Abstract

The phenomenon of doom spending, or impulsive consumption behavior as an emotional escape, has become increasingly prevalent amid global economic uncertainty. Economic crises, high inflation, and job insecurity are key drivers of irrational consumer behavior. This study aims to systematically review the literature examining the relationship between macroeconomic pressures, doom spending behavior, and the role of economic literacy as a mitigation tool. Using a systematic literature review approach, this research analyzes scholarly articles published between 2018 and 2025 from reputable sources. The findings indicate that macroeconomic pressure significantly contributes to doom spending behavior, and economic literacy plays an essential role in shaping rational consumer decision-making. However, economic literacy alone is insufficient without self-regulation and digital awareness of consumerist influences. This study highlights the urgency of enhancing economic literacy programs that are adaptive to digital challenges and macroeconomic dynamics. Abstract

PT. Herba Penawar Alwahida Indonesia (HPAI) – Halal Network International (HNI) which is one of the Halal Network companies in Indonesia that focuses on herbal products. HNI-HPAI already has 95 types of products, such as herbal medicines, products for daily home use, beauty products, and others. Building customer loyalty is easier and costs less than finding new customers who require more funds. Thus the company must have the right strategy to build the level of customer loyalty. Basically consumers want the quality of the products they buy in accordance with their requests, so companies to build a level of customer loyalty must be product quality oriented. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality and price on loyalty at Business Center 3 Purbalingga. The type of research method used is quantitative method, questionnaire data as many as 60 respondents from consumers of Business Center 3 Purbalingga. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling. Data was taken using a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that each product quality and price variable has a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Every businessman desires to have a large number of customers and earn maximum income with the presence of repeated purchases of products, so the purchase decision is very important for the well-being of the business. There was a Purbalingga Food Center, making the consumers of Angkringan D’juguran Purbalinda switch to make purchases in the place, so that consumers in Angringan D'juguran purbalingga suffered a decline. This research aims to find out the impact of the quality of service and price on the purchase decision in Angkringan D’juguran Purbalingga. The population in this study is all consumers who have ever made repeated purchases in D’juguran Purbalingga and the determination of the sample with the Slovin formula resulted in 96 respondents. Data collection is done using a Google form questionnaire using random sampling. The researchers used a quantitative method with a double regression analysis technique performed using the SPSS program version 26. Based on the results of this research, it was concluded that the quality of service and the price partially had a significant positive influence on the purchase decision. The result, can be used by Angkringan D’juguran Purbalingga to improve the quality of its services and provide the best price to consumers, so that consumers can make a purchase decision with maximum.

Abstract

he Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) of Purbalingga Regency has received criticism and complaints from customers regarding the quality of service which is considered unsatisfactory. Based on observations and data obtained, there were 1,095 customer complaints from PDAM Purbalingga regarding pipe leaks or damage, water flow congestion and other problems. In addition, the employees of the Purbalingga Regency PDAM received less encouragement from the leadership and there were several employees of the Purbalingga Regency PDAM from various divisions who left their jobs or did not come to work. This study aims to determine the extent to which the influence of leadership variables, work motivation and organizational culture affect employee performance. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with the help of SPSS version 26.0. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The size of the number of samples in this study was determined using the slovin formula, so that the sample used was 61 respondents from PDAM Purbalingga Regency. Primary data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.562, the work motivation variable has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.067, and the organizational culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0.000. Employee performance can run well if the company can provide leadership, motivate employees and create a good organizational culture.

Abstract

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu focus utama pemerintah agar mampu bertahan dalam segala tantangan global mendatang, sehingga UMKM menjadi salah satu pembahasan pokok dalam UU Cipta Kerja. Melalui UU Cipta Kerja, Pemerintah mengatur kewajiban pemenuhan legalitas usaha UMKM. Desa Karangbanjar memiliki sejumlah kelompok UMK yang perlu didukung dalam hal peningkatan literasi, legalitas usaha dan kemampuan resiliensinya, karena dari hasil penelitian diketahui masih belum memiliki literasi yang cukup dan legalitas usaha yang belum lengkap. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti menganggap penting dilakukan upaya peningkatan resiliensi dan literasi UMK melalui fasilitasi pembuatan sertifikat halal produk UMK Desa Karangbanjar. Hal ini dilakukan melalui program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat. Dari hasil program pengabdian kepada Masyarakat telah diperoleh tiga sertifikat halal yang diajukan melalui program self declare tahun 2023 dengan fasiltator Pendamping PPH Ibu Widadatul Ulya. Metode pendampingan sertifikasi halal ini memanfaatkan program Sehati dari BPJPH. Adapun tiga Sertifikat Halal yang diperoleh antara lain untuk produk Produk Keripik Jiwel “Bu Jariyah”, Produk Gula Merah “Bu Tarwati”, serta Produk Rengginang “Bu Sairoh”

Abstract

Cryptocurrency masuk dalam kategori kontrak berjangka sehingga dapat menjadi alat investasi. Perkembangan cCryptocurrency selain menciptakan peluang investasi baru tetapi juga menimbulkan masalah ekonomi, berupa kegiatan ekonomi ilegal seperti penghindaran pajak dan pencucian uang. Adanya fatwa MUI tentang hukum cryptocurrency belum menguraikan secara jelas dan lengkap tentang analisis cryptocurrency dalam perspektif sadd al-dzari’ah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan Pemerintah Indonesia dalam memberikan batasan terhadap transaksi cryptocurrency, serta menganalisis kebijakan cryptocurrency di Indonesia dalam perspektif sadd al-dzari’ah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Studi Literatur, dengan memanfaatkan sumber data sekunder yang dianalisis dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa legalitas cryptocurrency terbatas pada penggunaannya sebagai komoditas, bukan sebagai alat pembayaran sehingga dapat menjadi objek pajak. Menurut perspektif sadd al-dzari’ah, regulasi cryptocurrency harus komprehensif, detail dan tepat guna agar mampu menutup kerusakan (mafsadah). Tanpa adanya regulasi yang komprehensif dan didukung infrastruktur digital crypto yang mewadahi, transaksi cryptocurrency akan membawa kerusakan ekonomi yang lebih besar. Selaku regulator, pemerintah harus memberikan aturan yang jelas agar transaksi cryptocurrency tidak merugikan berbagai pihak terkait, serta memberikan kemaslahatan masyarakat dalam hal hifz mall.Kata kunci: Cryptocurrency; Menjaga Harta; Sadd Al-Dzari’ah.

Abstract

Financial Technology or commonly called Fintech makes it easier for people to buy and sell, one of which is buying and selling on e-commerce. Fintech provides various conveniences for creating accounts and transacting. The features provided is very varied, ranging from payment services, loans, installments, pay later (pay later). Fintech has contributed positively to the economic growth of 0.45% and gross domestic product (GDP) of more than Rp. 60 trillion, during the pandemic. These advantages and conveniences have an impact on consumer carelessness, so that many consumers are caught in the case. Illegal Fintech Lending and theft of personal data. Thus, it is very important to have legal protection for Fintech consumers. This study uses a normative juridical method, by collecting secondary data. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using a statutory approach and with a qualitative normative analysis method. The results of the study show that consumer protection for Financial Technology is carried out in a preventive and repressive manner. It is carried out preventively through laws and regulations and repressively carried out by the organizers and the OJK.

Abstract

The interest of the Indonesian people to save gold digitally is getting higher, amid the rise of illegal digital financial institutions. PT PG Berjangka sells Digital Gold Savings products through the Pluang, while PT Indogold Solusi Gadai through the Indogold. PT PG Futures has been registered with CoFTRA and the Futures Clearing House, but PT Indogold Solusi Gadai has not been registered with CoFTRA and also with the Futures Clearing House, even its registered status with the OJK is no longer valid and it is recommended to apply for a permit to the OJK under another work unit. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on legal protection in digital gold savings transactions. This study uses an empirical juridical approach. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the laws and regulations in Indonesia had preventively provided legal protection in Pluang and Indogold digital gold saving transactions. However, Indogold consumers do not get the protection as referred to in the CoFTRA Regulation concerning Technical Provisions for the Implementation of the Digital Gold Physical Market on the Futures Exchange.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini membahas media digital di bidang pariwisata yang mengangkat unsur-unsur lingkungan sebagai daya tariknya. Konsep back to nature memiliki potensi yang sangat besar untuk mendatangkan wisatawan mancanegara sebagai penghasil devisa bagi negara. Desa Wisata Cikakak juga dikembangkan untuk menarik wisatawan nasional untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami penggunaan media digital dalam komunikasi pemasaran di Desa Wisata Cikakak serta implikasinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pemasaran tentang Desa Wisata Cikakak menarik dan mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketertarikan orang untuk datang. Melalui media digital diunggah berbagai informasi untuk memasarkan Desa Wisata Cikakak yang layak dikunjungi. Penggunaan beragam platform digital yaitu facebook, Instagram dan Youtube untuk memasarkannya dinilai efektif karena mampu menyebarkan konten yang cukup memberikan gambaran tentang Desa Wisata Cikakak, dan memiliki kemasan konten yang menarik karena terdiri dari beragam format baik teks, foto maupun video. Semakin banyak orang yang berkunjung baik internasional, nasional dan lokal, dan berkembangnya bentuk-bentuk wisata yang ditawarkan merupakan salah satu bukti efektivitas komunikasi pemasaran yang diperoleh. Keberhasilan komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan tidak saja memberi banyak peluang bagi pengembangan Desa Wisata Cikakak dan masyarakat sekitarnya akan tetapi juga menghadirkan tantangan terkait keberadaan dan dampaknya pada masyarakat maupun keberlangsungannya. Terdapat tantangan terkait dengan kebersihan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan, keterbatasan guide untuk memandu wisatawan asing, serta kesadaran masyarakat menghindari konflik terkait dengan isu ekonomi dan perbedaan pandangan dalam memahami keberadaan Desa Wisata Cikakak serta implikasinya pada masyarakat dan lingkungannya.

Abstract

Sumpinghayu adalah sebuah desa di salah satu kabupaten Cilacap, dan berfungsi sebagai pusat penting bagi industri lele dan pertanian padi dan peternakan kota. Letak Sumpinghayu yang strategis dengan akses air yang mudah dan kondisi alam yang indah kondusif untuk produksi kerajinan tangan dan penjualan lele, abon lele, dan produk ikan lainnya, menjadikannya ideal untuk pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal. Sementara beberapa telah bekerja sama dengan pemilik usaha, industri abon lele masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan penjualan karena kurangnya keahlian pemasaran. Promosi Abon Lele khususnya adalah salah satu bidang di mana layanan ini bercita-cita untuk membantu usaha kecil dan menengah. Alat untuk mewujudkan rencana termasuk kunjungan ke lokasi, wawancara mendalam, dan seminar pemasaran. Kemasan abon lele yang baik, abon lele berkualitas tinggi yang dibumbui dengan bahan-bahan alami, pilihan menu abon lele yang lebih beragam, peluncuran kehadiran media sosial di seluruh platform seperti Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, dan video youtube hasil dari waktu dan usaha yang diinvestasikan dalam strategi pemasaran yang ditawarkan. Selain itu, penting untuk mempraktikkan teknik pemasaran yang aman untuk menghindari penipuan.Â
