Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki peran mediasi kepuasan altruisme dalam hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada pengurus pondok pesantren melalui grup media sosial whatsapp di Jawa Tengah. Sebanyak 240 tanggapan diterima, dan data dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan struktural dengan AMOS 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan altruisme memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi afektif. Penelitian ini menambah bukti empiris untuk memahami hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan altruisme.

Abstract

This study examines how economic uncertainty and geopolitical risks affect credit growth. It analyzes data from 47 Indonesian banks from 2008 to 2022.  The study employs purposive sampling to select 47 Indonesian banks based on loan and financial data availability, resulting in 456 observation data. Economic uncertainty and geopolitical risk significantly reduce overall bank credit growth. Further investigation into different proxies of independent variables derived from various regression model specifications has a robust result indicating the negative impact on credit growth. The analysis highlights that lagged economic uncertainty and geopolitical risk values continue to impact current credit growth dynamics, emphasizing their persistent effects. Robustness tests further support these findings, confirming the negative impact of lagged economic uncertainty and geopolitical risk on credit growth. Based on the results, the study contributes to the literature on the effects of economic uncertainty and geopolitical risks on credit growth, supporting the real options theory and the precautionary motive hypothesis. It offers key policy recommendations: reduce economic uncertainty and geopolitical risk, monitor and manage their persistent impacts, strengthen financial system resilience through robust regulation, and promote sustainable economic growth via infrastructure investment, innovation, and structural reforms.

Abstract

Lifestyle reflects a community's identity, encompassing patterns of behavior, daily activities, interests, and financial priorities. It shapes how individuals allocate their time and resources, influencing their social and religious practices. This study examines the relationship between lifestyle and zakat payment within Muslim communities. Using the Weighted Least Squares (WLS) method for data analysis, this research investigates how lifestyle factors influence individuals’ decisions to fulfill zakat obligations. The study employs a non-probability sampling approach with an accidental sampling technique, selecting respondents based on their relevance to the research. The findings reveal a significant correlation between lifestyle and zakat payment, indicating that an individual's lifestyle plays a crucial role in their commitment to religious giving. These results provide valuable insights into the behavioral aspects of zakat payment, highlighting the broader implications of lifestyle in shaping religious and charitable practices, as demonstrated by the t-value in the partial test (t-test). [Gaya hidup mencerminkan identitas suatu komunitas, mencakup pola perilaku, aktivitas sehari-hari, minat, dan prioritas keuangan. Gaya hidup membentuk cara individu mengalokasikan waktu dan sumber daya mereka, serta memengaruhi praktik sosial dan keagamaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara gaya hidup dan pembayaran zakat dalam komunitas Muslim. Dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Least Squares (WLS) untuk analisis data, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana faktor gaya hidup memengaruhi keputusan individu dalam memenuhi kewajiban zakat. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan non-probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling, di mana responden dipilih berdasarkan relevansi mereka terhadap penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang signifikan antara gaya hidup dan pembayaran zakat, yang mengindikasikan bahwa gaya hidup individu memiliki peran penting dalam komitmen mereka terhadap pemberian zakat. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga tentang aspek perilaku dalam pembayaran zakat, serta menyoroti dampak luas gaya hidup dalam membentuk praktik keagamaan dan amal, sebagaimana ditunjukkan oleh nilai t dalam uji parsial (t-test).]

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan motivasi berwirausaha e commerce dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap minat berwirausaha berbasis kearifan lokal Gusjigang pada generasi Z di Kabupaten Kudus Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer Sebanyak 130 responden dalam penelitian ini Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat tes Smart PLS Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha berbasis kearifan lokal Gusjigang pada generasi Z Motivasi berwirausaha e commerce dan penggunaan media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha berbasis kearifan lokal Gusjigang pada generasi Z Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan kewirausahaan tidak secara langsung mempengaruhi terhadap minat generasi Z untuk berwirausaha berbasis kearifan lokal Gusjigang di Kabupaten Kudus Namun motivasi berwirausaha e commerce dan penggunaan media sosial dapat meningkatkan minat generasi Z terhadap wirausaha berbasis kearifan lokal Gusjigang di Kabupaten Kudus Sehingga peningkatan dari factor faktor tersebut dapat memperbesar minat generasi Z terhadap berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan kearifan lokal Gusjigang < em>< p> < p> This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge entrepreneurial motivation e commerce and social media usage on entrepreneurial interest based on the local wisdom of Gusjigang among Generation Z in Kudus Regency This is a quantitative study using primary data There were 130 respondents in this research The sampling technique employed is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling Data analysis was conducted using the Smart PLS tool The results show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a negative and insignificant effect on entrepreneurial interest based on the local wisdom of Gusjigang among Generation Z Entrepreneurial motivation e commerce and social media usage have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest based on the local wisdom of Gusjigang among Generation Z Based on the data analysis it can be concluded that entrepreneurial knowledge does not directly influence the interest of Generation Z in entrepreneurship based on the local wisdom of Gusjigang in Kudus Regency However entrepreneurial motivation e commerce and social media use can increase Generation Z s interest in entrepreneurship based on the local wisdom of Gusjigang in Kudus Regency Therefore enhancing these factors can increase Generation Z s interest in entrepreneurship by leveraging the local wisdom of Gusjigang < em>< p>
