functioning of the unity of political, cultural, economic systems, etc.), and Sociological and biological functions (cultural preservation not only on biological heritage, but Mapparola's sociological heritage as well very influential).
